Objective:Matrix metalloproteinase 13(MMP13)is an extracellular matrix protease that affects the progression of atherosclerotic plaques and arterial thrombi by degrading collagens,modifying protein structures and regulating inflammatory responses,but its role in deep vein thrombosis(DVT)has not been *** purpose of this study was to investigate the potential effects of MMP13 and MMP13-related genes on the formation of ***:We altered the expression level of MMP13 in vivo and conducted a transcriptome study to examine the expression and relationship between MMP13 and MMP13-related genes in a mouse model of *** screening genes possibly related to MMP13 in DVT mice,the expression levels of candidate genes in human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)and the venous wall were *** effect of MMP13 on platelet aggregation in HUVECs was investigated in ***:Among the differentially expressed genes,interleukin 1 beta,podoplanin(Pdpn),and factor VIII von Willebrand factor(F8VWF)were selected for analysis in *** MMP13 was inhibited,the expression level of PDPN decreased significantly in *** HUVECs,overexpression of MMP13 led to an increase in the expression level of PDPN and induced platelet aggregation,while transfection of PDPN-siRNA weakened the ability of MMP13 to increase platelet ***:Inhibiting the expression of MMP13 could reduce the burden of DVT in *** mechanism involves downregulating the expression of Pdpn through MMP13,which could provide a novel gene target for DVT diagnosis and treatment.

Application effect of case management nursing based on patient safety in patients with prostate cancer

BACKGROUND Globally,prostate cancer has become a major threat to men's health,with an increasing incidence and causes serious effects on the quality and length of life of *** the rapid development of medical technology,which provides treatments,including surgery,radiotherapy,and endocrine therapy,the treatment of patients with prostate cancer,especially with endocrine therapy,has become a major challenge in clinical treatment owing to the lengthy course of treatment,side effects of drugs,and impact of the disease on the psychological and physiological functioning of the patient,producing poor treatment adherence and a decline in quality of *** the nursing intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score,sexual function,and hormone function were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Case management guidance based on patient safety effectively reduced anxiety and depression in patients undergoing endocrine therapy for prostate cancer and improved their quality of life,treatment compliance,and satisfaction.

Purpose:To identify the risk factors for training-related lower extremity muscle injuries in young males by a non-invasive method of body composition ***:A total of 282 healthy young male volunteers aged 18-20 years participated in this cohort *** location,degree,and injury rate were adjusted by a questionnaire based on the overuse injury assessment methods used in epidemiological studies of sports *** occurrence of training injuries is monitored and diagnosed by physicians and treated *** body composition was measured using the BodyStat QuadScan 4000 multifrequency Bio-impedance system at 5,50,100 and 200 kHz to obtain 4 impedance *** Shapiro-Wilk test was used to check whether the data conformed to a normal *** of normal distribution were shown as mean±SD and analyzed by t-test,while those of non-normal distribution were shown as median(Q1,Q3)and analyzed by Wilcoxon rank sum *** receiver operator characteristic curve and logistic regression analysis were performed to investigate risk factors for developing training-related lower extremity injuries and ***:Among the 282 subjects,78(27.7%)developed training *** extremity training injuries revealed the highest incidence,accounting for 23.4%(66 cases).These patients showed higher percentages of lean body mass(p=0.001),total body water(TBW,p=0.006),extracellular water(p=0.020)and intracellular water(p=0.010)as well as a larger ratio of basal metabolic rate/total weight(p=0.006),compared with those without lower extremity muscle *** the contrary,the percentage of body fat(p=0.001)and body fat mass index(p=0.002)were *** regression analysis showed that TBW percentage>65.35%(p=0.050,odds ratio=3.114)and 3rd space water>0.95%(p=0.045,odds ratio=2.342)were independent risk factors for lower extremity muscle ***:TBW percentage and 3rd space water measured with bio-impedance method are potential ris

在碳达峰、碳中和的“双碳”背景下,污水处理与资源化技术必将朝着“绿色低碳化”方向发展,而有机小分子和无机盐的分离成为目前制约废水资源化利用的原因之一.膜技术可应用于有机小分子和无机盐的分离,但有机小分子/无机盐膜分离的影响因素尚未得出一致结论.本文从工业废水资源化利用背景出发,以有机小分子和无机盐膜分离为研究对象,综述了影响膜分离的主要因素,进而对能提升膜性能的策略进行介绍,同时指出膜孔径和膜表面的荷电性是影响膜分离效果的主要因素,高亲水性、荷正电型疏松纳滤膜是未来有机小分子/无机盐分离膜的主要发展方向.

