Nitrogen use in double cropping soybean with non-fertilized winter oilseed crops

Sustainable intensification of cropping systems is a strategy to increase productivity and reduce disservices of conventional agroecosystems.Camelina[Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz]and field pennycress(Thlaspi arvense L.)are winter annual oilseed crops well suited to fill the fallow period between corn(Zea mays L.)and soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.]in the U.S.northern Corn Belt,but their inclusion may be limited by resource use limitations.A 2-year study was conducted from 2015 to 2017 in the U.S.upper Midwest to evaluate the effect of double cropping on winter oilseed crops and soybean productivity and economic performance.Treatments included relay-and sequential-cropped soybean with winter camelina and field pennycress,and monocrop soybean as control.Biomass and grain yield of winter oilseed crops were not affected by cropping system.Averaged over years and cropping systems,winter camelina resulted in more biomass,nitrogen(N)uptake and grain yield by 240,186 and 139% respectively,compared to field pennycress.Soybean biomass,N uptake and yield were higher in relay relative to sequential cropping.Relay soybean resulted in similar total grain yield(soybean+winter oilseed crop)compared to monocropped soybean.Double cropping soybean could maintain net return compared to monocropped soybean.Results indicate that double cropping winter oilseed crops with soybean can be economically viable in the U.S.upper Midwest.Yet,research aimed at optimizing yield through N and water use while improving ecosystem services is needed.

Robust global route planning for an autonomous underwater vehicle in a stochastic environment

This paper describes a route planner that enables an autonomous underwater vehicle to selectively complete part of the predetermined tasks in the operating ocean area when the local path cost is stochastic.The problem is formulated as a variant of the orienteering problem.Based on the genetic algorithm(GA),we propose the greedy strategy based GA(GGA)which includes a novel rebirth operator that maps infeasible individuals into the feasible solution space during evolution to improve the efficiency of the optimization,and use a differential evolution planner for providing the deterministic local path cost.The uncertainty of the local path cost comes from unpredictable obstacles,measurement error,and trajectory tracking error.To improve the robustness of the planner in an uncertain environment,a sampling strategy for path evaluation is designed,and the cost of a certain route is obtained by multiple sampling from the probability density functions of local paths.Monte Carlo simulations are used to verify the superiority and effectiveness of the planner.The promising simulation results show that the proposed GGA outperforms its counterparts by 4.7%–24.6%in terms of total profit,and the sampling-based GGA route planner(S-GGARP)improves the average profit by 5.5%compared to the GGA route planner(GGARP).

Effects of alternate moistube-irrigation on soil water infiltration

Alternate moistube-irrigation is a new type of water-saving irrigation,and research on water infiltration with alternate moistube-irrigation is important for the design of irrigation schemes and helpful to understand and apply this technology.The effects of the pressure head(1.0 m and 1.5 m)and tube spacing(10 cm,20 cm,and 30 cm between two moistubes respectively)on soil water infiltration in alternate moistube-irrigation were studied in laboratory experiments,and the cumulative infiltration,discharge of the moistube,and shape and water distribution of the cross-section of the wetting front were determined.The cumulative infiltration increased quickly and linearly with the infiltration time at 0-96 h(R^(2)>0.99),and changed smoothly at 96-192 h with a basically steady infiltration rate.The discharge of the moistube increased rapidly at the beginning of irrigation,then decreased before stabilizing.The cumulative infiltrations and discharges of moistube under the 1.5 m pressure head were more than those under the 1.0 m pressure head.The shape of the cross-section of the wetting front for a single moistube was similar to a concentric circle.With the increase of tube spacing,the interaction between water infiltrations of two moistubes decreased.The soil water distributions around two moistubes were similar to each other under the 1.0 m pressure head and large tube spacing.When the tube spacing was 20 cm,the soil water distribution was more uniform around two moistubes.

