Alginate is a natural polysaccharide *** filtration membranes prepared from alginate show excellent fouling resistance and controllable separation performance,but poor mechanical properties limit the use of algae *** this study,Ba^(2+)/Ca^(2+)co-crosslinked alginate(Ba/CaAlg)hydrogel membrane was prepared by cross-linking sodium alginate with a blend aqueous solution of barium ions and calcium ions,and the membrane was applied to the separation of dyes/salts from dyeing *** with the CaAlg membrane,the Ba/CaAlg hydrogel membrane exhibited more stable structure,and the mechanical properties and salt tolerance of the membrane were significantly *** flux of Ba/CaAlg membrane for methyl blue/sodium chloride mixed solution reached 43.5 L m^(−2) h^(−1),which was significantly higher than that of CaAlg ***,the Ba/CaAlg membrane showed higher dye rejection(>99.6%)and lower salt rejection(he structure of Ba/CaAlg membrane was preliminarily simulated by molecular dynamics,and the pore size and distribution of the membrane were *** Ba/CaAlg membrane has a broad application prospect in dyes/salts separation.

The abuse of tetracycline antibiotics has caused great harm to human health and *** inexpensive,convenient and sensitive methods for the detection of tetracycline antibiotics is highly ***,based on the H_(4)ddp ligand[H_(4)ddp=3-(3,5-dicarboxyphenyl)pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid],two novel zinc-based metal-organic frameworks(MOFs){[Zn_(3)(ddp)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(4)]·3H_(2)O}n(Zn1-ddp)and{[Zn_(3)(ddp)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(4)]·3H_(2)O}n(Zn2-ddp)were successfully designed by delicate structural *** Zn1-ddp and Zn2-ddp exhibited excellent water and chemical stability and showed excellent fluorescence quenching performance for tetracycline ***,the more advanced framework structure and better fluorescent performance make Zn1-ddp more sensitive than Zn2-ddp in fluorescent detection with a detection limit of 0.29µmol/L for tetracycline(TC),0.09µmol/L for doxycycline(DOX),0.10µmol/L for minocycline(MIN)and metacycline(MEL),0.19µmol/L for chlortetracycline(CTC),and 0.67µmol/L for oxytetracycline(OTC)among tetracycline *** fluorescence quenching mechanism of Zn1-ddp and Zn2-ddp for tetracycline antibiotics detection was deeply *** reasons for the superior detection performance of Zn1-ddp over Zn2-ddp were also analyzed in depth through Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis and framework structure *** developed method opens up a new perspective for antibiotics detection based on zinc-based MOFs.

Triboelectric materials with high charge density are the building-block for the commercial application of triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs).Unstable dynamic processes influence the change of the charge density on the surface and inside of triboelectric *** charge density of triboelectric materials depends on the surface and the internal charge transfer *** focus of this review is on recent advances in high charge density triboelectric materials and advances in the fabrication of *** summarize the existing strategies for achieving high charge density in triboelectric materials as well as their fundamental *** then review current optimization methods for regulating dynamic charge transfer processes to increase the output charge density:first,increasing charge injection and limiting charge dissipation to achieve a high average surface charge density,and second,regulating the internal charge transfer process and storing charge in triboelectric materials to increase the output charge ***,we present the challenges and prospects in developing high-performance triboelectric materials.

Natural killer T cell lymphoma(NKTCL)is highly aggressive,with advanced stage patients poorly responding to intensive *** explore effective and safe treatment for newly diagnosed advanced stage NKTCL,we conducted a phase ll study of anti-metabolic agent pegaspargase plus PD-1 antibody sintilimab(NCT04096690).Twenty-two patients with a median age of 51 years(range,24-74)were enrolled and treated with induction treatment of pegaspargase 2500 IU/m2 intramuscularly on day 1 and sintilimab 200 mg intravenously on day 2 for 6 cycles of 21 days,followed by maintenance treatment of sintilimab 200 mg for 28 cycles of 21 *** complete response and overall response rate after induction treatment were 59%(95%Cl,43-79%)and 68%(95%Cl,47-84%),*** a median follow-up of 30 months,the 2 year progression-free and overall survival rates were 68%(95%Cl,45-83%)and 86%(95%Cl,63-95%),*** most frequently grade 3/4 adverse events were neutropenia(32%,n=7)and hypofibrinogenemia(18%,n=4),which were manageable and led to no discontinuation of *** proportion score of PD-L1,peripheral blood high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and apolipoprotein A-l correlated with good response,while PD-1 on tumor infiltrating lymphocytes and peripheral Treg cells with poor response to pegaspargase plus sintilimab *** conclusion,the chemo-free regimen pegaspargase plus sintilimab was effective and safe in newly diagnosed,advanced stage *** lipid profle and immunosuppressive signature contributed to treatment resistance,providing an alternative therapeutic approach dual targeting fatty acid metabolism and CTLA-4 in NKTCL.

