Poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)and li_(6.75)La_(3)Zr_(1.75)Ta_(0.25)O_(12)(LLZTO)-based composite polymer electrolytes(CPEs)are considered one of the most promising solid electrolyte ***,agglomeration of LLZTO within PEO and lack of li^(+)channels result in poor electrochemical ***,a functional supramolecular combination(CD-TFSI)consisting of activeβ-cyclodextrin(CD)supramolecular with self-assembled liTFSI salt is selected as an interface modifier to coat LLZTO *** from vast H-bonds formed betweenβ-CD and PEO matrix and/or LLZTO,homogeneous dispersion and tight interface contact are ***,^(6)li NMR spectra confirm a new li^(+)transmission pathway from PEO matrix to LLZTO ceramic then to PEO matrix in the as-prepared PEO/LLZTO@CD-TFSI CPEs due to the typical cavity structure ofβ-*** a proof,the conductivity is increased from 5.3×10^(-4)S cm^(-1)to 8.7×10^(-4)S cm^(-1)at 60℃,the li^(+)transference number is enhanced from 0.38 to 0.48,and the electrochemical stability window is extended to 5.1 V versus li/li^(+).li‖liFePO_(4)CR2032 coin full cells and pouch cells prove the practical application of the as-prepared PEO/LLZTO@CD-TFSI *** work offers a new strategy of interface modifying LLZTO fillers with functional supramolecular combination to optimize PEO/LLZTO CPEs for solid lithium batteries.

Within the framework of nonrelativistic-QCD factorization,we calculate both the next-to-leading-order relativistic and QCD corrections to prompt J/ψpair production,with feed-down fromψ(2S)mesons,via photon-photon collisions at future e^(+)e^(−)colliders,including the Future Circular Lepton Collider(FCC-ee),the Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC),and the Compact linear Collider(CliC).We present total cross sections and distributions in single J/ψtransverse momentum and rapidity,as well as in J/ψpair invariant *** relativistic and QCD corrections both turn out to be large and ***,the production rates are large enough for useful experimental studies.

Currently,human health due to corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has been seriously *** coronavirus severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)spike(S)protein plays a crucial role in virus transmission and several S-based therapeutic approaches have been approved for the treatment of ***,the efficacy is compromised by the SARS-CoV-2 evolvement and *** we report the SARS-CoV-2 S protein receptor-binding domain(RBD)inhibitor licorice-saponin A3(A3)could widely inhibit RBD of SARS-CoV-2 variants,including Beta,delta,and Omicron BA.1,XBB and ***,A3 could potently inhibit SARS-CoV-2 Omicron virus in Vero E6 cells,with EC50 of 1.016μ*** mechanism was related to binding with Y453 of RBD determined by hydrogen-deuterium exchange mass spectrometry(HDX-MS)analysis combined with quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics(QM/MM)***,phosphoproteomics analysis and multi fluorescent immunohistochemistry(mIHC)respectively indicated that A3 also inhibits host inflammation by directly modulating the JNK and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)pathways and rebalancing the corresponding immune *** work supports A3 as a promising broad-spectrum small molecule drug candidate for COVID-19.

Polymer-based composite electrolytes composed of three-dimensional li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(2)Al_(0.2)O_(12)(3D-LLZAO)have attracted increasing attention due to their continuous ion conduction and satisfactory mechanical ***,the organic/inorganic interface is incompatible,resulting in slow lithium-ion transport at the ***,the compatibility of organic/inorganic interface is an urgent problem to be *** by the concept of“gecko eaves”,polymer-based composite solid electrolytes with dense interface structures were *** bridging of organic/inorganic interfaces was established by introducing silane coupling agent(3-chloropropyl)trimethoxysilane(CTMS)into the PEO-3D-LLZAO(PL)*** in-situ coupling reaction improves the interface affinity,strengthens the organic/inorganic interaction,reduces the interface resistance,and thus achieves an efficient interface ion transport *** prepared PEO-3D-LLZAO-CTMS(PLC)electrolyte exhibits enhanced ionic conductivity of 6.04×10^(-4)S cm^(-1)and high ion migration number(0.61)at 60℃and broadens the electrochemical window(5.1 V).At the same time,the PLC electrolyte has good thermal stability and high mechanical ***,the li Fe PO_(4)|PLC|li battery has excellent rate performance and cycling stability with a capacity decay rate of 2.2%after 100 cycles at 60℃and 0.1 *** advantages of PLC membranes indicate that this design approach is indeed practical,and the in-situ coupling method provides a new approach to address interface compatibility issues.

Biomaterials with surface nanostructures effectively enhance protein secretion and stimulate tissue *** nanoparticles(NPs)enter the living system,they quickly interact with proteins in the body fluid,forming the protein corona(PC).The accurate prediction of the PC composition is critical for analyzing the osteoinductivity of biomaterials and guiding the reverse design of ***,achieving accurate predictions remains a significant *** several machine learning(ML)models like Random Forest(RF)have been used for PC prediction,they often fail to consider the extreme values in the abundance region of PC absorption and struggle to improve accuracy due to the imbalanced data *** this study,resampling embedding was introduced to resolve the issue of imbalanced distribution in PC *** ML models were evaluated,and RF model was finally used for prediction,and good correlation coefficient(R^(2))and root-mean-square deviation(RMSE)values were *** ablation experiments demonstrated that the proposed method achieved an R^(2) of 0.68,indicating an improvement of approximately 10%,and an RMSE of 0.90,representing a reduction of approximately 10%.Furthermore,through the verification of label-free quantification of four NPs:hydroxyapatite(HA),titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)),silicon dioxide(SiO_(2))and silver(Ag),and we achieved a prediction performance with an R^(2) value>0.70 using Random ***,the feature analysis revealed that the composition of the PC is most significantly influenced by the incubation plasma concentration,PDI and surface modification.
