Taraxacum kok-saghyz(TKS)is a plant native to the Tianshan valley on the border between China and *** rubber is a good substitute for natural ***'s breeding work necessitates the need to screen high-yielding varieties,hence rapid determination of rubber content is essential for the *** analytical methods cannot meet actual needs in terms of real-time testing and economic ***-infrared spectroscopy analysis technology,which has developed rapidly in the field of industrial process analysis in recent years,is a green detection technology with obvious merits of fast measurement speed,low cost and no sample *** research aims to develop a portable non-destructive near-infrared spectroscopic detection scheme to evaluate the content of natural rubber in TKS fresh *** gas chromatography(Py-GC)was chosen as the reference method for the development of NIR prediction model.208 TKS fresh root samples were collected from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of ***-infrared spectra were acquired for all ***,two-thirds of them were selected as the calibration set,the remaining one-third as the validation set,and the partial least squares method was successfully established a good NIR prediction model for rubber content at 1080-1800 nm with a ratio of performance to deviation(RPD)of 5.54 and coefficient of determination(R^(2))of *** study showed that portable near-infrared spectroscopy could be used with ease for large-scale screening of TKS plants in farmland,and could greatly facilitate TKS germplasm preservation,high-yield cultivation,environment-friendly,high-efficiency and low-cost rubber extraction,and comprehensive advancement of the natural rubber industry thereof.

Trials to develop a C-Mn-Mo-Nb type fire-resistant steel have been carried out by adopting recrystallization rolling (RCR) + air cooling (AC),two-stage rolling (TSR) + AC and RCR + water cooling (WC).Both RCR and TSR followed by AC resulted in polygonal ferrite (F) + pearlite (P) microstructure,while F + bainite (B) microstructure was formed by RCR + *** plates with F+P microstructure show tensile strengths ≥490MPa,while those with F+B exhibit tensile strengths ≥*** the plates show favorable low yield ratios ≤ 0.75,good charpy v-notch impact property >101J at 0℃ and satisfactory high temperature strength (≥2/3 of room temperature yield strength retained at 600℃).

A large number of Late Silurian–Early Devonian intrusive rocks are distributed in the central Beishan orogenic belt(BOB).Tectonic setting of these intrusive rocks is of great significance to the study of the subduction and accretion of the Paleo-Asian *** studies show that most of the intrusive rocks in this region are S-type or A-type *** this study,we firstly reported the Late Silurian–Early Devoniandia bases,granodiorites on the southside of the Baiyunshan ophiolitic mélanges belt,as a part of Hongliuhe-Xichangjing ophiolitic mélanges belt(HXOMB).Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating yields emplacement ages between 418 and 397 Ma,REE distribution patterns exhibit enriched LREE and flat HREE in the diabases,the discriminant diagrams show that the diabases have geochemical characteristics of intraplate *** granodiorites in this paper present more like S-and A-type granitoids reported,showing the geochemical characteristics of syn/post-collision ***,the bimodal magmatic rocks are developed during Late Silurian–Early Devonian on both sides of the HXOMB,which are related to the tectonic background of the post orogeny *** diabases are tholeiitic with relative strong depletedεHf(t)(+8.1 to+13.0),which are mainly from relative depleted *** granodiorites are calc-alkaline with relative slightly depletedεHf(t)(+0.7 to+5.6)and the lower Mg#and MgO contents(34.6–36.9,0.50 wt.%–1.19 wt.%respectively),reflecting the source characteristics of ***,the remelting of juvenile crust may be the main way of continental crust accretion during Late Silurian–Early Devonian in the central BOB.

Phenolic acids are secondary metabolites of plants that significantly affect nutrient cycling *** investigate such effects,the soil available nitrogen(N)content,phenolic acid content,and net N mineralization rate in three successive rotations of Chinese fir plantations in subtropical China were *** N mineralization and nitrification rates in soils treated with phenolic acids were measured in an ex situ *** with first-rotation plantations(FCP),the contents of total soil nitrogen and nitrate in second(SCP)-and third-rotation plantations(TCP)decreased,and that of soil ammonium *** net N mineralization rates in the second-and third-rotation plantations also increased by 17.8%and 39.9%,*** contrast,soil net nitrification rates decreased by 18.0%and 25.0%,*** concentrations of total phenolic acids in the FCP soils(123.22±6.02 nmol g^-1)were 3.0%and 17.9%higher than in the SCP(119.68±11.69 nmol g^-1)and TCP(104.51±8.57 nmol g^-1,respectively).The total content of phenolic acids was significantly correlated with the rates of net soil N mineralization and net *** ex situ experiment showed that the net N mineralization rates in soils treated with high(HCPA,0.07 mg N kg^-1 day^-1)and low(LCPA,0.18 mg N kg^-1 day^-1)concentrations of phenolic acids significantly decreased by 78.6%and 42.6%,respectively,comparing with that in control(0.32 mg N kg^-1 day^-1).Soil net nitrification rates under HCPA and LCPA were significantly higher than that of the *** results suggested that low contents of phenolic acids in soil over successive rotations increased soil net N mineralization rates and decreased net nitrification rates,leading to consequent reductions in the nitrate content and enhancement of the ammonium content,then resulting in enhancing the conservation of soil N of successive rotations in Chinese fir plantation.

