Poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT),as a traditional organic hole-transporting material(HTM),is widely used in thin-film solar cells due to its high charge mobility and good thermal ***,the P3HT films obtained by the traditional method are amorphous,which is unfavorable to hole extraction and ***,a low-toxicity solvent 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene(TMB)was used as the solvent instead of the commonly used halogen solvent chlorobenzene(CB)to dissolve ***,the self-assembled nanofibrous P3HT film was prepared and applied as HTM in the newly emerged Sb2S3 solar *** to the density functional theory calculations,the interface contact between TMB-P3HT and Sb2S3 was enhanced via the bonding interaction of S in P3HT and Sb in *** transient absorption spectroscopy characterization,the enhanced interface contact improves the charge extraction ability of TMB-P3HT when compared to the CB-P3HT ***,the TMB-P3HT-based Sb2S3 solar cell delivers a power conversion efficiency of 6.21％,which is 9.7％higher than that of the CB-P3HT-based ***,the dopant-free TMB-P3HT-based Sb2S3 devices exhibit excellent environmental stability compared with Spiro-OMeTAD-based *** work demonstrates that the application of P3HT and the solvent engineering of HTM are applicable strategies for developing Sb2S3 solar cells with high efficiency and stability.

Callus induction,which results in fate transition in plant cells,is considered as the first and key step for plant *** process can be stimulated in different tissues by a callus-inducing medium(CIM),which contains a high concentration of phytohormone *** a few key regulators for callus induction have been identified,the multiple aspects of the regulatory mechanism driven by high levels of auxin still need further ***,we find that high auxin induces callus through a H3 K36 histone methylation-dependent mechanism,which requires the methyltransferase SET DOMAIN GROUP 8(SDG8).During callus induction,the increased auxin accumulates SDG8 expression through a TIR1/AFBs-based transcriptional ***8 then deposits H3 K36 me3 modifications on the loci of callus-related genes,including a master regulator WOX5 and the cell proliferation-related genes,such as *** epigenetic regulation in turn is required for the transcriptional activation of these genes during callus *** findings suggest that the massive transcriptional reprogramming for cell fate transition by auxin during callus formation requires epigenetic modifications including SDG8-mediated histone H3 K36 *** results provide insight into the coordination between auxin signaling and epigenetic regulation during fundamental processes in plant development.

Thin endometrium has been proven to be a key contributing factor leading to infertility and poor pregnancy *** the thickness and capacity of thin endometrium seems to be one of the challenging issues in reproductive *** states of qi and blood are closely related to uterine blood *** is regarded as an important basis for determining the incidence as well as distinguishing,preventing,and treating diseases in traditional Chinese *** on the theory of qi and blood,this paper discusses the constitution factors of thin endometrium and puts forward the prospect of using big data tools to investigate the correlation between qi-blood imbalance constitution and the incidence of thin endometrium,so as to explore new approaches for the prevention and treatment of thin endometrium by regulating qi and blood as well as improving the constitution condition.

目的构建护理学导论课程知识图谱并进行初步应用。方法针对护理学导论课程知识体系的整合构建问题,借助知识图谱技术,开展护理学导论课程知识图谱设计与构建;并初步应用于2022级298名护理本科生的教学,从知识点学习人均总时长、已完成内容掌握度、课程满意度、理论成绩进行效果评价。结果护理学导论课程知识图谱包括认知与理解护理、护理工作思维与方法、护理相关理论与模式3个主题、8个子主题、90个知识主题,涵盖5种知识关系类别。298名学生知识点人均学习总时长20.8 h,84.9%的学生内容掌握度达标,90.3%的学生对课程知识图谱总体评价为非常满意,88.6%的学生对知识图谱课程内容呈现形式评价为非常满意,79.9%的学生对知识图谱学习方法与形式评价为非常满意。2022级学生课程理论考核成绩高于2020级学生(P<0.05)。结论课程知识图谱是线上线下结合教学模式的强有力支撑,以此开展的线上线下结合式教学有利于打造“以学生为中心”的教学形态,帮助学生构建课程知识体系,优化教学效果。

Nitrogen release characteristics of polyethylene-coated controlled-release fertilizers and their dependence on membrane pore structure

In this study, controlled-release fertilizers （CRFs） with five different nitrogen release periods were pre- pared by coating large urea particles with polyethylene （PE） membranes under various experimental conditions. The preliminary and differential solubility rates, release periods, and membrane pore sizes of the obtained CRFs were measured using water immersion, scanning electron microscopy, and mercury porosimetry. For all CRF samples, the median pore diameters of the membranes were equal to 4.5-5.3 nm and pores with sizes smaller than 10 nm accounted for 86-96% of the total pore surface area. The obtained pore diameter distributions differed for the five studied types of CRF, having release periods of 1,2, 4, 6, and 8 months. Thus, for the CRFs with a 1-month release period, the maximum pore diameter reached a magnitude of 4000 nm, while this value did not exceed 30 nm for the CRFs with a release period of 8 months. Hence, we have established a relationship between the release period of CRFs and their effective maximum pore sizes.

