In recent years,Delay Tolerant Networks(DTN)have received more and more *** the same time,several existing DTN routing algorithms generally have disadvantages such as poor scalability and inability to perceive changes in the network *** paper proposes an AdaptiveSpray routing *** algorithm can dynamically control the initial maximum message copy number according to the cache occupancy rate of the node itself,and the cache occupancy rate is added as an impact factor to the calculation of the probability of each node meeting the destination *** the forwarding phase,the node will first compare the meeting probability of itself and the meeting node to the destination node,and then choose different forwarding *** simulation shows that the AdaptiveSpray algorithm proposed in this paper has obvious advantages compared with the existing routing algorithms in terms of message delivery rate and average delay.

Sporogenesis in the hepatic Marchantia polymorpha L. provides an outstanding example of the pleiomorphic nature of the plant microtubule organizing center （MTOC）. Microtubules are nucleated from γ-tubuUn in MTOCs that change form during mitosis and meiosis. Following entry of cells into the reproductive pathway of sporogenesis, successive rounds of mitosis give rise to packets of 4-16 sporocytes. Mitotic spindles are organized at discrete polar organizers （POs）, a type of MTOC that is unique to this group of early divergent land plants. An abrupt and radical transformation in microtubule organization occurs when sporocytes enter meiosis： POs are lost and γ-tubulin is closely associated with surfaces of two large elongated plastids that subsequently divide into four. Migration of the four plastid MTOCs into a tetrahedral arrangement establishes the future spore domains and the division polarity of meiosis. As is typical of many bryophytes, cones of microtubules from the four plastid MTOCs initiate a quadripolar microtubule system （QMS） in meiotic prophase. At this point a transformation in the organization of the MTOCs occurs. The γ-tubulin detaches from plastids and forms a diffuse spheroidal pole in each of the spore domains. The plastids, which are no longer MTOCs, continue to divide. The diffuse MTOCs continue to nucleate cones of microtubules during transformation of the QMS to a bipolar spindle. Following meiosis I, γ-tubulin is associated with nuclear envelopes, and the spindles of meiosis II are organized from diffuse MTOCs at the tetrad poles. At simultaneous cytokinesis, radial microtubule systems are organized at nuclear envelope MTOCs in each of the tetrad members.

Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)can be locally grown on custom-designed CMOS microheaters by a thermal chemical vapour deposition(CVD)process to utilize the sensing capabilities of CNTs in emerging micro-and nanotechnology *** such a direct CMOS-CNT integration,a key requirement is the development of necessary post-processing steps on CMOS chips for fabricating CMOS-MeMS polysilicon heaters that can locally generate the required CNT synthesis temperatures(~650-900℃).In our post-CMOS processing,a subtractive fabrication technique is used for micromachining the polysilicon heaters,where the passivation layers in CMOS are used as masks to protect the *** dielectric etching,it is necessary to achieve high selectivity,uniform etching and a good etch rate to fully expose the polysilicon layers without causing *** achieved successful post-CMOS processing by developing two-step reactive ion etching(RIe)of the SiO2 dielectric layer and making design improvements to a second-generation CMOS *** the dry etching process,CMOS-MeMS microheaters are partially suspended by SiO2 wet etching with minimum damage to the exposed aluminium layers,to obtain high thermal *** fabricated microheaters are then successfully utilized for synthesizing CNTs by a local thermal CVD *** CMOS post-processing challenges and design aspects to fabricate CMOS-MeMS polysilicon microheaters for such high-temperature applications are detailed in this *** developed process for heterogeneous monolithic integration of CMOS-CNT shows promise for wafer-level manufacturing of CNT-based sensors by incorporating additional steps in an already existing foundry CMOS process.

