为探明盾构竖井垂直顶升施工上覆地层破坏响应机制,建立了盾构竖井在砂质黏土中垂直顶升的颗粒流足尺模型,在对比相关试验结果验证模型合理性基础上,从细观层次探讨了顶升过程中上覆地层的破坏历程、破坏形态及顶升阻力的变化规律,开展了覆土厚度与顶升速度对土层破坏响应的影响性分析。结果表明:(1)顶升阶段上覆土经历三角形受压区形成→受压区内颗粒黏结破坏→黏结破坏区域扩展→局部剪切滑移破坏→破坏面贯通地表的破坏历程,上覆土层可划分为隆起区、挤密区及裂隙区3个区域;(2)竖井端阻力先后经历显增段和渐降段,顶升至h/16(h为上覆土层厚度)时达到峰值,随后逐渐减小并趋于稳定,竖井侧摩阻力呈现先增大后减小的交替循环过程,呈波动趋势,端阻力显著大于侧摩阻力;(3)覆土厚度较大时最先受到顶升影响的地表区域位于竖井两侧,并非竖井正上方区域;(4)顶升速度较大时上覆土层发生“刺入破坏”,出现较窄的剪切带;(5)顶部破坏范围与覆土厚度呈二次函数增大,与顶升速度呈二次函数递减,端阻力与覆土厚度、顶升速度均呈同向线性关系。

开发区作为收缩型区域保证自身持续健康发展的重要手段，对于东北地区深化改革、谋求全面振兴具有重要意义。中韩(长春)国际合作示范区作为国家级开发区，被赋予了推动吉林省乃至整个东北地区振兴发展的新引擎角色，同时有着东北亚区域经济合作引领区和中韩全方位、宽领域合作先行区的重要定位。本文通过对示范区三年来的政策性文本与实践进行总结，发现示范区具有国际、国内、省级三重政策机遇，同时面临主体实际归属不清、发展重点偏移、规划可行度与吸引能力建设不足等现实张力，并提出了明晰重点、确定目标、内外驱结合建设以增强吸引能力等建设路径，为示范区提供可能的参考，也为其他开发区的发展提供借鉴。

This paper presents an experimental study on the Non-Synchronous Vibration(NSV)in a six-stage transonic *** first part of the paper describes the NSV phenomenon of Rotor 1,which occurs when both Stator 1(S1)and Stator 2(S2)or S1 only are *** measurements and analysis are carried out for the former case through the unsteady wall pressure and the Blade Strain(BS).The spinning mode theory used in the rotor/stator interaction noise is employed to explain the relation between the circumferential wave number of the aerodynamic disturbance and the Nodal Diameter(ND)of the blade *** variations of the vibration amplitudes of different blades and the Inter-Blade Phase Angles(IBPAs)at different moments suggest that the evolution of NSV is a highly nonuniform phenomenon along the circumferential *** addition,the difference between the wall-pressure spectra generated by the NSV and the classic flutter has been *** the second part,the variations of aerodynamic loading due to the adjustment of the staggers of the Inlet Guide Vane(IGV),S1 and S2 have been *** is found that closing S1 only can result in a great fluctuation to the performance of the front stages,which might be detrimental to the flow organization and increase the risk of *** contrast,the effect of closing S2 only on the performance of the first two stages appears to be slighter relatively.

Petroleum hydrocarbon pollution is a global concern,particularly in coastal *** aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) are regarded as the most toxic components of petroleum *** this study,the biomonitoring and ranking effects of petroleum hydrocarbons and PAHs on the marine fish model Oryzias melastigma embryos were determined in the Jiulong River Estuary(JRE) and its adjacent waters in *** results showed that the levels of petroleum hydrocarbons from almost all sites met the primary standard for marine seawater quality,and the concentrations of the 16 priority PAHs in the surface seawater were lower compared with those in other coastal areas worldwide.A new fish expert system based on the embryotoxicity of ***(OME-FES) was developed and applied in the field to evaluate the biological effects of petroleum hydrocarbons and *** selected physiological index and molecular indicators in OME-FES were appropriate biomarkers for indicating the harmful effects of petroleum hydrocarbons and *** outcome of OME-FES revealed that the biological effect levels of the sampling sites ranged from level Ⅰ(no stress) to level Ⅲ(medium stress),which is further corroborated by the findings of nested analysis of variance(ANOVA) *** results suggest that the OME-FES is an effective tool for evaluating and ranking the biological effects of marine petroleum hydrocarbons and *** method may also be applied to evaluate other marine pollutants based on its framework.
