A series of zinc oxide(ZnO)nanorods arrays with different morphologies are synthesized on stainless steel mesh via a facile electrodeposition *** influences of electrodeposition parameters on the diameter,length,density and morphology of obtained ZnO nanorods are investigated *** results indicate that the electrodeposition potential is the key factor for the morphology of the obtained ZnO nanorods,which further showed the effect on the photocatalytic property of the obtained ***,the prepared ZnO nanorods array exhibits an excellent photocatalytic activity for methylene blue(MB)in ultraviolet *** degradation efficiency for MB solution reaches 95.1%under the irradiation of ultraviolet light for 120 *** addition,the photocatalytic property of the prepared ZnO nanorods can be extended to the visible light region after the modified with graphene oxide(GO).The obtained GO/ZnO composite also shows remarkable photocatalytic activity and *** photodegradation efficiency for MB is 83.6%,and the catalytic performance retains 97.3% of its initial photocatalytic activity after five cycles.

The instability of p-channel low-temperature polycrystalline silicon thin film transistors(poly-Si TFTs)is investigated under negative gate bias stress(NBS)in this ***,a series of negative bias stress experiments is performed,the significant degradation behaviors in current-voltage characteristics are *** the stress voltage decreases from-25 V to-37 V,the threshold voltage and the sub-threshold swing each show a continuous shift,which is induced by gate oxide trapped charges or interface ***,low frequency noise(LFN)values in poly-Si TFTs are measured before and after negative bias *** flat-band voltage spectral density is extracted,and the trap concentration located near the Si/SiO2 interface is also ***,the degradation mechanism is discussed based on the current-voltage and LFN results in poly-Si TFTs under NBS,finding out that Si-OH bonds may be broken and form Si*and negative charge OH-under negative bias stress,which is demonstrated by the proposed negative charge generation model.

A simple surface treatment was used to develop photocatalytic activity for stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel specimens after anodization were implanted by Ti ions at an extracting voltage of 50 kV with an implantation dose of 3 × 10^15 ***-2 and then annealed in air at 450℃ for 2 h. The morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The microstructure was characterized by X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue solution was carried out under ultraviolet light. The corrosion resistance of the stainless steel was evaluated in NaCl solution （3.5 wt%） by electrochemical polarization curves. It is found that the Ti ions depth profile resembles a Gaussian distribution in the implanted layer. The nanostructured Fe203/TiO2 composite film exhibits a remarkable enhancement in photocatalytic activity referenced to the mechanically polished specimen and anodized specimen. Meanwhile, the annealed Ti-implanted specimen remains good corrosion resistance.

Silver or copper ions are often chosen as antibacterial agents. But a few reports are concerned with these two antibacterial agents for preparation of antibacterial stainless steel （SS）. The antibacterial properties and corrosion resistance of AISI 420 stainless steel implanted by silver and copper ions were investigated. Due to the cooperative antibacterial effect of silver and copper ions, the Ag/Cu implanted SS showed excellent antibacterial activities against both Gram-negative Escherichia coli （E. coli） and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus （S. aureus） at a total implantation dose of 2~ 1017 ions/cm2. Electrochemical polarization curves revealed that the corrosion resistance of Ag/Cu implanted SS was slightly enhanced as compared with that of un-implanted SS, The implanted layer was characterized by X-ray photoelec- tron spectroscopy （XPS）. Core level XPS spectra indicate that the implanted silver and copper ions exist in metallic state in the implanted layer.

Light-driven nitrogen fixation to produce ammonia is a green and economical technology of nitrogen reduction but is still quite challenging, especially in an air atmosphere without any sacrificial ***, we demonstrate efficient photocatalytic nitrogen fixation using water and air directly by loading lanthanide–transition metal(4f–3d) cluster NdCo_(3) on two-dimensional P-doped graphitic carbon nitrides(PCN) material surface. Benefiting from the increase in the number of nitrogen vacancies(NVs) and highly matched band gap structure and excellent hole trapping ability of clusters, the NdCo_(3)/PCN photocatalyst exhibits efficient nitrogen reduction activity with 371(in air) and 825 μmol h^(-1)g^(-1)(in pure nitrogen)without any sacrificial reagents. The introduction of potassium sulfate inhibits hydrogen production and promotes nitrogen reduction activation. This work suggests that anchoring precisely structured clusters on 2D materials may enhance photocatalytic nitrogen reduction under normal temperature and pressure.

