Enhanced recovery after surgery-based nursing in older patients with postoperative intestinal obstruction after gastric cancer surgery:A retrospective study

In September 2018,we proposed the cutting-edge concept of“Beyond Limits Manufacturing”(BLM).BLM technology is based on the three-dimensional inner engraving or precise outer engraving of ultra-fast laser,to invent micro/nano scale flow chips or devices,which makes it possible for the microform,integration,economy,safety,high efficiency,green and intelligence of research,development and manufacturing process,so as to realize transformational manufacturing in the era of Industry *** this paper,we reviewed the representative results we made in the field of micro/nano flow chemistry during the implementation of the BLM major project(December 2019 to August 2023),and discussed its application prospects in micro/nano flow chemistry.

该文建立了一类具有多时滞非局部扩散HIV潜伏感染模型来研究HIV在宿主体内感染机制.具体地,考虑了初始病毒感染到HIV病毒成功整合到靶细胞DNA中和细胞感染到病毒产生这两个时滞,同时也考虑了空间异质环境中自由病毒的非局部扩散.首先证明了系统解半流的全局适定性,紧性和渐近光滑性,其次通过下一代再生算子定义给出基本再生数泛函表达式,以及其非局部算子扰动的特征值问题的主特征值与基本再生数的关系.利用无穷维系统的持久性理论研究了模型的一致持久性.再次,通过将本征函数设置为Lyapunov泛函的积分核讨论了系统全局阈值动力学.具体地,当R0≤1时无感染平衡态是全局稳定的,否则系统感染平衡态是全局稳定的.最后通过数值模拟验证了理论结果.此外数值结果表明:(1)增加扩散率和减少细胞延迟时间将增加病毒的最终载量;(2)扩散内核函数影响R0的值以及病毒的最终载量.这说明病毒非局部扩散和时滞在宿主内HIV感染过程中起着关键的作用.

To the Editor:Major depressive disorder(MDD)is a mood disorder characterized by complex patterns of emotional,cognitive,and behavioral symptomology and deficits in daily *** symptoms,including a reduction in libido and menstrual disturbances,have been considered to be a classic symptom of MDD for many *** evidence has reached a broad consensus that the incidence of genital symptoms is higher in patients with MDD than in the general population.A systematic review and meta-analysis found a bidirectional association between MDD and genital symptoms,with patients with MDD showing a 50–70%increased risk of developing genital symptoms,while individuals with genital symptoms had a 130–210%increased risk of developing MDD.^([1])As previously reported,50–70%of people with MDD experience sexual dysfunction.^([2])To date,few studies have focused on the comparison of clinical features between patients with MDD with and without genital symptoms,and the longitudinal prognosis.

ObjectiveTo explore the regulatory effect of Pien Tze Huang (PZH) on targeting partner of NOB1 (PNO1) and it’s down-stream mediators in colorectal cancer (CRC) *** polymerase chain reaction was performed to determine mRNA levels of PNO1, TP53, and CDKN1A. Western blotting was performed to determine protein levels of PNO1, p53, and p21. HCT-8 cells were transduced with a lentivirus over-expressing PNO1. Colony formation assay was used to detect cell survival in PNO1 overexpression of HCT-8 cells after PZH treatment. Cell-cycle distribution, cell viability and cell apoptosis were performed to identify the effect of PNO1 overexpression on cell proliferation and apoptosis of HCT-8 cells after PZH treatment. Xenograft BALB/c nude mice bearing HCT116 cells transduced with sh-PNO1 or sh-Ctrl lentivirus were evaluated. Western blot assay was performed to detect PNO1, p53, p21 and PCNA expression in tumor sections. Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labling (TUNEL) assay was used to determine the apoptotic cells in *** treatment decreased cell viability, down-regulated PNO1 expression, and up-regulated p53 and p21 expressions in HCT-8 cells (P<0.05). PNO1 overexpression attenuated the effects of PZH treatment, including the expression of p53 and p21, cell growth, cell viability, cell cycle arrest and cell apoptosis in vitro (P<0.05). PNO1 knockdown eliminated the effects of PZH treatment on tumor growth, inhibiting cell proliferation inhibition and apoptosis induction in vivo (P<0.05). Similarly, PNO1 knockdown attenuated the effects of PZH treatment on the down-regulation of PNO1 and up-regulation of p53 and p21 in vivo (P<0.05).ConclusionThe mechanism by which PZH induces its CRC anti-proliferative effect is at least in part by regulating the expression of PNO1 and its downstream targets p53 and p21.

