Newlase F is a rude enzyme which contains triacylglycerol lipase and acid protease. Hydrolysis of dipeptide heptyl esters with Newlase F was studied in phosphate buffer-organic solvent by HPLC. When the Newlase F's level reached 5 mg/mL under mild condition (PH 7.0, 30 degreesC), the lipase had the highest activity. The reaction was also affected greatly by organic solvents and their concentrations. It is found that protease in Newlase F does not hydrolyze amide bond under this condition (pH 7.0, r.t.).

Effects of Vitrification on the Imprinted Gene Snrpn in Neonatal Placental Tissue

Understanding the role of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) in electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) processes of the Ru(bpy)(bpy=2,2’-bipyridine)/tripropylamine (TPA) system would be beneficial to develop novel ECL approaches for a variety of *** this work,we found that the AuNPs not only can enhance ECL signal of Ru(bpy)/TPA system by catalyzing the electrochemical reaction of TPA,but also quench the excited Ru(bpy),which plays the leading role is dependent on the placements of AuNP and Ru(bpy),and their spatial *** physical separation of AuNPs away from electrode surface through a DNA hybridization reaction,ECL intensity decreases dramatically due to the loss of electro-activity of the AuNPs,which can be applied to develop a novel ECL method for DNA analysis in a"turn-off"*** addition,although the electrical conductivity of the AuNPs is still well-preserved,the strong quenching of ECL is produced due to their interactions,in which Ru(bpy)and AuNPs are both immobilized on the ITO electrode at close ***,the quenched ECL signal would return in case of the AuNPs moving far away from Ru(bpy),and a distance-dependent surface enhancement is observed,which also can be applied to develop a novel ECL DNA sensor in a"turn-on"mode.
