Frailty is a recession of age-related reserves caused by a variety of causes and is becoming the most important clinical syndrome that affects the health of the *** the elderly,frailty and cognitive dysfunction often exist,and some people have proposed cognitive *** frailty is an elderly syndrome that increases the risk of dementia,in the same time,and can independently predict the adverse health outcomes of the patient and affect the quality of the patient's *** paper,under the guidance of Walker and Avant method,provides theoretical basis for early recognition and intervention of cognitive weakness in the elderly.

Objective:To study the effect of family follow-up nursing in rehabilitation of elderly autistic patients in community ***:120 elderly autistic patients from February 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a test group with 60 cases *** patients in the control group were cared for at home by their family members,while the patients in the test group were given family follow-up rehabilitation care on the basis of the control *** compliance of patients in the rehabilitation process,the UCLA loneliness score,the autism treatment assessment scale(ATEC)score of patients after this nursing care,and the quality-of-life scores of patients of the two groups before and after nursing care were ***:The compliance of patients in the process of rehabilitation treatment was better in the experimental group than in the experimental *** physical function score of patients after nursing was better in the experimental group than in the experimental *** UCLA loneliness score and ATEC score of patients in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(Pderly autistic patients in community institutions can significantly improve patients’compliance and improve their prognosis,thus having high clinical value.

Objective:This study aimed to determine the predictive ability of instructors’online caring behaviors,online learning burnout,and satisfaction with online learning on nursing students’academic ***:This was a cross-sectional study employing the administration of online self-repor t measures among 606 undergraduate students in one large nursing school in the *** analysis involved the use of descriptive statistics,Pearson’s r,and linear ***:The mean scores in the instructors’online caring behaviors scale,online learning burnout scale,online learning satisfaction scale,and self-repor ted academic performance were 3.88±0.70,4.00±0.84,2.51±0.96,and 3.25±0.79 ***(β=0.216,P=0.000),burnout(β=0.-098,P=0.019),and instructors’caring behaviors(β=0.096,P=0.030)explained 11.7%of the variability in the students’academic ***:Instructors’caring behavior and levels of burnout and satisfaction are linked to students’academic success in the vir tual learning *** study calls for nursing instructors to be mindful of signs of burnout,employ proactive measures that promote satisfactory learning,and foster more caring behaviors in this time of global health crisis.

目的:分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切(TURBT)术后男性膀胱癌患者性生活体验和感受,为医护人员指导患者性生活问题提供有针对性的依据。方法:选取2020年3月2日至2021年3月5日期间32例TURBT术后男性膀胱癌患者,年龄为33~63(51.91±6.75)岁,病程为13~38(20.56±7.49)个月,访谈时间为31~63(39.06±8.04)min,其中长期居住地为农村10例(31.25%)、城镇22例(68.75%),大专以上学历12例(37.5%)、高中学历7例(21.88%)、初中学历10例(31.25%)、小学学历3例(9.37%),采用半结构式访谈法进行深度访谈,以Colaizzi分析法归纳主题。结果:采用半结构式访谈法访谈膀胱癌电切术后患者性生活体验状况及性功能康复需求,共提炼出5个主题,分别是有意克制性生活(18.75%)、担心性接触伤害伴侣(25%)、忽视性生活困扰(25%)、产生不良情绪(15.63%)、期望得到医护支持(53.13%)。结论:TURBT术后男性膀胱癌患者性生活体验不佳,医护人员应掌握生殖健康知识,告知患者在治疗和随访期间潜在的性生活困扰,主动对患者的性生活进行干预。

Family resilience is not the sum of the individual psychological resilience of each of the family members,but the family itself as a unit of resilience *** representative models of family stress tolerance theory mainly include Mc Cubbin's series of family stress tolerance models and Walsh's family stress tolerance framework,which are widely used in the practice of family *** the future,empirical studies on family resilience should be strengthened,measurement tools with high reliability and validity should be established,and the combination of family resilience theory and community-based practice should be promoted.