选取福建省西南部紫金山中粗粒花岗岩、石壁寨西部含斑细粒二长花岗岩和东部斑状含黑云母二长花岗岩作为研究对象,利用LA-ICP-MS法对三个岩体的锆石进行了U-Pb、Lu-Hf和微量元素分析,获得了3个岩体的岩浆结晶分别为156.5±2.7Ma(晚侏罗世),166.2±8.1Ma(中侏罗世)和154.1±1.4Ma(晚侏罗世)。锆石的Lu-Hf同位素分析结果表明,锆石的两阶段Hf模式年龄(tDM2)分别为1.6~2.2Ga、1.7~2.0Ga和1.7~1.9Ga。锆石Hf同位素初始值ε_(Hf)(t)均为负,分别为-14.88^-8.40、-11.9^-7.8和-10.9^-7.4。锆石的ε_(Hf)(t)、Hf同位素地壳模式年龄分布范围较小,暗示岩体岩浆来源具有较为均一锆石Hf同位素组成。中侏罗世(166.2±8.1Ma)期间,古太平洋板块与欧亚板块发生碰撞,导致洋壳俯冲至陆壳之下,陆壳并发生了小规模的部分熔融,形成了石壁寨西部岩体;碰撞结束后,在晚侏罗世(145~156Ma)期发生由挤压向拉张环境的转换,闽西南岩石圈伸展减薄、壳源物质发生广泛的熔融作用,形成了大规模的紫金山岩体和石壁寨东部岩体。本文的研究成果,为研究闽西南花岗岩体的来源和区域构造演化提供了新的资料证据。

硒化锑(Sb_(2)(S,Se)_(3))因其高化学稳定性、绝佳光电特性和低成本等优势而成为一种有前途的光伏材料.在新兴的太阳能领域中,开发合适的材料加工方法控制元素比例,从而达到钝化Sb_(2)(S,Se)_(3)薄膜的深能级缺陷的目的,是基本需求也是挑战.在此,我们开发了一种阴离子元素比例控制方法,通过烧结Sb,S和Se元素前体来调整Sb_(2)(S,Se)_(3)合金化合物中的阴离子摩尔比.我们可以相当精确地估计出,通过单源热蒸发过程蒸发预烧结Sb_(2)(S,Se)_(3)合金化合物而制备的单相Sb_(2)(S,Se)_(3)薄膜中的阴离子摩尔比.我们发现,获得的Sb_(2)(S,Se)_(3)薄膜可以基本保持前体合金化合物的阴离子元素比例,这为控制薄膜的组成提供了一个高效的方法.我们还证明了深层缺陷和定向晶体生长对S/Se原子比的依赖性,以及如何利用这种可调性来改善与光伏能源转换相关的载流子传输.通过引入低成本的CuPc掺杂的P3HT作为空穴传输层,实现了高效的Sb_(2)(S,Se)_(3)太阳能电池,功率转换效率达到8.25%.我们的研究提出了一种新的方法来制造金属硫化物半导体薄膜,并实现了Sb_(2)(S,Se)_(3)太阳能电池的性能改进.

强压制干扰出现在雷达主瓣内时,雷达的探测效能会受到严重影响。对此,提出了基于矩阵联合对角化(Joint Approximation Diagonalization,JADE)的和差四通道抗多主瓣压制干扰算法。新方法利用JADE算法通过对和差四通道接收到的混合信号进行盲分离,然后对分离后的4个通道进行脉压处理,最后进行峰值检测以提取目标回波信息,从而有效抑制多主瓣压制干扰。仿真结果表明,该方法在主瓣干扰位于1/10个波束宽度时依然有效,性能比空域自适应处理方法有明显改善。

需求分析是软件开发过程中的重要环节.在国内卫星姿轨控软件设计过程中,需求分析阶段描述和定义用户需求的工作多数仍采用传统方法,过于关注软件的设计过程,而忽略了软件需要实现的功能,常常引发需求分析结果与任务方期望不一致的情况,影响开发进度.针对姿轨控软件的特点,在软件需求分析工作中引入敏捷开发所采用的"用户故事("User Story)方法,可以高效清晰地描述和定义用户所需要的软件功能,提高任务方在需求分析阶段的参与程度,显著提高需求分析的准确性.
