目的:评价玻璃体腔内注射1.25mg avastin治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(diabetic macular edema,DME)(糖尿病视网膜病变Ⅳ期和中期以上黄斑水肿)的临床效果与安全性。方法:选择我科2009-01/2010-12诊断为视力下降有临床治疗意义的糖尿病病变的患者60例(眼底荧光造影显示糖尿病视网膜病变Ⅳ期,以OCT检查显示中度以上黄斑水肿,黄斑水肿病史不超过3mo)。观察治疗前最佳矫正视力、眼压、裂隙灯及间接检眼镜检查,行彩色眼底照相、FFA,OCT检查。再观察治疗后第1,2,3d;3wk;3,6mo,视力的变化,眼压、晶状体、玻璃体、行眼底荧光造影观察视网膜渗漏情况,用TOPCON 3D-OCT检查术后视网膜的厚度进行比较。结果:玻璃体腔内注射avastin后,患者视力明显提高,视网膜中心黄斑平均厚度明显减低,由术前(395.933±119.784)μm至末次随诊为(314.200±60.528)μm,与术前相比差异有统计学意义。随访中未见眼压的异常改变,未发现白内障的加重,未发现与药物有关的视网膜毒性反应及其他局部和全身不良反应。结论:玻璃体腔内注射avastin糖尿病视网膜病变患者视力稳定提高,黄斑水肿明显消退,必要时可以连续注射治疗,但其远期治疗效果需要大样本的实验来进一步证实。

Effect of Alkali Stress on Soluble Sugar, Antioxidant Enzymes and Yield of Oat

Alkali stress can cause severe crop damage and reduce production. However, physiological processes involved in alkali stress in oat seedlings are not well understood. In this study, physiological responses and yield of oat to alkali stress were studied using the alkali-tolerant oat genotype Vao-9 and the alkali-sensitive oat genotype Baiyan 5. The results were：（i） low concentrations of alkali stress （25 and 50 mmol L^-1） significantly reduced the yield and grain weight while increased the oat grain number per spike. A negative correlation between yield and malondialdehyde （MDA） content at the jointing and grain filling stages and positive correlations between yield on one hand and superoxide dismutase （SOD）, and peroxidase （POD） activities on the other at the jointing stage were observed. There was a positive correlation between MDA and soluble sugar at the grain filling stage; （ii） soluble sugar content was increased at the jointing and grain filling stages and decreased at the heading stage by alkali stress; （iii） alkali stress increased the SOD activity during the heading and grain filling stages, and increased the POD activity at the heading stage. As compared to the control, the increase of MDA contents in alkali-treated oat was observed, during the jointing, heading and grain filling stages; （iv） under alkali stress, the oat genotype Vao-9 showed higher antioxidant enzyme activity and lower soluble sugar contents during the heading stage, and lower MDA contents than those in the oat genotype Baiyan 5 under alkali stress. The result suggested that the high ROS scavenging capacity and soluble sugar levels might play roles in oat response to alkali stress,

Present Status of JT-60sa Project and Development of Heating Systems for JT-60sa

Present status of the JT-60sa （JT-60 Super Advanced） project, implemented jointly by Europe and Japan since 2007, is described. The design of the main tokamak components was completed in late 2008, and all the scientific missions are preserved to contribute to ITER and DEMO reactors. The construction of the JT-60sa has begun with procurement activities for the superconducting magnet systems, vacuum vessel, in-vessel components and other components under the relevant procurement arrangements between the implementing agencies of JAEA （Japan Atomic Energy Agency） in Japan and Fusion for Energy in Europe. Designs and developments of the auxiliary heating systems for JT-60sa have been progressing at JAEA so as to provide the total injection power of 41 MW for 100 s.

Malignancy and mortality in a population-based cohort of patients with coeliac disease or ‘gluten sensitivity’

AIM: To determine the risk of malignancy and mortality in patients with a positive endomysial or anti-gliadin an- tibody test in Northern Ireland. METHODS: A population-based retrospective cohort study design was used. laboratory test results used in the diagnosis of coeliac disease were obtained from the Regional Immunology laboratory, cancer statistics from the Northern Ireland Cancer Registry and mortal- ity statistics from the General Registrar Office, Northern Ireland. Age standardized incidence ratios of malignant neoplasms and standardized mortality ratios of all-cause and cause-specific mortality were calculated. RESULTS: A total of 13 338 people had an endomysial antibody and/or an anti-gliadin antibody test in Northern Ireland between 1993 and 1996. There were 490 pa- tients who tested positive for endomysial antibodies and they were assumed to have coeliac disease. There were 1133 patients who tested positive for anti-gliadin anti- bodies and they were defined as gluten sensitive. Ma- lignant neoplasms were not significantly associated with coeliac disease; however, all-cause mortality was signifi- cantly increased following diagnosis. The standardized incidence and mortality ratios for non-Hodgkin’s lym- phoma were increased in coeliac disease patients but did not reach statistical significance. Lung and breast cancer incidence were significantly lower and all-cause mortal-ity, mortality from malignant neoplasms, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and digestive system disorders were signifi- cantly higher in gluten sensitive patients compared to the Northern Ireland population. CONCLUSION: Patients with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity had higher mortality rates than the Northern Ireland population. This association persists more than one year after diagnosis in patients testing positive for anti-gliadin antibodies. Breast cancer is significantly re- duced in the cohort of patients with gluten sensitivity.

