Background:The analysis of communication tools used in advocacy is currently a topical research problem in the context of dynamic information communication in the sociopolitical *** and Objectives:The aim of the study was to analyze the attorney’s request as a means of obtaining information by attorneys to carry out their professional *** and Methods:The research was conducted with the help of numerous methods,the method of expert interviews being the leading *** was used to single out the procedural characteristics and prospects of the attorney’s request in presentday ***:Attention is drawn to a number of issues that complicate the process of submitting attorney’s request and a proper use of this mechanism and procedure by an *** ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement opens up new prospects not only for Ukrainian and European producers but also provides for interesting objectives for attorneys to consult the private sector in the process of building new ***:In this article,it was suggested to compare and analyze the issue of the attorney’s request in Ukrainian and Polish legal *** a result of the research,problems were identified,and proposals were made for a simplified procedure for submitting an attorney’s request as a communication instrument in advocacy.

Almost all European countries use at least two horizontal reference systems, which allow them to minimize all risks when changing the coordinate system. The first system is used for the needs of the national survey in general, and also for technical applications in engineering surveys. A brief description of this system can be written by the formula: Geocentric Ellipsoid(GRS80) + Projection(UTM). More than half of the European countries for the second national systems use the GRS80 geocentric ellipsoid together with a projection other than UTM, some of them continue to use the projection of the old coordinate systems. The rest of the countries, excluding Ukraine, adapted the existing national coordinate systems to modern requirements, removing deformations from them concerning the ETRS89. A small number of European countries have implemented the GRS80 geocentric ellipsoid together with the UTM projection for cadastral surveys and topographic maps with a scale of 1:5000 and larger. Only one country, Ukraine, chose a variant for the new coordinate system(UCS2000), which is briefly written by the formula: Old Not Geocentric Ellipsoid + New Projection. The analysis of modern coordinate systems of Europe made it possible to formulate two variants of the future coordinate system of Ukraine based on a geocentric ellipsoid. It is shown that the transition to a geocentric ellipsoid will change the coordinates and heights of the points, but practically will not change the distance between the points and the area of the parcels.

The sensing organs are exponentially better than any of analogous artificial ones. That is why using them in full scale is a perspective trend to the efficient (advanced) machine perception. On the other hand, limitations of sensing organs could be replaced by the perfect artificial ones with the subsequent training the nervous system on their output signals. An attempt to lay down the foundations of biosensing by natural sensors and in addition to them by the artificial transducers of physical quantities, also with their expansion into space arrays and external/implantable functioning in relation to the nervous system is performed. The advances in nanotechnology are opening the way to achieving direct electrical contact of nanoelectronic structures with electrically and electrochemically active neurocellular structures. The transmission of the sensors' signals to a processing unit has been maintaining by an electromagnetic transistor/memristor (externally) and superconducting transducer of ionic currents (implantable). The arrays of the advanced sensors give us information about the space and direction dynamics of the signals' *** measuring method and necessary performance data of the sensor for the robot's orientation in the ambient magnetic field with living being-machine interaction in order to obtain input and output signals from brain and motor nerves to the measurement system and vice versa are introduced. The range of applied sensors differs from an induction sensor to superconducting induction magnetometer. The analytical expressions for arrangements of the head sensors in differential and vector (3D) relative positions are deduced. Sensitivity of the perception method makes it possible to recognize the linear translation of 10?2 m and disposal in space of 10?3 m3. Interaction between living beings and robotic equipment is given analytical treatment.

We formulated and analyzed a novel nanoformulation of the anticancer drug cisplatin （Cis） with C60 fullerene （C60＋Cis complex） and showed its higher toxicity toward tumor cell lines in vitro when compared to Cis alone. The highest toxicity of the complex was observed in HL-60/adr and HL-60/vinc chemotherapy- resistant human leukemia cell sublines （resistant to Adriamycin and Vinculin, respectively）. We discovered that the action of the C60＋Cis complex is associated with overcoming the drug resistance of the tumor cell lines through observing an increased number of apoptotic cells in the Annexin V/PI assay. Moreover, in vivo assays with Lewis lung carcinoma （LLC） C57BL/6J male mice showed that the C60＋Cis complex increases tumor growth inhibition, when compared to Cis or C60 fullerenes alone. Simultaneously, we conducted a molecular docking study and performed an Ames test. Molecular docking specifies the capability of a C60 fullerene to form van der Waals interactions with potential binding sites on P-glycoprotein （P-gp）, multidrug resistance protein 1 （MRP-1）, and multidrug resistance protein 2 （MRP-2） molecules. The observed phenomenon revealed a possible mechanism to bypass tumor cell drug resistance by the C60＋Cis complex. Additionally, the results of the Ames test show that the formation of such a complex diminishes the Cis mutagenic activity and may reduce the probability of secondary neoplasm formation. In conclusion, the C60＋Cis complex effectively induced tumor cell death in vitro and inhibited tumor growth in vivo, overcoming drug resistance likely by the potential of the C60 fullerene to interact with P-gp, MRP-1, and MRP-2 molecules. Thus, the C60＋Cis complex might be a potential novel chemotherapy modification.

