A subset S of vertices of a graph G with no isolated vertex is a total restrained dominating set if every vertex is adjacent to a vertex in S and every vertex in V （G） S is also adjacent to a vertex in V （G） S. The total restrained domination number of G is the minimum cardinality of a total restrained dominating set of G. In this paper we initiate the study of total restrained bondage in graphs. The total restrained bondage number in a graph G with no isolated vertex, is the minimum cardinality of a subset of edges E such that G E has no isolated vertex and the total restrained domination number of G E is greater than the total restrained domination number of G. We obtain several properties, exact values and bounds for the total restrained bondage number of a graph.

Let P（G, λ） be the chromatic polynomial of a graph G. Two graphs G and H are said to be chromatically equivalent, denoted G N H, if P（G, λ） = P（H, λ）. We write [G] = {HIH - G}. If [G] = {G}, then G is said to be chromatically unique. In this paper, we first characterize certain complete 6-partite graphs with 6rid＋1 vertices according to the number of 7-independent partitions of G. Using these results, we investigate the chromaticity of G with certain star or matching deleted. As a by-product, many new families of chromatically unique complete 6-partite graphs with certain star or matching deleted are obtained.

Conformance control or water shut-off is a technique used to improve oil *** conformance control,polymers block high permeability water areas and redistribute water drive toward unswept oil *** this study,co-polymers(denoted ATP-PGV/AM-co-AMPS)were synthesized using acrylamide(AM)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS)as the monomers,polyethylene glycol(PEG)-200 and methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)as the crosslinkers,attapulgite(ATP)and bentonite(PGV)as the clay types,and ammonium persulfate(APS)as the initiator,in addition to paraffin oil and *** were synthesized using inverse emulsion polymerization with different concentrations of monomers,crosslinkers,and clays,and they were characterized using Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX).FTIR spectra of the samples confirmed the existence of sulfonate and hydroxyl groups,which are important for polymer ***-EDX images indicated that the morphology and elemental composition were different before and after swelling,confirming the occurrence of ***,samples were placed in sodium chloride solution(20,000 ppm)for 7 days to evaluate swelling at both room temperature and 90°*** analysis(TGA)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)were used to determine the thermal characteristics of the ***,rheological measurements were used to assess the deformation and rheological behavior of the *** results showed that after 1 day,good swelling without loss of mechanical strength was achieved with the composite synthesized using 10%AM,15%AMPS,6%PGV,and 10%ATP.

Objective:To determine the distribution,phenotypic and genetic background of extended spectrumβ-lactamases(ESBL)-producing Klebsiella(K.)pneumoniae clinical isolates associated with K1 and K2 serotypes in two selected hospitals in ***:A total of 192 *** isolates were collected and subjected to antibiotic susceptibility,hypermucoviscosity test and multiplex PCR to detect the presence of K1-and K2-serotype associated *** sequence typing(MLST)was performed on ESBL-producing *** isolates presented with K1 and K2 serotypes,followed by phylogenetic ***:A total of 87 out of 192(45.3%)of the *** isolates collected were ESBL ***,only 8.3%(16/192)and 10.9%(21/192)of the total isolates were detected to carry K1-and K2-serotype associated genes,*** analysis showed that K1 and K2 capsular serotypes were not significantly associated with ESBL phenotype(P=0.196).However,they were significantly associated with hypervirulent,as demonstrated by the positive string test(P<0.001).MLST analysis revealed that ST23 as the predominant sequence type(ST)in the K1 serotype,while the ST in the K2 serotype is more ***:Although the occurrence of ESBL-producing isolates among the hypervirulent strains was low,their coexistence warrants the need for continuous *** showed that these isolates were genetically heterogeneous.

