Venus round trip using solar sail

Trajectory optimization and simulation is performed for Venus round trip (VeRT) mission using solar sail propulsion. Solar gravity is included but atmospheric drag and shadowing effects are neglected in the planet-centered escape and capture stages. The spacecraft starts from the Geostationary orbit (GEt) at a predetermined time to prepare a good initial condition for the Earth-Venus transfer, although the launch window is not an issue for spacecraft with solar sails. The Earth-Venus phase and the return trip are divided into three segments. Two methods are adopted to maintain the mission trajectory for the VeRT mis- sion and then compared through a numerical simulation. According to the first approach, Planet-centered and heliocentric ma- neuvers are modeled using a set of blended analytical control laws instead of the optimal control techniques. The second pro- cedure is the Direct Attitude Angle Optimization in which the attitude angles of the solar sail are adopted as the optimization variables during the heliocentric transfer. Although neither of the two methods guarantees a globally optimal trajectory, they are more efficient and will produce a near-optimal solution if employed properly. The second method has produced a better result for the minimum-time transfer of the VeRT mission demonstrating the effectiveness of the methods in the preliminary design of the complex optimal interplanetary orbit transfers.

为提高Pm13的检测效率,了解Pm21、PmV、Pm12和Pm13共4个小麦抗白粉病基因在山东小麦育种中的利用情况,本研究通过测序和引物设计成功转化了Pm13的KASP标记,并采用4个基因的KASP标记对2022—2023年山东省小麦高产区试组和强筋区试组的140份参试品系和2份区试对照品种进行检测,结果显示140份材料均不含上述4个基因,表明它们在山东小麦育种中应用较少。本研究可为利用KASP标记开展小麦抗白粉病基因的分子标记辅助选择提供参考,促进其育种应用。

Health risk assessments of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated/brominated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in urban air particles in a haze frequent area in China

The potential threats of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)and chlorinated/brominated PAHs(Cl/Br-PAHs)to human health from particulate matter in the urban ambient air were studied using human health risk *** risk to human health caused by exposure to PAHs was evaluated in Shijiazhuang,China,from January to December *** PAHs concentration range was 16.02e475.21 ng/m3 and the toxic equivalent was 13.605 ng/*** adults,the average carcinogenic risk caused by respiratory exposure was 5.163×10^-6 and the resulting loss of life expectancy was 32.10 *** human health risks of respiratory exposure to Cl/Br-PAHs in atmospheric samples from the Haidian District,Beijing,China,were evaluated from November 2017 to July *** concentration ranges for the Cl-and Br-PAHs were 60.38e482.17 pg/m3 and 1.32e25.35 pg/m3,*** average carcinogenic equivalent concentrations were 0.3274 pg/m3 and 0.0061 pg/m3 for the Cl-and Br-PAHs,*** adults the average carcinogenic risks caused by respiratory exposure were 1.243×10^-10 and 2.316×10^-12 for the Cl-and Br-PAHs,*** resulting loss of life expectancy values were 0.001 min(Cl-PAHs)and 0.00 min(Br-PAHs).The pollution concentrations and toxic equivalents of the Cl/Br-PAHs in Beijing and of the PAHs in Shijiazhuang both showed toxicity was high in the *** average carcinogenic risk for exposure of adults to PAHs in Shijiazhuang was low with certain potential *** concentration of Cl-PAHs in Beijing was higher than that of Br-PAHs,and the average carcinogenic risk for exposure of adults to Cl/Br-PAHs was very low with slight harm.

星载全球定位系统（GPS）卫星接收机在测量接收各GPS卫星信号时,可同时得到接收信号的信号强度测量辅助数据E。理论分析表明,接收信号的强度E与信号入射天线的法向夹角α强相关。如建立E与α稳定的先验模型,E就可以作为测量值,计算入射天线的角度α。在同一时刻,通过三个以上GPS卫星信号入射天线的角度α,可计算星载GPS卫星接收机接收天线的空间姿态。确定姿态的精度取决于E与α相关先验模型的稳定性。利用CHAMP卫星星载接收机在轨实测数据检验,估算的初始姿态精度为2°~3°。该方法可作为航天器故障状态下应急姿态捕获的一种辅助手段,也可为携带星载GPS而无高精度定姿要求的简易航天器提供一种新的无附加成本的定姿途径。

