In this paper we mainly study the ruin probability of a surplus process described by a piecewise deterministic Markov process （PDMP）. An integro-differential equation for the ruin probability is derived. Under a certain assumption, it can be transformed into the ruin probability of a risk process whose premiums depend on the current reserves. Using the same argument as that in Asmussen and Nielsen, the ruin probability and its upper bounds are obtained. Finally, we give an analytic expression for ruin probability and its upper bounds when the claim-size is exponentially distributed.

在当今科技迅速发展的时代,智能停车场识别、定位和导航系统已成为商业综合体、医院等大型公共场所不可或缺的一部分。传统停车场存在诸多问题,如信号弱、导航精度低以及停车位难以寻找等。为提高停车效率,设计了基于机器视觉的车位探测与路径规划系统。该系统利用超声波传感器收集停车位信息,并通过YoloV5图像识别技术分析驶入车辆的车牌信息。所有数据传送至后台服务器,再经由微信小程序呈现给客户。通过先进的路径规划算法,系统能确定离客户最近的空余停车位,并提供导航服务。

A method for determination of lactose in food samples by Osteryoung square wave voltammetry （OSWV） was developed. It was based on the nucleophilic addition reaction between lactose and aqua ammonia. The carbonyl group of lactose can be changed into imido group, and this increases the electrochemical activity in reduction and the sensitivity. The optimal condition for the nucleophilic addition reaction was investigated and it was found that in NH4C1-NH3 buffer of pH 10.1, the linear range between the peak current and the concentration of lactose was 0.6-8.4 mg L-l, and the detection limits was 0.44 mg L- 1. The proposed method was applied to the ＇determination of lactose in food samples and satisfactory results were obtained.

目的探讨急性胰腺炎继发医院感染患者腹水病原菌及维生素D受体(VDR)基因多样性与其预后的关系.方法回顾性收集2019年1月-2023年1月长江大学附属荆州医院及襄阳市中心医院收治的258例急性胰腺炎继发医院感染患者临床资料,根据患者预后情况分为预后良好组(205例)和预后不良组(53例);统计急性胰腺炎继发医院感染患者腹水病原菌、患者VDR基因FokI位点基因分布情况,并分析急性胰腺炎继发医院感染患者预后不良的影响因素.结果258例急性胰腺炎继发医院感染患者腹水标本中共检出269株病原菌,主要感染病原菌包括肺炎克雷伯菌、阴沟肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;预后不良组VDR基因FokI位点CC基因型患者占比低于预后良好组,TT基因型占比高于预后良好组(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,VDR基因FokI位点基因型为TT、器官障碍数目、膀胱压、休克、血清甘油三酯(TG)是急性胰腺炎继发医院感染患者预后不良的危险因素(P<0.05).结论急性胰腺炎继发院内感染患者主要感染病原菌为肺炎克雷伯菌、阴沟肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,其预后不良的主要危险因素较多,临床可据此对有相关症状或特征的患者进行针对性治疗或干预,改善患者预后.

The construction of interlocked topologies by metal-cation-template methods has been extensively ***,construction of these species using template-free chemical self-assembly methods is hard to rationally achieve due to the inherent unpredictability of self-assembly *** this work,a strategy to construct interlocked[2]catenanes by coordination-driven template-free self-assembly is demonstrated,whereby combining rigid bidentate ligands with large conjugated-πarea units and building blocks with appropriate lengths facilitated construction of interlocked[2]catenane *** rigid bidentate ligands,L1 and L2,were chosen to self-assemble with three dinuclear building blocks B1,B2 and ***,the successful construction of three[2]catenanes demonstrated the validity of the ***[2]catenanes are the simplest of all interlocked topologies,this motif is the basis for constructing more intricate *** successful strategy may therefore lead to construction of other,more intricate topologies in the future.

基于“肠-肝轴”研究逍遥散加味方对代谢相关性脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)小鼠肠黏膜屏障和肠道菌群的影响,探讨其作用。雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分成正常组,模型组,双歧杆菌四联活菌片组,逍遥散加味方低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余组给予高脂饲料诱导MAFLD模型并予不同剂量药物干预,共12周。检测小鼠体质量、肝湿重、肝指数;生化试剂盒检测血清天门冬氨酸氨基转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(ALT)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、脂多糖(LPS)的水平及肝脏肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量;苏木素-伊红(HE)染色和油红O染色观察肝脏、回肠及结肠组织形态;爱先蓝-糖原(AB-PAS)染色检测回肠组织杯状细胞数量;免疫组化和蛋白免疫印迹检测回肠、结肠组织紧密连接蛋白1(ZO-1)、闭合蛋白(occludin)、封密蛋白1(claudin-1)的表达;16S核糖体RNA(16S rRNA)基因测序分析小鼠肠道菌群变化。结果显示,与正常组相比,模型组小鼠体质量、肝湿重、肝指数均升高;血清TC、TG、ALT、AST、LDL-C和LPS含量均升高,HDL-C降低;肝组织IL-6、TNF-α含量均升高,肝脏脂质蓄积增多,表明模型诱导成功。与模型组相比,逍遥散加味方中、高剂量组和双歧杆菌四联活菌片组小鼠体质量、肝湿重、肝指数均降低;逍遥散加味方中剂量组和双歧杆菌四联活菌片组小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C和ALT、AST水平均显著下降,HDL-C水平显著升高;逍遥散加味方低、中剂量组和双歧杆菌四联活菌片组小鼠肝脏炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α和血清中LPS水平均显著降低,claudin-1、occludin和ZO-1蛋白表达均显著升高。肠道菌群分析显示,与模型组比较,逍遥散加味方中剂量能显著提高小鼠肠道菌群的丰富度和多样性;在门水平上,降低厚壁菌门/拟杆菌门比值;在属水平上,升高乳杆菌属、布劳特菌属、拟杆菌属和阿克曼菌属,降低普雷沃菌属、苏黎世杆菌属和脱硫弧菌属,差异物种以拟杆菌科Odorbacteraceaae和消化链球菌科Peptostreptococcaceae发挥主要作用。总之,逍遥散加味方可通过抑制炎症、调节肠道菌群稳态以及促进肠黏膜屏障的修复来治疗MAFLD。

To the Editor:Retinoblastoma(RB)is the most common primary malignant intra-ocular tumor in *** is thought to be initiated in response to biallelic RB1 inactivation and loss of functional RB *** tyrosine kinase(SYK)plays different roles in the regulation of immunomodulatory signaling and cell proliferation in multiple malignancies,indicating either poor or favorable prognosis.A previous study showed that SYK is the fifth most significant gene and the only up-regulated kinase gene in RB according to the results derived from whole-genome sequencing,and SYK is also required for tumor cell survival.[1]However,the specific role of SYK in RB is still poorly *** this study,we examined SYK expression in RB and analyzed its relevance to necrosis and histopathologic high-risk factors(HRFs).