金属层状复合材料作为一种典型的非均质材料,通过调控其内部的多尺度微结构特性,可以实现金属结构材料强度-韧性的协同提升,在高端先进制造领域具有潜在的应用前景。金属层状复合材料的宏观力学性能显著依赖于各组元层的性能、厚度和异质界面的结构特性。变形过程中材料内部的微观应力/应变在异质界面处的协调特性对组元金属的形变微观机制产生重要影响,进而影响复合材料整体的性能。因此,探索金属层状复合材料的“微观结构-力学行为-变形机制-宏观力学性能”的内在关联并揭示其对应的微观形变机理,对设计具有优异综合力学性能的金属层状复合材料有重要的理论指导意义和实际应用价值。聚焦于晶态金属层状复合材料的微观力学行为及变形机理,介绍了其力学行为的尺寸与界面效应,着重讨论了室温下材料的微观形变物理过程,阐明了非均匀金属层状复合体强韧化的机理。最后,对金属层状复合材料力学行为的研究进行了简要展望。

BACKGROUND Echinococcosis is prevalent in 9 provinces in Western and Northern *** epidemiological survey of echinococcosis in 2012 and 2016 showed cases of echinococcosis in Yunnan *** To understand the spatial distribution and epidemiological characteristics of echinococcosis in Yunnan for the prevention and control of echinococcosis and to reduce the risk of infection in Yunnan *** Based on the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention(CISDCP),echinococcosis cases reported from 36 hospitals and 34 Centers for Disease Control were investigated and epidemiologically analyzed from 2021 to *** exclusion criteria included suspected cases,same case only counted once and cases not from Yunnan.A total of 705 cases were investigated,of which 397 cases were suitable for statistical *** these 397 cases,epidemiological investigation was tracked in 187 *** data were inputted using double entry in the Excel database,with error correction by double-entry *** data on echinococcosis cases in Yunnan Province were analyzed by ArcGIS 10.1 software to generate a density map of echinococcosis *** statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS 17.0,including the chi-square test,linear regression test and logistic univariate and multivariate regression *** A total of 397 cases were found in 89 counties in Yunnan *** number of cases in the top three prefectures were Dali(38.1%),Diqing(10.1%),and Kunming(8.3%),and the top five counties were Jianchuan(9.1%),Shangri La(8.3%),Eryuan(7.6%),Heqing(6.9%),and Dali Districts(5.0%).There were significant differences between the different *** case reporting rate by CISDCP(33.8%)was low;the first case was reported by CISDCP in 2002,and the highest number of cases was 50(2017).Confirmed and clinical cases accounted for 62.5%and 37.5%,***,90.9%of the cases of hydatid disease were reported by the hospital system,and only 9

海底光缆是信息跨境流动最主要的载体,在数字经济时代具有重要战略意义。本文以亚非欧1号海底光缆开通为例,基于2009-2021年证券数据公司跨境并购数据,使用双重差分法从双边信息流视角考察了国际海底光缆建设对中国跨境并购的影响。研究发现,亚非欧1号海底光缆的开通显著促进了中国企业对直连国家的跨境并购。机制分析表明,亚非欧1号海底光缆通过增加中国与直连国家间的双边信息流动促进了企业的跨境经济活动。此外,海底光缆的促进作用对初始数字基础设施更差和网络自由度更高的国家更强,主要促进了高技术行业的并购。总之,中国主导建设的数字基础设施能弥合数字鸿沟,推动中国的高新技术“走出去”。
