One in five Americans experience symptoms associated with at least one mental health disorder every year. These include behavioral addictions, which have long been overlooked despite their similar neural bases with substance addictions. Gambling addiction, a type of behavioral addiction, deserves particular attention given the significant negative effects, this addiction has on financial and interpersonal health. The purpose of this paper is to review the available literature concerning the behavioral and neural processes involved in gambling addiction, including: the anticipation of reward, the role of dopamine, and the neural substrates of the decision-making processes involved in gambling addiction. market research has also identified solutions that integrate applied neuroscience and self-tracking systems to monitor and manage mental health issues associated with gambling addiction. The authors then propose a gambling treatment-focused mobile app solution that addresses outstanding issues with a special design aimed at reversing plasticity in order to relieve the effects of gambling addiction. .

Low temperature usually results in the developmental deformity of flower organs,immensely affecting the quality of rose ***,it's largely unknown about the regulatory mechanisms activated by low ***,we used a low temperature-sensitive Rosa hybrida cv.‘Peach Avalanche’to screen a maDS-box gene RhAGL6 via conjoint analysis between RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)and whole-genome bisulfite sequencing(WGBS).Furthermore,we found that low temperature induced the hypermethylation and elevated histone 3 lys-27 trimethylation(H3K27me3)level on the RhAGL6 promoter,leading to decreased RhAGL6 *** addition,RhAGL6 silencing resulted in the formation of abnormal *** also found that the levels of gibberellins(GA3)and abscisic acid(ABA)in the receptacle under low temperature were lower and higher,respectively,than under normal *** activity analysis revealed that GA3 significantly activated RhAGL6 promoter activity,whereas ABA inhibited ***,we propose that RhAGL6 regulates rose receptacle development by integrating epigenetic regulation and phytohormones signaling at low temperature.

Hippeastrum, a highly diverse genus in the Ama.yllidaceae family, is a valuable ornamental bulbous flowering plant. Somatic embryogenesis(SE) is an efficient method for mass production of Hippeastrum plantlets. Previous studies have been devoted to the in vitro propagation of Hippeastrum, but the SE and its regulatory networks are rarely reported. In this study, we established a direct SE method of Hippeastrum Bangkok rose' using leaf bases as explants. MS supplemented with 1.00 mg·L^(-1)NAA +1.00 mg·L^(-1)KT + 0.25 mg·L^(-1)TDZ was the optimal medium for SE. Histological observations showed that the bipolar somatic embryo originated from the epidermal cell layer and underwent initiation,globular, scutellar and coleoptile stages. During SE, endogenous hormones of IAA, CTK, ABA, and SA were highly accumulated. Transcriptomic analysis revealed the genes encoding auxin biosynthesis/metabolic enzymes and efflux carriers were induced, while the auxin receptor of TIR1 and ARF transcriptional repressor of Aux/IAA were down-regulated and up-regulated, respectively, leading to suppression of auxin signaling. In contrast, cytokine signaling was promoted at the early stage of SE, as biosynthesis, transport, and signaling components were *** stress-related genes were up-regulated at the early or late stages of SE. Chromatin remodeling could also be dynamically regulated via distinct expression enzymes that control histone methylation and acetylation during SE. Moreover, key SE regulators, including WOXs and SERKs were highly expressed along with SE. Overall, the present study provides insights into the SE regulatory mechanisms of the Hippeastrum.

文章基于2011—2021年30个省份面板数据,采用熵值法对我国生猪饲料产业链韧性进行测算,分析生猪饲料产业链韧性发展现状及区域特征,运用双向固定效应模型细致探究我国生猪饲料产业链韧性的影响因素。结果发现:研究期内我国生猪饲料产业链韧性整体呈缓慢波动上升态势,且随着猪周期呈现出周期性波动上升趋势;立足维度视角,我国生猪饲料产业链韧性的提高主要得益于基础力和抵抗力的有效提升;立足区域视角,我国生猪饲料产业链韧性最高的是可持续生产区,其次是制约生产区,再次是核心生产区,最后是适宜生产区;立足影响因素视角,经济发展水平、技术创新水平、金融发展程度和交通便利度均对我国生猪饲料产业链韧性具有显著提升作用。研究表明,探讨增强我国生猪饲料产业链韧性的现实路径可为加快构建我国生猪饲料产业链新格局提供有益借鉴。

Cases of pulmonary embolism and pulmonary artery hypertension caused by choriocarcinoma represent a rare clinical emergency. We report a case of a 25-year-old woman who presented with pulmonary embolism and hyper- tension and died soon after complete pulmonary embolectomy. A related literature review revealed that almost all of these patients had previously experienced a spontaneous abortion （average, 6 months） and were not pregnant.

目的:探讨来氟米特调控CASP-1/3/IL-1β信号通路抑制人类风湿关节炎滑膜成纤维细胞焦亡的作用机制。方法:组织块法培养人类风湿关节炎滑膜成纤维细胞(human rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblast, HFLS-RA)予来氟米特及实验相关试剂干预。HE染色和免疫组化鉴定细胞,流式细胞术检测细胞周期,ELISA、RT-qPCR和Western blot法检测信号通路中焦亡相关炎性蛋白IL-1β、IL-18、Caspase-1、Caspase-3、NLRP3和GSDMD表达量。结果:组织块法培养的细胞鉴定为HFLS-RA。细胞周期结果,在G1期,与阳性对照组比较,来氟米特组细胞DNA生成量升高(P<0.05);在G2、S期,与阳性对照组比较,来氟米特组细胞DNA生成量降低(P<0.05)。ELISA结果显示,与阳性对照组比较,来氟米特组IL-1β、IL-18、Caspase-1、Caspase-3的分泌量降低(P<0.05)。RT-qPCR结果显示,与阳性对照组比较,来氟米特组IL-1β、IL-18、Caspase-1、Caspase-3、NLRP3和GSDMD的mRNA表达降低(P<0.05)。Western blot结果显示,与阳性对照组比较,来氟米特组IL-1β、IL-18、Caspase-1、Caspase-3、NLRP3和GSDMD蛋白表达量降低(P<0.05)。结论:来氟米特调控CASP-1/3/IL-1β信号通路中多个焦亡相关蛋白。通过抑制中上游的NLRP3、Caspase-1合成炎小体,减少GSDMD蛋白表达而抑制通路下游IL-1β、IL-18等炎症因子生成及释放,在细胞周期G0/G1起阻滞作用,可能是来氟米特治疗RA的机制之一。

麦麸膳食纤维混菌固态发酵的条件优化及特性分析

为降低麦麸膳食纤维中不可溶性膳食纤维的含量,改善其营养价值和食品加工特性,采用担子菌、产朊假丝酵母、植物乳杆菌协同固态发酵的方式处理麦麸膳食纤维,并对发酵前后的麦麸膳食纤维进行基本成分和微观形貌分析。通过单因素和响应面试验确定混菌发酵最优条件:接种量15.1%、液料比1.7∶1 mL/g、发酵时间11 d、发酵温度28℃。在此工艺条件下不可溶性膳食纤维的降解率为19.194%,可以有效降低不可溶性膳食纤维的含量。同时,较优化前可溶性膳食纤维的含量由3.91%增加到7.47%,蛋白质含量由4.06%增加到9.08%,麦麸膳食纤维的持水性和持油性为优化前的1.48倍和1.42倍,发酵后的麦麸膳食纤维表面结构疏松。利用混菌发酵的方法可以有效地提高不可溶性膳食纤维的降解率,为麦麸膳食纤维在食品领域的广泛应用提供技术支撑。