A mixture of controlled-release urea and normal urea(CruNU)is an efficient nitrogen(N)fertilizer type,but little is known about its effects on stem lodging resistance,grain yield,and yield stability of *** this study,a 4-year field experiment(from 2017 to 2021)was conducted to analyze the effects of N fertilizer types(CruNU and normal urea(NU))and application rates(low level(L),135 kg ha^(–1);medium level(M),180 kg ha^(–1);high level(H),225 kg ha^(–1))on population lodging resistance,basal internode strength,lignin content and synthetase activity,stem lodging resistance,grain yield,and yield stability of *** results showed that the two N fertilizer types had the highest lodging rate under high N application rates,and the M-CruNU treatment showed the lowest lodging *** with NU,CruNU improved the wheat population lodging resistance under the three N application rates,mainly related to improving wheat population characteristics and breaking the strength of the second basal *** analysis showed that the breaking strength of the second basal internode was related to the physical characteristics,chemical components,and micro-structure of the *** with NU,CruNU significantly increased wheat grain yield by 4.47,14.62,and 3.12%under low,medium,and high N application rates,*** addition,CruNU showed no significant difference in grain yield under medium and high N application rates,but it presented the highest yield stability under the medium N application *** summary,CruNU,combined with the medium N application rate,is an efficient agronomic management strategy for wheat production.

Migration routes of the endangered Oriental Stork(Ciconia boyciana)from xingkai Lake,China,and their repeatability as revealed by GPS tracking

The Oriental Stork(Ciconia boyciana)is listed as'Endangered'on the International Union for the Conservation of Nature(IUCN)Red List of Threatened Species and is classified as a first category nationally protected bird species in *** this species'seasonal movements and migration will facilitate effective conservation to promote its *** tagged 27 Oriental Stork nestlings at xingkai Lake on the Sanjiang Plain in Heilongjiang Province,China,used GPS tracking to follow them over the periods of 2014-2017 and 2019-2022,and confirmed their detailed migratory routes using the spatial analysis function of ArcGIS *** discovered four migration routes during autumn migration:one common long-distance migration route in which the storks migrated along the coastline of Bohai Bay to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River for wintering,one short-distance migration route in which the storks wintered in Bohai Bay and two other migration routes in which the storks crossed the Bohai Strait around the Yellow River and wintered in South *** were no significant differences in the number of migration days,residence days,migration distances,number of stopovers and average number of days spent at stopover sites between the autumn and spring migrations(P>0.05).However,the storks migrated significantly faster in spring than in autumn(P=0.03).The same individuals did not exhibit a high degree of repetition in their migration timing and route selection in either autumn or spring *** storks from the same nest exhibited considerable between-individual variation in their migration *** important stopover sites were identified,especially in the Bohai Rim Region and on the Songnen Plain,and we further explored the current conservation status at these two important ***,our results contribute to the understanding of the annual migration,dispersal and protection status of the endangered Oriental Stork and provide a scientific bas

Objective To investigate the molecular mechanisms of the adverse effects of exposure to sulfamonomethoxin(SMM) in pregnancy on the neurobehavioral development of male offspring. Methods Pregnant mice were randomly divided into four groups: control‐(normal saline), low‐[10 mg/(***)], middle‐[50 mg/(***)], and high‐dose [200 mg/(***)] groups, which received SMM by gavage daily during gestational days 1‐18. We measured the levels of short‐chain fatty acids(SCFAs) in feces from dams and male pups. Furthermore, we analyzed the mR NA and protein levels of genes involved in the mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) pathway in the hippocampus of male pups by RT‐PCR or Western blotting. Results Fecal SCFA concentrations were significantly decreased in dams. Moreover, the production of individual fecal SCFAs was unbalanced, with a tendency for an increased level of total fecal SCFAs in male pups on postnatal day(PND) 22 and 56. Furthermore, the phosphatidylinositol 3‐kinase(PI3 k)/protein kinase B(AKT)/mTOR or mT OR/ribosomal protein S6 kinase 1(S6 K1)/4 EBP1 signaling pathway was continuously upregulated until PND 56 in male offspring. In addition, the expression of Sepiapterin Reductase(SPR), a potential target of m TOR, was inhibited. Conclusion In utero exposure to SMM, persistent upregulation of the hippocampal mTOR pathway related to dysfunction of the gut(SCFA)‐brain axis may contribute to cognitive deficits in male offspring.
