Objective To investigate the potential role of Tongxinluo(TXL)in attenuating myocardial fibrosis after myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)in *** A MIRI mouse model was established by left anterior descending coronary artery ligation for 45 *** to a random number table,66 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups(n=11 per group):the sham group,the model group,the LY-294002 group,the TXL group,the TXL+LY-294002 group and the benazepril(BNPL)*** day after modeling,TXL and BNPL were administered by *** injection of LY-294002 was performed twice a week for 4 consecutive *** was used to measure cardiac function in *** staining was used to evaluate the degree of myocardial fibrosis in *** and quantitative analysis of endothelial mesenchymal transition(EndMT)after MIRI was performed by immunohistochemistry,immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry,*** protein expressions of platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1(CD31),α-smoth muscle actin(α-SMA),phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)and phospho protein kinase B(p-AKT)were assessed using Western *** TXL improved cardiac function in MIRI mice,reduced the degree of myocardial fibrosis,increased the expression of CD31 and inhibited the expression ofα-SMA,thus inhibited the occurrence of EndMT(P0.05).In addition,the use of the PI3K/AKT pathway-specific inhibitor LY-294002 to block this pathway and combination with TXL intervention,eliminated the protective effect of TXL,further supporting the protective effect of *** TXL activated the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway to inhibit EndMT and attenuated myocardial fibrosis after MIRI in mice.

Berberine alleviates ovarian tissue damage in mice with hepatolenticular degeneration by suppressing ferroptosis and endoplasmic reticulum stress

Objective:Hepatolenticular degeneration (HLD) is an autosomal recessive disorder that manifests as multiorgan damage due to impaired copper (Cu) metabolism. Female patients with HLD often experience reproductive impairments. This study investigated the protective effect of berberine against ovarian damage in toxic-milk (TX) mice, a murine model for ***:Mice were categorized into control group, HLD TX group (HLD group), penicillamine (Cu chelator)-treated TX group and berberine-treated TX group. Body weight, ovary weight and the number of ovulated eggs were recorded. Follicular morphology and cellular ultrastructure were examined. Total iron, ferrous iron (Fe2+) and trivalent iron (Fe3+) levels, as well as malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione(GSH) and oxidized glutathione (GSSG), were measured in the ovaries. Western blot analysis was used to analyze the expression of proteins related to ferroptosis and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) ***:Ovarian tissue damage was evident in the HLD group, with a significant increase in ferroptosis and ER stress compared to the control group. This damage was inhibited by treatment with penicillamine,a Cu chelator. Compared with the HLD group, berberine increased the number of ovulations, and improved ovarian morphology and ultrastructure. Further, we found that berberine reduced total iron,Fe2+, MDA and GSSG levels, elevated GSH levels, decreased the expression of the ferroptosis marker protein prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2 (PTGS2), and increased glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4)expression. Furthermore, berberine inhibited the expression of ER stress-associated proteins mediated by the protein kinase RNA-like ER kinase (PERK) ***:Ferroptosis and ER stress are involved in Cu-induced ovarian damage in TX mice. Berberine ameliorates ovarian damage in HLD TX mice by inhibiting ferroptosis and ER stress.

针对指代图像分割任务中存在语言表达歧义、多模态特征对齐不充分、对图像整体理解不全面等问题,提出一种基于Transformer特征融合与对齐的多模态深度学习模型。该模型使用优化的Darknet53图像特征提取骨干网络,加强了对全局特征理解能力。使用了卷积神经网络结构、双向门控循环单元Bi-Gru结构和自注意力机制相互结合的语言特征提取结构,挖掘深层次语义特征,消除语言表达的歧义性。构建了基于Transformer的特征对齐结构,以提升模型的分割细节和分割精度。最后,采用平均的交并比mIoU和在不同阈值的识别精度作为模型评估指标,通过实验证明所提模型可以充分融合多模态的特征,理解多模态特征的深层语义信息,模型识别结果更加准确。

Effect of antioxidants on the efficiency of jet milling and the powder characteristics of Sm2Co17 permanent magnets