利用分子标记检测小麦区试品系,明确其优异等位基因组成,有利于进一步精准改良利用。分析KASP标记检测中存在的问题,有助于促进分子育种应用。以山东省2021—2022年小麦旱地区试24份参试品系为材料,利用32个抗旱高产相关基因的KASP标记,分析KASP标记检测中存在的异常结果和材料的优异等位基因利用情况。结果表明,未知基因型产生的主要原因是KASP反应失败或非特异扩增。混合DNA样品检测结果为杂合的主要原因是单株间基因型不一致,次要原因是错误分型。32个KASP标记中,14个标记的优异等位基因检出率超过83%,表明这些基因在育种中已经得到有效利用;17个标记的优异等位基因检出率低于50%,其中,WRKY51-2B、AX-95025477-7B、SnRK2.4A3、TaMoc-2433和NCED15个标记的优异等位基因未检出,表明这些基因在育种中利用较少,可通过分子标记辅助选择开展遗传改良。24份材料中,HQ04携带20个优异等位基因,是数量最多的,可作为基因供体用于育种。利用KASP标记开展辅助选择定向精准提高优异等位基因在小麦育种中的利用率仍有可为。

Development of wheat varieties with high yield and good quality has been a major objective in wheat breeding.A BC 1 F 2-3 population was used to detect QTLs for wheat quality related traits: SDS-sedimentation value (Ssd),grain protein content (GPC),grain hardness (GH) and 11 mixograph parameters,as well as five agronomic traits: spike length (SL),spikelet number per spike (SPN),grain number per spike (GN),thousand-grain weight (TGW),and plant height (PH).A total of 44 putative QTLs were detected in the present study,31 for quality parameters and 13 for important agronomic traits,including three important major *** major QTL for Ssd ***-1B.1,linked to barc137,explained on average 21.1% of the phenotypic variation in three *** allele increasing Ssd at this locus also significantly increased *** second locus on chromosome 1B with the linked marker Barc 61 was a major locus for mixograph *** explained 21.3%-32.5%,24.3%-30.6%,30.6%-37% and 20.1%-22.7% of phenotypic variation for mixing tolerance (MT),weakening slope (WS),midline peak time (MPTi) and midline time x =8 value (MTxW),*** third major QTL,explaining above 40% of plant height variation,close to Rht-B 1 on the short arm of chromosome 4BS,co-located with QTL for quality and yield-related traits.

Biotic stresses do damage to the growth and development of plants, and yield losses for some crops. Confronted with microbial infections, plants have evolved multiple defense mechanisms, which play important roles in the never-ending molecular arms race of plant–pathogen interactions. The complicated defense systems include pathogen-associated molecular patterns(PAMP) triggered immunity(PTI), effector triggered immunity(ETI), and the exosome-mediated cross-kingdom RNA interference(CKRI) system. Furthermore, plants have evolved a classical regulation system mediated by miRNAs to regulate these defense genes. Most of the genes/small RNAs or their regulators that involve in the defense pathways can have very rapid evolutionary rates in the longitudinal and horizontal co-evolution with pathogens. According to these internal defense mechanisms, some strategies such as molecular switch for the disease resistance genes, host-induced gene silencing(HIGS), and the new generation of RNA-based fungicides, have been developed to control multiple plant diseases. These broadly applicable new strategies by transgene or spraying ds/sRNA may lead to reduced application of pesticides and improved crop yield.

针对空间目标地基自适应光学望远镜成像过程中同时记录目标图像及波前传感器数据的情形,提出了一种利用波前测量数据的空间目标自适应光学图像复原方法。该方法将大气降质波前表示为望远镜孔径内的二元单纯形样条函数,而非传统的Zernike模式的线性组合,基于该区域表示,为哈特曼-夏克波前传感器建立了平均斜率测量模型,进而非适定的波前重构问题转化为良态等式约束最小二乘问题,最终的目标图像即可通过非盲解卷积方法获得。仿真实验验证了提出的方法在不同的湍流强度下均能表现出良好的复原效果,对测量噪声亦不敏感。