Histone H1/MBP hydrolysing antibodies - novel potential marker in diagnosis of disease severity in systematic lupus erythematosus patients

Recently we have shown the presence of catalytically active IgGs, capable to cleave histone H1 and bovine myelin basic protein (MBP), in blood serum of SLE patients. Here we present data that demonstrate the correlation between a) proteolytic activity towards histone H1 and MBP of IgG-antibodies from blood serum of SLE patients and b) disease severity level in these patients. IgGs were isolated from blood serum by chromatography on protein G-sepharose. Commercial preparations of bovine myelin basic proteins (MBP) and calf thymus histone H1 were used as substrates. Analysis of the proteolytic activity showed that 16 of 38 lgG-preparations (42,1%) obtained from blood serum of SLE patients were capable of cleaving both histone H1 and MBP with different efficiency. It was revealed that the presence in blood serum of lgGs possessing proteolytic activity towards both histone H1 and bMBP closely correlates with manifestation of the disease severity in SLE patients.

Scheme of detection and investigation of antitumor activity of chemical substances by use of experimental murine Nemeth-Kellner lymphoma (NK/Ly) are described. It includes monitoring of growth of NK/Ly ascites by everyday weighting of animals in course of intraperitoneal application of tested substance in 24 or 48 hours after inoculation of 107 tumor cells. The inhibitory effect became distinct on the 6th-8th day of experiment, and 3 types of response were observed: 1) complete suppression of ascites development, corresponding to high antitumor activity of tested substance;2) partial suppression of ascites growth (weak antitumor activity);3) insignificant effect on ascites growth (lack of activity, at least towards hematoblastoses). As compared with leukemia L1210 or P388 lymphoma NK/Ly provides more distinct daily increment of body weight due to tumor growth. Clinical pattern of tumor development was supported by cytomorphological investigations of tumor cells which included: 1) cells count in ascites;2) measuring cell dimensions and ratio of enlarged cells in a population (diameter over 17 μm in case of NK/Ly);3) quantitative evaluation of tumor cells damage by smears count after staining with azure-eosin, bromophenol blue and hematoxylin. In case of complete suppression of ascites growth the cytological investigation was conducted by delayed application of tested agent to animals with the developed ascites. After treatment with vinblastine or doxorubicin NK/Ly cells represent a convenient object for fractionation of cell population, as demonstrated by separation of giant and small tumor cell subpopulations.

圆偏振飞秒激光泵浦氮气产生的无谐振腔激光效应在远程光学遥感方面具有非常重要的应用前景.然而,空气中氧气分子的存在显著地淬灭了该受激辐射效应.对比研究了氧气和氪、氩、氦这三种气体对于氮气分子前向和背向激射的影响,测量了纯氮气和空气中氮分子荧光的强度.结果表明,氧气和氪气这两种电离能非常接近的气体呈现出十分相似的淬灭作用;而氦气因为电离能极大,并不呈现出显著的淬灭作用.因此,可得氧气对于氮气分子激射淬灭作用的主要原因在于其引起的光丝内激光强度的下降,从而使得自由电子能量降低,导致碰撞激发效率下降.

目的了解陕西省公立医院的总收支情况和三种成本补偿渠道的构成情况以及变化趋势。方法结合焦点组访谈和现场调研的结果,根据医院收支的相关数据,分析2001、2004和2006年医院成本补偿方式的变化。结果从2001年到2006年,政府财政投入对医院运行的影响日益显著,但仍不能全面满足医院的发展需要;医院收入依赖药品的局面短期内难以打破;医疗服务定价未能反映其实际成本。结论当前的成本补偿机制给医院行为带来了不利的引导;完善财政投入和合理调整医疗服务价格是扭转这一现状的有效途径。

目的比较公立医院胃癌根治术的直接成本与定价的差距,分析定价的合理性。方法采用典型抽样方法,分别选取上海市、浙江省、湖北省和陕西省各一家三级医院作为样本医院,根据计算的胃癌根治术项目直接成本和手术收费标准,测算每例胃癌根治术的收费价格水平(收费标准/直接成本),并加以分析。结果在上海市、浙江省、湖北省和陕西省的样本医院中,平均每例手术的直接成本分别为2 628.96、3 078.79、3 634.17和1 839.49元;手术收费标准分别为1 860、1 860、2 000和1 880元。上海市、浙江省和湖北省样本医院的收费价格水平均<1(0.71、0.60和0.55),陕西省为1.02。结论各地区公立医院胃癌根治术的直接成本有较大差异,政府定价基本上均低于直接成本。适度调整医疗服务价格是扭转当前不合理的医疗成本补偿机制的有效途径。