连续微流控生物芯片是生物化学实验自动化、微型化的革命性技术.多路复用器的控制模式分配作为连续微流控生物芯片自动化设计的关键环节之一,是难的NP(Non-deterministic Polynomial)优化问题.现有工作采用粒子群优化算法求解控制模式分配问题存在过早陷入局部最优解、收敛速度慢以及算法稳定性差的缺点.为此,本文提出一种连续微流控生物芯片下基于混合离散粒子群优化的控制模式分配算法.首先,为了加快算法收敛速度及避免过早陷入局部最优解,提出了离散的自适应区域搜索策略.其次,通过基于样例的社会学习机制提高了算法的稳定性.然后,采用等距抽值的方式筛选出自适应区域搜索策略中重要参数的最佳组合,以进一步提高分配方案的质量.最终实验结果表明,所提算法在多路复用器中阀门使用数量上平均优化了19.01%,在算法稳定性上提高了29.18%,且在现实的生化应用中有良好的性能表现.

为研究典型长廊型高层建筑中组合式防烟缓冲区对着火层中性面的影响,用FDS软件建立长廊型高层建筑火灾烟气运动模型。在机械排烟和加压送风的基础上设置组合式防烟缓冲区,分析比较组合式防烟缓冲区对着火层中性面高度、温度分布、CO分布和烟气蔓延情况的影响。结果表明,机械排烟结合加压送风模式下,在机械排烟口EP右侧增设挡烟垂壁使中性面提高0.18 m,在走廊前室门前增加空气幕配合前室加压送风使中性面提高0.35 m,挡烟垂壁加空气幕配合加压送风的组合式防烟缓冲区使走廊中性面消失,达到烟气抑制临界条件。组合式防烟缓冲区延缓了烟气蔓延,把火灾烟气阻挡在缓冲区前,使走廊平均温度降低8.2%,平均CO物质的量浓度降低37.7%,确保前室处于无烟状态,为人员安全疏散提供有利条件。

Hierarchy of Combined TL-RTL Equations and an Associated （2＋l）-Dimensional Lattice Equation

A new （29-1）-dimensional lattice equation is presented based upon the first two members in the hierarchy of the combined Toda lattice and relativistic Toda lattice （TL-RTL） equations in （19991） dimensions. A Darboux transformation for the hierarchy of the combined TL-RTL equations is constructed. Solutions of the first two members in the hierarchy of the combined TL-RTL equations, as well as the new （29-1）-dimensional lattice equation are explicitly obtained by the Darboux transformation.

Theoretical Investigation of Detailed Thermodynamic Character of Possible Difunctional Adducts Model

The B3LYP/6-31G^＊ level of theory was used to optimize trans-[Pt（NH3）（Am）G-L], where Am = quinoline or thiazole and L is chosen as the model for functional groups of peptide side chains, and for adenine and guanine sites of DNA as the ultimate target of platinum anticancer drugs. Bond dissociating energy and stability energy of complexes are chosen to study detailedly thermodynamic character of possible difunctional adducts model. In order to investigate the influence of a polarizable environment on the energy of the Pt-L bond formation, we adopt a new bonding energy formula brought forward by Lippard and his coworkers： △H（Sol） = △H（SCF）＋ △G（Solv）, which is quite appropriate to compare with what is found in experimental studies. Our calculated results demonstrate that N-containing ligands are more favored in view of thermodynamics both in gas phrase and in solution. However, it is worthly to be noted that addition of solvation free energies result in moderate correction of bonding energy in relative ordering, and the largest ones both present in imidazole ligand, not in guanine ligand. Finally, the nature of bond is analyzed in terms of partial charges distribution based on NBO population.