人口增加和极端气候频繁对农业生产提出了更高的要求。为了提高单产以及对不良环境的适应性需要采用开发更多的简便农业生产措施。尝试使用源自自然资源的生物肥料和植物药,对园艺和农业生产具有重要意义。栽培番茄Lycopersicon esculentum是巴基斯坦最主要的蔬菜作物且具有丰富的遗传多样性;为寻求在巴基斯坦俾路支省干旱地区进行短生育期的番茄栽培并收获一定的产量,我们对21个巴基斯坦主要的番茄品种进行了田间种植和考察。结果表明,番茄品种Nile的平均最高发芽率为95.28%,其次是Delta 94.87%和Superior94.62%。而在Sahil中观察到的发芽率最低,显示出80.07%的发芽率。Sahil品种是所有番茄品种中开花最快的品种。开花仅需45.13天,而尼罗河品种报告开花时间为73.07天。发芽30天后的株高显示P2的最大高度为7.17厘米。而在Sahil番茄品种中观察到的最小株高为2.75 cm。Nile品种的采果次数为7,而Sahil品种的采摘次数最少,分别为4.08,每地块的产量将Nile描述为最大的产量归属品种,为7.79公斤。相关性表明,番茄品种在产量和单果重之间呈正相关(r=0.78)。每株植物的平均产量和每公顷产量与果实大小呈高度显着正相关(r=0.88),这在基因型和表型水平上均已观察到。总之,在俾路支气候条件下,就生长和产量而言,Nile、Delta和Superior是最好的番茄品种。在此背景下,巴基斯坦奎达俾路支省农业学院进行了一项田间试验,以了解海藻提取物(Ascophyllum nodosum)叶面喷施对番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)四种地方基因型(Nadir V1、Roma V2、Nakeeb V3和Nagina V4)的生长、产量和品质性能的影响。该实验采用随机完整区组设计(RCBD)进行,具有四个处理和四个重复。每两周将不同浓度的海藻提取物(0 ml Control、1 ml l、2 ml l和3 ml l)施用于番茄植株,从移栽后1个月开始,分3次施用于番茄植株,并两周一次记录其性能。结果表明,海藻提取物(Ascophyllum nodosum)的叶面施用对番茄的测试参数有显著的影响(p<0.05)。叶面施用的海藻提取物增加了果实重量、果实长度(cm)(53.73)、果实直径、总酚类化合物,类黄酮,总蛋白含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,过氧化物酶(POD)活性,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,抗坏血酸,可滴定酸度,以及总可溶性固体,还原糖、非还原糖和总糖,使其显著高于对照组。因此,该实验表明海藻提取物提高了番茄的生长和抗逆能力。这些结果可以帮助番茄种植者选择合适栽培品种,并为利用海藻提取物提高番茄抗逆性方面提供一定的指导作用。

Ceramic parts usually experience dynamic load in armor applications. Therefore, studying the dynamic behaviors of ceramics is important. Limited data are available on the dynamic behaviors of ceramics; thus, it is helpful to predict the dynamic strength of ceramics on the basis of their mechanical properties. In this paper, the addition of SrCO3 into zirconia-toughened alumina（ZTA） was demonstrated to improve the fracture toughness of ZTA due to the formation of the SrAl12O19（SA6） phase. The porosity of ZTA was found to be increased by the addition of SrCO3. These newly formed pores served as the nucleation sites of cracks under dynamic load; these cracks eventually coalesced to form damaged zones in the samples. Although the KIC values of the samples were improved, the dynamic strength was not enhanced because of the increase in porosity; in fact, the dynamic strength of ZTA ceramics decreased with the addition of SrCO3.

Biogas purification via water scrubbing produces effluent containing dissolved CH4, H2S,and CO2, which should be removed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase its potential for water regeneration. In this study, a reactor built with air supplies at the top and bottom was utilized for the treatment of biogas purification effluent through biological oxidation and physical stripping processes. Up to 98% of CH4 was removed through biological treatment at a hydraulic retention time of 2 hr and an upper airflow rate of 2.02 L/day. Additionally, a minimum CH4 concentration of 0.04% with no trace of H2S gas was detected in the off gas. Meanwhile, a white precipitate was captured on the carrier showing the formation of sulfur. According to the developed mathematical model, an upper airflow rate of greater than 2.02 L/day showed a small deterioration in CH4 removal performance after reaching the maximum value, whereas a 50 L/day bottom airflow rate was required to strip the CO2 efficiently and raise the effluent p H from 5.64 to 7.3. Microbiological analysis confirmed the presence of type 1 methanotroph communities dominated by Methylobacter and Methylocaldum. However, bacterial communities promoting sulfide oxidation were dominated by Hyphomicrobium.