here,nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs)were successfully synthesized by the solvothermal method using graphite as the carbon source and N,N-dimethylformamide as the nitrogen *** characterized the structure and chemical constitution of N-CQDs using X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron *** investigated the pump-and temperature-dependent photoluminescence(PL)properties and the dynamic exciton recombination processes of N-CQDs,using both steady-state and time-resolved PL *** spectral results show that the PL emission peak located at 518 nm at room temperature,mainly originates from the n-π∗transition on the surface of *** pump fluence and PL integral intensity were analyzed to demonstrate the existence of single-photon excitation under the 405 nm laser *** the temperature increases,the non-radiative transition gradually increases,which decreases the PL intensity,the full width at half maxima first narrows and then widens and the PL lifetime gradually ***,we combined the N-CQDs with chip to prepare light-emitting diode(LED).The resulting chromaticity coordinate was obtained to be(0.29,0.40).This study offers a comprehensive understanding of the luminescence mechanism in N-doped CQDs and introduces a novel approach for the quickly fabrication of full-color display LEDs.

Recently,a dual relation T_(0)(n+1)=T_(HP)(n)between the minimum temperature(T_(0)(n+1))black hole phase and the Hawking-Page transition(T_(HP)(n))black hole phase in two successive dimensions was introduced by Wei et al(2020 ***.D10210411);this was reminiscent of the anti-de Sitter/conformal field theory(AdS/CFT)correspondence,as the Hawking-Page transition temperature could be treated as the temperature of the dual physical quantity on the boundary and the latter corresponds to that in the *** this paper,we discuss the Hawking-Page transition and the dual relations in Ads black holes surrounded by dark energy in general *** findings reveal the occurrence of the Hawking-Page transition between the thermal AdS radiation and thermodynamically stable large AdS black holes,in both the spacetime surrounded by phantom dark energy and the spacetime surrounded by quintessence dark *** discuss the effects of the phantom dark energy and quintessence dark energy on the Hawking-Page transition *** the dual relation in particular,it works well for the case of an AdS black holes surrounded by phantom dark *** the case of an Ads black hole surrounded by quintessence dark energy,the dual relation should be modified under an open assumption that the state parameter and the density parameter of the quintessence dark energy depend on the dimensions of the spacetime.

The efficient extraction of uranium,as the primary component of nuclear energy,holds significant *** inspiration from the charge interaction observed in biological ion channels,we encapsulated negatively charged polystyrene sulfonate(PSS)or sodium polystyrene carboxylate(PVBA)into the nanochannels of amidoxime functionalized covalent organic framework(COF-AO)in-situ to alter the cavity environment of *** synthesized COF-AO-PSS and COF-AO-PVBA are used for ultra-fast and highly selective uranium *** negatively charged PSS/PVBA was confined in the COF-AO channel providing the driving force for uranium transport and blocking other ions,thus creating a highly selective“uranium highway”.Additionally,introducing sulfonate groups or carboxyl groups into COF-AO offers supplementary coordination environments and weak interactions with *** to charge-assisted migration and various interaction mechanisms,both COF-AO-PSS and COF-AO-PVBA exhibit faster adsorption kinetics and higher selectivity compared to COF-AO *** adsorption capacities are 3.8 times and 2.4 times that of COF-AO alone respectively which highlights the necessity for constructing biomimetic ion channels in uranium adsorption *** work presents a bionic adsorbent based on covalent organic frameworks(COFs)for the first time,overcoming environmental and equipment limitations associated with traditional photocatalysis and electrocatalysis methods for uranium capture,opening up new avenues for designing multifunctional materials that mimic biological systems.
