目的:对比分析高速涡轮钻微创法、传统劈冠法治疗下颌低位水平埋伏阻生牙的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性收集2020年7月至2022年7月期间,且进行1 y随访于本院收治的下颌低位水平埋伏阻生牙113例患者的临床资料。根据治疗方案的差异将患者分为对照组(采用传统劈冠法治疗,58例)和观察组(采用高速涡轮钻微创法,55例)。分析术中、术后两组的手术相关指标(手术时间、术后伤口感染率、采用视觉模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分评估疼痛情况)、治疗后,评价两组恐惧适应度及手术安全性,通过随访复查,经数字量化法和手指量化法观察并比较两组术后3 m、9 m、12 m完全性张口受限情况。结果:观察组的手术时间短于对照组,VAS评分显著低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组0°恐惧例数显著高于对照组,I°及Ⅱ°恐惧例数显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:高速涡轮钻微创法能改善患者恐惧心理,缓解疼痛,缩短手术时间,减少术后并发症发生,改善术后张口受限情况。

The elastic scattering angular distributions of ^(13)C at 340 MeV and ^(14)C at 294 MeV and 342 MeV on a ^(208)Pb target,which correspond to approximately five times the Coulomb barriers,were measured at the Radioactive Ion Beam line in *** data were analyzed within the optical model and continuum-discretized coupled-channels(CDCC)framework,and the results of both calculations could effectively account for the experimental *** differential cross sections of elastic scattering revealed no particular suppression at the Coulomb nuclear interference peak angles,suggesting that the breakup coupling effects on the elastic scattering angular distributions were negligibly small in this incident energy *** contributions from the couplings with inelastic states to the elastic cross sections were of minor importance within the angular range covered by these experiments.

Splenic infarction(SI)is a rare clinical phenomenon that occurs when the blood supply to the spleen is interrupted,resulting in tissue ischemia and necrosis[1].There are many causes of SI;in adult patients,cardioembolism,hematological malignancy,and infectious disease are the most common[2].Rheumatic diseases,especially systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and granulomatosis with polyangitis,can also lead to SI[3];however,only a few cases have been *** are currently no statistically meaningful data on the etiology of SI in *** most patients with SI can recover after conservative treatment,a small number of patients develop complications,such as splenic abscess,splenic rupture,splenic hemorrhage,and hemoperitoneum,and may even undergo splenectomy in severe cases.

El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)is the strongest interannual climate mode influencing the coupled ocean-atmosphere system in the tropical Pacific,and numerous dynamical and statistical models have been developed to simulate and predict *** some simplified coupled ocean-atmosphere models,the relationship between sea surface temperature(SST)anomalies and wind stress(τ)anomalies can be constructed by statistical methods,such as singular value decomposition(SVD).In recent years,the applications of artificial intelligence(AI)to climate modeling have shown promising prospects,and the integrations of AI-based models with dynamical models are active areas of *** study constructs U-Net models for representing the relationship between SSTAs andτanomalies in the tropical Pacific;the UNet-derivedτmodel,denoted asτUNet,is then used to replace the original SVD-basedτmodel of an intermediate coupled model(ICM),forming a newly AI-integrated ICM,referred to as *** simulation results obtained from ICM-UNet demonstrate their ability to represent the spatiotemporal variability of oceanic and atmospheric anomaly fields in the equatorial *** the ocean-only case study,theτUNet-derived wind stress anomaly fields are used to force the ocean component of the ICM,the results of which also indicate reasonable simulations of typical ENSO *** results demonstrate the feasibility of integrating an AI-derived model with a physics-based dynamical model for ENSO modeling ***,the successful integration of the dynamical ocean models with the AI-based atmospheric wind model provides a novel approach to ocean-atmosphere interaction modeling studies.

The fatigue cracking and fracture behavior of cold-drawn copper subjected to cyclic torsional loading were investigated in this *** was found that with increasing stress amplitude,the fracture mode of cold-drawn copper gradually changes from a shear fracture on transverse maximum shear stress plane to a mixed shear mode on both transverse and longitudinal shear planes and finally turns to the shear fracture on multiple longitudinal shear *** the cracking morphology and the relationship between torsional fatigue cracking and the grain boundaries,the fracture mechanism of cold-drawn copper under cyclic torsional loading was analyzed and proposed by considering the effects of the microstructure and axial stress caused by *** of the promotion of the grain boundary distribution on longitudinal crack propagation and the inhibition of axial stress on transverse crack grown,the tendency of crack propagation along the longitudinal direction increases with increasing stress levels.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of raw corn starch(RCS)in clinical management of insulinoma-induced *** We retrospectively collected clinical data of insulinoma patients who received RCS-supplemented diet preoperatively,and analyzed the therapeutic effects of the RCS intervention on blood glucose control,weight change,and its adverse *** The study population consisted of 24 cases of insulinoma patients,7 males and 17 females,aged 46.08±14.15 *** RCS-supplemented diet,all patients had frequent hypoglycemic episodes(2.51±3.88 times/week),concurrent with neuroglycopenia(in 83.3% of patients)and autonomic manifestations(in 75.0% of patients),with the median fasting blood glucose(FBG)of 2.70(interquartile range[IQR]:2.50-2.90)mmol/*** patients'weight increased by 0.38(IQR:0.05-0.65)kg per month,with 8(33.3%)cases developing overweight and 7(29.2%)cases developing *** patients maintained the RCS-supplemented diet until they underwent tumor resection(23 cases)and transarterial chemoembolization for liver metastases(1 case).For 19 patients receiving RCS throughout the day,the median FBG within one week of nutritional management was 4.30(IQR:3.30-5.70)mmol/L,which was a significant increase compared to pre-nutritional level[2.25(IQR:1.60-2.90)mmol/L;Plieved by reduction of RCS ***

This paper studies the optimal portfolio allocation of a fund manager when he bases decisions on both the absolute level of terminal relative performance and the change value of terminal relative performance comparison to a predefined reference point. We find the optimal investment strategy by maximizing a weighted average utility of a concave utility and an Sshaped utility via a concavification technique and the martingale method. Numerical results are carried out to show the impact of the extent to which the manager pays attention to the change of relative performance related to the reference point on the optimal terminal relative performance.