By using the numerical renormalization group(NRG)method,we construct a large dataset with about one million spectral functions of the Anderson quantum impurity *** dataset contains the density of states(DOS)of the host material,the strength of Coulomb interaction between on-site electrons(U),and the hybridization between the host material and the impurity site(Γ).The continued DOS and spectral functions are stored with Chebyshev coefficients and wavelet functions,*** this dataset,we build seven different machine learning networks to predict the spectral function from the input data,DOS,U,andΓ.Three different evaluation indexes,mean absolute error(MAE),relative error(RE)and root mean square error(RMSE),are used to analyze the prediction abilities of different network *** analysis shows that,for the two kinds of widely used recurrent neural networks(RNNs),gate recurrent unit(GRU)has better performance than the long short term memory(LSTM)network.A combination of bidirectional GRU(BiGRU)and GRU has the best performance among GRU,BiGRU,LSTM,and *** MAE peak of BiGRU+GRU reaches *** have also tested a one-dimensional convolutional neural network(1DCNN)with 20 hidden layers and a residual neural network(ResNet),we find that the 1DCNN has almost the same performance of the BiGRU+GRU network for the original dataset,while the robustness testing seems to be a little weak than BiGRU+GRU when we test all these models on two other independent *** ResNet has the worst performance among all the seven network *** datasets presented in this paper,including the large data set of the spectral function of Anderson quantum impurity model,are openly available at https://***/10.57760/sciencedb.j00113.00192.

The Shenxianshui granites in the western Gejiu area were formed in the Late *** ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry indicates zircon U-Pb ages ranging from 90.67±0.7 to 85.97±0.6 *** intrusive rocks are peraluminous(A/CNK=1.03 to 1.33)and calc-alkaline,showing an affinity towards I-type *** ion lithophilic elements are enriched in K and Rb,while high field strength elements are ***,light rare earth elements are significantly enriched,showing a slight negative Eu anomaly(Eu/Eu^(*)=0.39 to 0.58).Shenxianshui granite has a relatively high initial Sr isotope ratio(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)_(i)(0.7098-0.7105),negative ε_(Nd)(t)values(−7.99 to−7.44)and negative ε_(Hf)(t)values(−8.37 to−2.58).Combined with previous studies,these characteristics suggest that the Shenxianshui alkaline granites were formed in a post-collision extensional *** alkaline granitic magma possibly originated from the partial melting of the lower crust during the Mesoproterozoic era and may have contained mantle source *** alkaline granite was formed from mixed magma with a high degree of crystal *** abundance of ore-forming elements indicates that Shenxianshui granite has the potential to mineralize key metals and rare earth elements.

Gold(Au)and palladium(Pd)play an increasing role in the production and human life;Therefore,it is of great significance to study their recovery.A 5,11,17,23-tetra-ethylthio-25,26,27,28-tetra-hydroxyl thiacalix[4]arene(TCAET)was synthesized specifically for the capture of Au(Ⅲ)and Pd(Ⅱ)from HCl medium by liquid-liquid *** a 0.1 mol·L^(-1)HCl medium,the transfer of Au(Ⅲ)and Pd(Ⅱ)from the aqueous phase to the organic phase was highly efficient,with a transfer ratio of 100%for Au(Ⅲ)and 98%for Pd(Ⅱ).Furthermore,the extraction equilibrium time for Au(Ⅲ)was just 5 ***'s method data demonstrated that TCAET formed complexes with Au(Ⅲ)and Pd(Ⅱ)in a ratio of 2:3 and 1:1,respectively,during the extraction *** showed high selectivity toward Pd(Ⅱ)and Au(Ⅲ)over other competing metal ***,both Au(Ⅲ)and Pd(Ⅱ)could be successfully stripped from the loaded organic phases with a 1.0 mol·L^(-1)thiourea in 0.5 mol·L^(-1)HCl and 0.5 mol·L^(-1)thiourea in 0.5 mol·L^(-1)HCl,*** obtained from five consecutive extraction-stripping cycles showed good reusability of TCAET toward Au(Ⅲ)and Pd(Ⅱ)*** conclusion can provide a certain reference for thiacalixarene in the recovery of precious metal species.