This study investigated the effect of antioxidants on the grinding efficiency,magnetic powder characteristics,microstructure,and magnetic properties of 2:17 type SmCo permanent magnet *** results show that adding antioxidants helps improve the dispersion among magnetic powders,leading to a 33.3%decrease in jet milling time and a 15.8%increase in magnet powder production ***,adding antioxidants enhances the oxidation resistance of the magnetic *** being stored in a constant temperature air environment at 25C for 48 h,the O content in the powder decreased by 33%compared to samples without *** in the magnet body,the O content decreased from 0.21 wt.%to 0.14 wt.%,which helps increase the effective Sm content and domain wall pinning uniformity in the *** magnetic properties were obtained in the magnet with added antioxidants:B_(r)=11.6 kGs,SF=79.6%,H_(cj)=16.8 kOe,and(BH)_(max)=32.5 MGOe.

The infection kinetics and transmission potential of two Guaico Culex viruses in Culex quinquefasciatus mosquitoes

Guaico Culex virus(GCXV)is a newly identified segmented Jingmenvirus from Culex *** in Central and South *** genome of GCXV is composed of four or five single-stranded positive RNA ***,the infection kinetics and transmission capability of GCXV in mosquitoes remain *** this study,we used reverse genetics to rescue two GCXVs(4S and 5S)that contained four and five RNA segments,respectively,in C6/36 *** in vitro characterization revealed that the two GCXVs exhibited comparable replication kinetics,protein expression and viral ***,GCXV RNAs were detected in the bodies,salivary glands,midguts and ovaries of Culex quinquefasciatus at 4–10 days after oral *** addition,two GCXVs can colonize *** eggs,resulting in positive rates of 15%–35%for the second gonotrophic *** conclusion,our results demonstrated that GCXVs with four or five RNA segments can be detected in *** eggs during the first and second gonotrophic cycles after oral infection.

Frequency Regulation of VSC-MTDC System with Offshore Wind Farms

Frequency regulation of voltage source converter-based multi-terminal high-voltage direct current(VSC-MTDC)system with offshore wind farms enhances the frequency stability by compensating the power for a disturbed AC ***,it is difficult to reasonably allocate frequency-regulation resources due to a lack of coordination mechanisms between wind farms and the MTDC ***,it is difficult for the frequency control of the wind farms to manage changes in wind speed;and the risk of wind-turbine stalls is ***,based on the kinetic energy of wind turbines and the power margin of the converters,the frequency-regulation capability of wind turbines is evaluated,and a dynamic frequency-support scheme considering the real-time frequency-support capability of the wind turbines and system frequency evolution is proposed to improve the frequency-support performance.A power adaptation technique at variable wind speeds is developed;the active power in the frequency-support stage and restoration stage is switched according to the wind speed.A hierarchical zoning frequency-regulation scheme is designed to use the frequency-regulation resources of different links in the MTDC system with wind *** simulation results show that the novel frequency-regulation strategy maintains frequency stability with wind-speed changes and avoids multiple frequency dips.

BACKGROUND Endoscopic ultrasound-guided biliary drainage using electrocautery-enhanced(ECE)delivery of lumen-apposing metal stent(LAMS)is gradually being re-cognized as a viable palliative technique for malignant biliary obstruction after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)***,most of the studies that have assessed its efficacy and safety were small and *** meta-analyses of six or fewer studies that were published 2 years ago were therefore underpowered to yield convincing *** To update the efficacy and safety of ECE-LAMS for treatment of biliary ob-struction after ERCP *** We searched PubMed,EMBASE,and Scopus databases from the inception of the ECE technique to May 13,*** outcome measure was pooled technical success rate,and secondary outcomes were pooled rates of clinical success,re-intervention,and adverse ***-analysis was performed using a random-effects model following Freeman-Tukey double-arcsine transformation in R soft-ware(version 4.1.3).RESULTS Fourteen eligible studies involving 620 participants were ultimately *** pooled rate of technical success was 96.7%,and clinical success was 91.0%.Adverse events were reported in 17.5%of *** reinter-vention rate was 7.3%.Subgroup analyses showed results were generally *** ECE-LAMS has favorable success with acceptable adverse events in relieving biliary obstruction when ERCP is *** consistency of results across most subgroups suggested that this is a generalizable approach.
