This paper is concerned with the networked predictive controller design problem for the discrete-time two-dimensional（2-D） systems represented by the well-known Fornasini-Marchesini local state-space（FMLSS） model subject to time delays. Particularly, a novel networked predictive control（NPC） scheme is employed for the considered 2-D systems in order to compensate for the communication delay actively. Firstly, by using the Lyapunov stability theory, sufficient conditions are established for such 2-D systems. Based on the stability analysis results, a new networked predictive controller design strategy is proposed to stabilize the addressed 2-D systems and also achieve the desired control performance. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the newly developed NPC strategy for 2-D systems over networks. Different from the existing results, this is our first attempt to apply the NPC scheme to 2-D systems.

This paper is concerned with the event-triggered optimal control problem for the networked control systems（NCSs）subject to time delays. Firstly, the event-triggered generator is developed in order to utilize the network resources ***, the networked predictive control（NPC） technique is employed to compensate for the network-induced time delay, and meanwhile the event-triggered rule is proposed for the considered NCSs. Particularly, the design scheme of the control law is given to stabilize the NCSs with a cost function. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by a numerical example.

This paper investigates the dissipativity-based stability analysis and control problems for the two-dimensional（2-D）switched Fornasini-Marchesini（FM） ***,the definition of 2-D（T,S,R）-δ-dissipativity is introduced for the FM ***,the sufficient condition to guarantee the asymptotical stability and 2-D（T,S,R）-δ-dissipativity of the switched FM systems is *** based on the obtained dissipative stability condition,the 2-D（T,S,R）-δ-dissipative statefeedback controller is designed via the projection lemma ***,the effectiveness of the proposed 2-D（T,S,R）-δ-dissipative controller design method is illustrated by a numerical example.

This paper deals with the state feedback control problem for networked systems with discrete and infinite distributed delays subject to quantization and packet *** infinite distributed delay is introduced in the discrete networked ***,it is assumed that system state is quantized before being communicated and the quantization error is described as sector bounded ***,a compensation scheme is proposed to deal with the effect of random packet dropout through communication ***,by constructing a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional that accounts for mixed time delays,sufficient conditions for the existence of an admissible controller are established to ensure the asymptotical stability of the resulting closed loop ***,the cone complementary linearization approach is exploited to solve the nonconvex feasibility ***,a numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed design method in this paper.

Inhibitory effect of tumor suppressor p33^(ING1b) and its synergy with p53 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma

AIM: To investigate the inhibitory effect of tumor suppressor p33ING1b and its synergy with p53 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).METHODS: Recombinant sense and antisense p33ING1b plasmids were transfected into hepatoma cell line HepG2 with lipofectamine. Apoptosis, G0/G1 arrest, cell growth rate and cloning efficiency in soft agar of HepG2 were analyzed after transfection. In three hepatoma cell lineswith different endogenous p53 gene expressions, the synergistic effect of p33ING1b with p53 was analyzed by flow cytometry and luciferase assay was performed to detect the activation of p53 downstream gene p21WAF1/CIP1. In addition, the expression and mutation rates of p33ING1b in HCC tissues were measured by immunohistochemistry and polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP).RESULTS: Overexpression of p33ING1b inhibited cell growth of HepG2, induced more apoptosis and protected cells from growth in soft agar. Combined transfer of p33ING1b and p53 gene promoted hepatoma cell apoptosis, G0/G1 arrest and elevated expression of p21WAF1/CIP1. Immunostaining results showed co-localized P33ING1b with P53 protein in HCC tissues and there was a significant relation between protein expression rates of these two genes (P＜0.01).Among 28 HCC samples, p33ING1b presented a low gene mutation rate (7.1%).CONCLUSION: p33ING1b collaborates with p53 in cell growth inhibition, cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in HCC. Loss or inactivation of p33ING1b normal function may be an important mechanism for the development of HCC retaining wildtype p53.

天气雷达基数据通用工具包设计与实现

气雷达基数据格式多样,造成数据解析、可视化困难,经常发生兼容性问题。通用工具包由格式转换工具和可视化工具组成。前者在基数据格式分类、解析和封装的基础上,以“基数据标准格式V1.1(FMT)”为中间类型,凝练出其它格式向FMT转换、FMT向其它格式转换的10类转换算法,实现基数据格式的自由转换;后者以FMT为基础,凝练出9类观测要素的回波图形化算法,实现基数据的可视化。利用此工具包,甘肃省气象数据中心将该省8部雷达历史基数据转换为标准格式保存,统一了数据格式;利用可视化工具将基数据转换为png图形文件,供前台网站使用。应用证明,工具包能不依赖任何开发环境和支撑系统独立运行,使用方便,既能面向普通用户,又能为二次开发做支撑。

为了解决天气雷达基数据格式复杂、长期线下存储等问题,文章以甘肃省气象大数据云平台为基础,开发了云端资料归档系统,实现了基数据的整编归档和集中存储,在云端形成了雷达资料云;开发了用户端产品检索显示系统,实现了数据检索查询、回波图形化显示、回波分析、灾害性天气个例查询与标记、数据下载等功能。系统能解析中国组网的各型天气雷达基数据格式,并提供统一的图形化接口;系统将数据和应用软件打包部署在云端,各级用户利用浏览器可直接使用,节省了网络带宽,实现了快速访问。