采用变分法研究了在外磁场作用下GaN/AlxGa1-xN无限抛物量子阱(PQW)中类氢杂质态能级,给出不同磁场下杂质态基态能、结合能随阱宽的变化关系以及能量随磁场强度变化的函数关系。数值结果表明:外磁场对类氢杂质能量和结合能均有明显的影响,杂质态能量随磁场的增强而显著增大,并且随阱宽的增大而增大;GaN/Al0.3Ga0.7N PQW对杂质态的束缚程度比GaAs/Al0.3Ga0.7As PQW强。

Effects of human disturbance on nest placement of the woodpigeon (Columba palumbus): a case study from the Middle Atlas, Morocco

The woodpigeon(Columba palumbus)is a common and widespread bird in Morocco(North Africa).I examined,over 2 years(2010 and 2011),the breeding density and nest placement of this game species in relation to nest site habitat and degree of human *** study area was in the Middle Atlas Tighboula mountain forest,Morocco,in a disturbed and an undisturbed *** data collected in the 2 study sites,I aimed to identify the factors influencing the placement of nests within holm oak trees(Quercus rotundifolia)and their densities.I found that habitat structures,influenced by grazing disturbance,have affected nesting density and the location of nests of this *** place their nests in a higher position(3.42±0.19 m)when disturbance intensity is high and lower(1.68±0.1 m)when disturbance intensity is low,and show higher nesting density in less disturbed zone(3.1±0.4 nests/ha)than in highly disturbed zones(1.4±0.2 nests/ha).Grazing disturbance could pose a threat to population persistence at a broader scale and could potentially reduce the abundance of this species by altering the composition and the structure of the forest nesting *** multi-scale studies are needed to assess the effects of different levels of grazing disturbance on woodpigeon nest density and placement,and to enhance our knowledge of the breeding behavior of this game species under variable environments.

软件可靠性定量评估与预测是软件可靠性工程的重要组成部分。提出利用支持向量机回归分析方法建立基于软件质量度量的软件可靠性预测模型,并将基于贝叶斯估计的现代可信性理论引入该领域,利用可信性因子合理组合基于软件质量度量的软件可靠性预测模型和基于失效数据的软件可靠性增长模型的评估结果,从而全面利用与软件可靠性相关的多方面信息,得到更合理的软件可靠性定量评估结果。根据方差分解和最优线性非齐次估计给出基于贝叶斯估计的软件可靠性综合评估模型的数学描述公式,并举例说明可信性因子的求取方法。数据分析表明该模型具有合理性和可行性。

Effects of electroacupuncture on rats with cognitive impairment:An iTRAQ-based proteomics analysis

Objective The study explores the effects of electroacupuncture(EA)at the governing vessel(GV)on proteomic changes in the hippocampus of rats with cognitive *** Healthy male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:sham,model and *** impairment was induced by left middle cerebral artery occlusion in the model and EA *** in the EA group were treated with EA at Shenting(GV24)and Baihui(GV20)for 7 *** deficit was scored using the Longa scale,the learning and memory ability was detected using the Morris water maze(MWM)test,and the proteomic profiling in the hippocampus was analyzed using protein-labeling technology based on the isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantitation(iTRAQ).The Western blot(WB)analysis was used to detect the proteins and validate the results of *** Compared with the model group,the neurological deficit score was significantly reduced,and the escape latency in the MWM test was significantly shortened,while the number of platform crossings increased in the EA group.A total of 2872 proteins were identified by *** expressed proteins(DEPs)were identified between different groups:92 proteins were upregulated and 103 were downregulated in the model group compared with the sham group,while 142 proteins were upregulated and 126 were downregulated in the EA group compared with the model *** of the DEPs were involved in oxidative phosphorylation,glycolipid metabolism and synaptic ***,we also verified 4 DEPs using WB *** the WB results were not exactly the same as the iTRAQ results,the expression trends of the DEPs were *** upregulation of heat-shock proteinβ1(Hspb1)was the highest in the EA group compared to the model *** EA can effect proteomic changes in the hippocampus of rats with cognitive ***1 may be involved in the molecular mechanism by which acupuncture improves cognitive impairment.

PYRIDINATION OF POLY(VINYL CHLORIDE) via A HOMOLYTIC PATHWAY

PVC was subjected to a chemical modification aiming at replacing the chlorine atoms by pyridine groups via a homolytic route. Pyridine groups were peculiarly affixed to the PVC matrix via a carbon-carbon bond rather than a carbonnitrogen one. PVC was first iodinated using the Conant-Finkelstein reaction, followed by the application of the homolytic conditions of Minisci to generate pyridinated PVC with a varying degree of substitution. The extent of substitution was not high; the reaction on 30% iodinated PVC afforded a degree of modification no greater than 3%.
