It has been shown clinically that continuous removal of ischemia/reperfusion-induced reactive oxygen species is not conducive to the recovery of late ***,previous studies have shown that excessive increases in hypochlorous acid after stroke can cause severe damage to brain *** previous studies have found that a small amount of hypochlorous acid still exists in the later stage of stroke,but its specific role and mechanism are currently *** simulate stroke in vivo,a middle cerebral artery occlusion rat model was established,with an oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation model established in vitro to mimic *** found that in the early stage(within 24 hours)of ischemic stroke,neutrophils produced a large amount of hypochlorous acid,while in the recovery phase(10 days after stroke),microglia were activated and produced a small amount of hypochlorous ***,in acute stroke in rats,hypochlorous acid production was prevented using a hypochlorous acid scavenger,taurine,or myeloperoxidase inhibitor,4-aminobenzoic acid *** results showed that high levels of hypochlorous acid(200μM)induced neuronal apoptosis after oxygen/glucose deprivation/***,in the recovery phase of the middle cerebral artery occlusion model,a moderate level of hypochlorous acid promoted the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons and *** suggests that hypochlorous acid plays different roles at different phases of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** levels of hypochlorous acid(5 and 100μM)promoted nuclear translocation ofβ-*** transfection of single-site mutation plasmids,we found that hypochlorous acid induced chlorination of theβ-catenin tyrosine 30 residue,which promoted nuclear ***,our study indicates that maintaining low levels of hypochlorous acid plays a key role in the recovery of neurological function.

Diffuse-type tenosynovial giant cell tumor(dTGCT) is a destructive but rare benign proliferative synovial neoplasm. Although surgery is currently the main treatment modality for dTGCT, the recurrence risk is up to 50%. Therefore, there is a great need for effective drugs against dTGCT with minor side effects. The Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT) signaling plays a central role in rheumatoid arthritis(RA), a disease with similar characteristics as dTGCT, but its function in dTGCT remains *** fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS) and macrophages were isolated from 10 synovial tissue samples from dTGCT patients for the screening and validation of the five clinically approved JAK inhibitors to treat RA against dTGCT. Cell viability, cell death, inflammation and the activity of the JAK family members of cultured dTGCT FLS(both 2-D and 3-D) and macrophages were investigated for the efficacy of the JAK inhibitors. Here, we found that similar to RA, JAK/STAT signaling was markedly activated in the dTGCT synovium. Of the 5 JAK inhibitors, peficitinib was shown to have the most potency in addressing some of the pathological responses of dTGCT FLS and *** potency of peficitinib was much higher than pexidartinib, which is the only FDA-approved drug for dTGCT. Mechanistically, peficitinib inhibited tyrosine kinase 2(TYK2), a JAK family member necessary for the pathological progression of dTGCT FLS and macrophages. In summary, we not only revealed JAK/STAT(especially TYK2) signaling as the major mechanism underlying dTGCT, but also identified peficitinib as a promising drug against dTGCT.

在线社交网络的发展为信息传播提供了极大的便利,但同时在一定程度上也成为谣言等信息的重要传播渠道。社交网络的信息源检测对于控制信息的传播起着重要作用。为了解决现有社交网络多源点检测方法准确度不够高的问题,提出了一种新颖的多源点同步检测方法SVT-BiasMSI。该方法将多源检测问题转化为若干单源检测问题,采用局部度中心节点及相邻节点的Jaccard系数选取种子节点,使用Voronoi方法对社交网络进行初步社区划分,通过tolerance neighborhood方法寻找分区之间重叠部分的节点并实现重叠社区划分,为了兼顾网络全局和局部信息,基于传染邻域偏差改进非回溯矩阵多源点检测方法,提高单源点检测精度。在多个社交网络数据集中的实验表明,所提的方法能够有效提高在线社交网络多源点检测和定位准确度。

A two-dimensional stochastic integral equation system with jumps is studied. We first prove its unique weak solution is a two-type continuous-state branching process with immigration. Then the comparison property of the solution is established. These results imply the existence and uniqueness of the strong solution of the stochastic equation system.

The triboelectric nanogenerators（TENGs） based on polyvinylidene fluoride（PVDF） have attracted significant attention due to their high energy conversion efficiency and strong flexibility. Indeed, the TENGs with higher electrical performance and stronger mechanical robustness are more desirable. In this context, we design and fabricate TENGs based on nanofiber（NF） layer of Poly（vinylidene fluoridehexafluoropropylene）(PVDF-HFP), a copolymer of PVDF with better mechanical properties, in which the enhancement of dielectric constant and specific surface area is achieved by incorporation of BaTiO3into PVDF-HFP NFs using electrospinning. The results show that the TENGs demonstrates superior electrical performance. The optimized TENG exhibits an open-circuit voltage（VOC） of 432 V, a short-circuit current（ISC） of 44.2 μA, and a maximum power density（Pd） of 2.25 W/m2. Practical applications of the optimized TENG are also demonstrated, including its use as power source, cylindrical rotating energy harvester and self-powered wearable sensor. The findings give insights into the fabrication, performance and application of the TENGs based on BaTiO3-incorporated PVDF-HFP NFs, offering promising solutions for energy harvesting and diverse applications.

There are prominent nonlinear characteristics that we hope for the semiconductor nano-clusters doped fiber. Refractive index of fiber core can be effectively changed by adulteration. This technology can provide a new method for developing photons components. Because the semiconductor nano-cluster has quantum characteristics, Based on first-order perturba- tion theory and classical theory of fiber, we deduced refractive index expressions of fiber core, which was semiconductor nano-cluster doped fiber. Finally, third-order nonlinear coefficient equation was gained. Using this equation, we calculated SMF-28 fiber nonlinear coefficient. The equation shows that new third-order coefficient was greater.

In order to further promote the application of SiC refractories in modern steel metallurgy,the occurrence forms and formation mechanism of impurities in SiC crystals smelted by Acheson process were *** techniques of inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry,X-ray diffraction,and scanning electron microscopy were combined to examine the types and occurrence forms of impurities in smelted SiC *** results showed that the main impurities in the SiC are free Si,free C,oxides(CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2),3Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2),CaO·SiO_(2) and SiO_(2))and alloy phases(Fe_(x)Si_(y),Fe_(x)Si_(y)Ti_(z) and Fe_(x)Al_(y)Si_(z)).The formation process of impurities during the smelting of SiC can be described as follows:At high temperature,the SiO_(2) and Fe,Ti related oxide impurities present in the raw materials are reduced to Si,Fe,and Ti metal *** the reduction process,the free Si,Fe_(x)Si_(y) and Fe_(x)Si_(y)Ti_(z) are precipitated from the melt during *** Si primarily exists in aggregated form within the SiC crystal,while the alloy phase is predominantly found at the interface between SiC and free Si,with Fe_(x)Si_(y)Ti_(z) embedded within *** the end of the cooling process,other impurity oxides such as Al_(2)O_(3),CaO,and some unreduced SiO_(2) solidify to form calcium-aluminum-silicate glass phases,predominantly located between SiC *** remaining C from the reaction is mainly dispersed as free C within the SiC crystal and at the interface between SiC and free Si.