AIMTo review the evidence on the association between specific colon adenoma features and the risk of future colonic neoplasia [adenomas and colorectal cancer (CRC)]. MeTHODSWe performed a literature search using the National Library of Medicine through PubMed from 1/1/2003 to 5/30/2015. Specific Medical Subject Headings terms (colon, colon polyps, adenomatous polyps, epidemiology, natural history, growth, cancer screening, colonoscopy, CRC) were used in conjunction with subject headings/key words (surveillance, adenoma surveillance, polypectomy surveillance, and serrated adenoma). We defined non-advanced adenomas as 1-2 adenomas each 25% villous histology or high-grade dysplasia. A combined endpoint of advanced neoplasia included advanced adenomas and invasive CRC. ReSULTSOur search strategy identified 592 candidate articles of which 8 met inclusion criteria and were relevant for assessment of histology (low grade vs high grade dysplasia, villous features) and adenoma size. Six of these studies met the accepted quality indicator threshold for overall adenoma detection rate > 25% among study patients. We found 254 articles of which 7 met inclusion criteria for the evaluation of multiple adenomas. Lastly, our search revealed 222 candidate articles of which 6 met inclusion criteria for evaluation of serrated polyps. Our review found that villous features, high grade dysplasia, larger adenoma size, and having ≥ 3 adenomas at baseline are associated with an increased risk of future colonic neoplasia in some but not all studies. Serrated polyps in the proximal colon are associated with an increased risk of future colonic neoplasia, comparable to having a baseline advanced adenoma. CONCLUSIONData on adenoma features and risk of future adenomas and CRC are compelling yet modest in absolute effect size. Future research should refine this risk stratification.

The main focus of this work is to study the effect of the ionic radius of different rare earth dopant cations Re^(3+)(Re=La,Sm,Dy,and Ho) on structural and various physical properties of sodium bismuth titanate(Na_(0.5)B_(0.5)TiO_(3),NBT) based perovskite *** X-ray diffraction data indicate the successful formation of the rhombohedral phase(space group R3c) of NBT nano perovskite incorporated with various rare earth ions in *** lattice parameters were found to increase linearly with the ionic radius of the dopant *** ionic radii and atomic mass of rare earth dopants appear to be essential factors in the grain growth of the prepared *** grain growth results in better crystallinity of the sample by reducing the microstrain with the increase of dopant ionic *** emission scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectra confirm the prepared compositions' phase purity and *** UV-Vis spectra reveal that La-doped NBT composition exhibits the lowest optical band gap,which unfolds the application of NBT-based perovskite as photoactive *** ac conductivity and complex impedance spectra unveil that the composition with the largest ionic radius,i.e.,La-doped NBT compound,exhibits the highest dc and bulk conductivity with the lowest activation *** frequency-dependent dielectric data follows Havriliak-Negami(HN) formalism and non-Debye type relaxation *** also indicate that La-doped NBT composition exhibits the highest dielectric strength ***,this study first elaborates that the increasing ionic radius of the rare earth dopant cation in the Bi-site of NBT perovskite improves its microstructural,optical,and electrical properties.

Thiopurines and inflammatory bowel disease: Current evidence and a historical perspective

The use of thiopurines in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) has been examined in numerous prospective, controlled trials, with a majority demonstrating a clinical benefit. We conducted this review to describe the historical and current evidence in the use of thiopurines in IBD. A systematic search was performed on MeDLINe between 1965 and 2016 to identify studies on thiopurines in IBD. The most robust evidence for thiopurines in IBD includes induction of remission in combination with anti-tumor necrosis factor(antiTNF) agents, and maintenance of remission and postoperative maintenance in Crohn's disease. Less evidence exists for thiopurine monotherapy in induction of remission, maintenance of ulcerative colitis, chemoprevention of colorectal cancer, and in preventing immunogenicity to anti-TNF. evidence was often limited by trial design. Overall, thiopurines have demonstrated efficacy in a broad range of presentations of IBD. With more efficacious novel therapeutic agents, the positioning of thiopurines in the management of IBD will change and future studies will analyze the benefit of thiopurines alone and in conjunction with these new medications.

In this paper, a dynamic fault model is proposed to predict yarn end breakage in the spinning procedure through investigation of fault characteristics. In view of the principle that uniformity bad in raw material causes iustable yarn formation, the investigation focuses on the fault characteristic existing in the dynamic tension. Analyzing the dynamic spinning system, the phenomenon of over random shock in a spinning triangle is discovered to be the main physical event prior to yarn end breakage. The fault characteristic is further confirmed by dynamic tests and signal processing, and can be used to make an approach to predicting yarn end breakage. A relative energy feature is defined for evaluating the tendency of yarn end breakage, and its effectiveness is verified by *** monitoring tests in the laboratory. The research results show that the proposed dynamic fault model has not only an advantage in indicating the presence of fault characteristics, but also great potentials in quantitating fault in online spinning monitoring.