随着现代破产法的发展,个人破产免责成为个人破产法的核心。但应当明确,破产免责不是专为债务人设计的,而是对债权人、债务人乃至社会整体利益多方衡量后的结果,所以个人破产免责需要一定的限制。通过对比个人破产免责制度中债务人合作、人道主义和社会成本-效益三种典型免责限制理论,提出我国应当折衷三种理论中的利益平衡理念、债务人尊严重建理念、社会成本和收益功利计算理念,在其指导下对个人破产免责进行合理限制并进行具体规范的构建。

Extracting fish trajectories from underwater videos is an important way to analyze fish behavior and can provide guidance for aquaculture. Most of the existing researches are based on traditional image processing algorithms and CamShift tracking algorithm. In recent years, convolutional neural networks have performed better than traditional image processing algorithms in many computer vision tasks. This paper proposes a fish trajectory extraction method based on object detection. First, the deep learning object detection model Faster RCNN is used to predict fish for all video frames. Then based on the criteria of IoU, center distance and probability similarity, a greedy algorithm or Hungarian algorithm is used to correlate the prediction results. Finally, improvements are done from two aspects of linking and deleting. Experiments show that this method can well complete the task of fish trajectory extraction, and the AP performance is increased from 74.75% to 80.94%.

In the field of visual target tracking, the efficient convolution operators（ECO） algorithm has performed very well in accuracy and efficiency. Unlike optical images, underwater sonar images exist the problems of low resolution, high similarity between foreground and background, no obvious texture features. And the underwater moving organisms will deform frequently in a short time. We refer to these problems collectively as obstacles. Because of these obstacles, if an excellent target tracker is directly applied to underwater sonar image sequences, it will not achieve ideal results. Therefore, this paper proposes an underwater sonar visual tracker（USVT） capable of stable tracking. Based on the ECO tracker, first of all, for the problem of high similarity between the foreground and background, we change the original ECO model update method, and make it update under the condition of high-confidence tracking results to repress model drift. Second, we add a deformation suppression model that can repress the change of the response map, which lead to a better effect on targets that are frequently deformed at low resolution. Experiments were performed on the underwater sonar image datasets（USDT）. Compared with the algorithm before, it proved that the new method proposed in this paper has better tracking performance for underwater sonar image sequences.

目前每年大约有50万新发耐多药与广泛耐药结核病患者,结核病疫情较严重。耐药结核病的流行及治疗方案中药物耐受性差、毒性大、治愈率低,缺乏全新的抗结核新药,因此迫切需要开发新药。随着普托马尼的问世,对其药效学、药代动力学、动物实验及临床Ⅰ~Ⅲ期临床研究的结果显示,该药对MTB包括耐多药/广泛耐药MTB均有显著的杀菌效果,能缩短耐多药与广泛耐药结核病的疗程,大幅度提高治愈率。现将普托马尼抗MTB的临床前期、临床治疗耐多药及广泛耐药结核病的研究进展综述如下,供同道借鉴。

In this paper, we consider the distributed path-following control problem of a class of autonomous underwater vehicles（AUVs） moving in a leader-follower formation. Based on graph Laplacian, a distributed control law is developed to fulfill the task utilizing only the relative position information from its neighbours without velocity measurement, which indeed adapted to the underwater weak sensing environment. Moreover, in order to reach a moving formation with a common velocity and direction,the control law also incorporates a velocity estimation and consistent direction components with communication graph, which has different topology from sensing graph. Considering the kinematic and dynamic AUV model simultaneously is more complicated than common single-integrator model. Finally, the stability of the design is proven via input-to-state analysis, and simulations are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

定量评价流域径流变化特征并开展其归因识别研究是应对气候变化实现水资源合理开发利用的基础。本研究以泾河流域为研究区,采用M-K检验、滑动t检验、小波分析等方法分析流域近70 a的水文气象要素变化特征,并基于Budyko假设评价气候变化和人类活动对径流变化的贡献率。结果表明:(1)泾河流域年径流深以0.41 mm·a^(-1)的速率减少,并在1996年发生显著减少突变,相较于突变前减少43.49%。(2)流域年径流深第一、第二和第三主周期分别为41 a、58 a和15 a特征时间尺度。(3)流域径流变化对汛期降水量和潜在蒸发量的变化均较为敏感,流域径流变化对降水量的敏感程度是潜在蒸发量的2.3~5.3倍。(4)人类活动是流域径流变化的主要影响因素,对年、汛期和非汛期径流变化的贡献率分别为90.43%、63.75%和94.08%。研究结果可为区域水资源综合管理与科学调配提供科学依据,并对黄土高原水土流失治理有一定的指导意义。
