A formal structure for symbolic reachability analysis of rectangular hybrid systems

For symbolic reachability analysis of rectangular hybrid systems, the basic issue is finding a formal structure to represent and manipulate its infinite state spaces. Firstly, this structure must be closed to the reachability operation which means that reachable states from states expressed by this structure can be presented by it too. Secondly, the operation of finding reachable states with this structure should take as less computation as possible. To this end, a constraint system called rectangular zone is formalized, which is a conjunction of fixed amount of inequalities that compare fixed types of linear expressions with two variables to rational numbers. It is proved that the rectangular zone is closed to those reachability operations-intersection, elapsing of time and edge transition. Since the number of inequalities and the linear expression of each inequality is fixed in rectangular zones, so to obtain reachable rectangular zones, it just needs to change the rational numbers to which these linear expressions need to compare. To represent rectangular zones and unions of rectangular zones, a data structure called three dimensional constraint matrix(TDCM) and a BDD-like structure rectangular hybrid diagram(RHD) are introduced.

跨境企业是新时代高质量对外开放的重要载体。跨境企业的廉洁合规建设,是统筹国内反腐和涉外反腐,实现更高水平对外开放,维护国家主权、安全和发展权益的迫切需要,是随着“把一带一路建成廉洁之路”而兴起的中国原创,是廉洁价值观融入依法治企的制度设计。在国际环境更加复杂的背景下,跨境企业面临常规性法律风险、合规虚位的法律风险、政治打压带来的安全和发展风险,企业廉洁合规自治模式应上升到国家法律法规的层面,通过立法明确跨境腐败的定义、范围和入罪标准,明确跨境企业预防腐败法律义务和负激励机制,明确监察机关和相关部门监督管理职责等,以国家强制力反制美国等西方国家滥用腐败之名的企图,确保廉洁合规在跨境企业运行中更好地发挥优化营商环境、构建亲清新型政商关系、向国际社会展示廉洁形象的作用,成为中国式现代化建设的重要生力军。

Under the context of carbon neutrality of China,it is urgent to shift our energy supply towards cleaner fuels as well as to reduce the greenhouse gas ***,coal is the main fossil fuel energy source of *** country is striving hard to replace it with methane,a cleaner fossil *** China has rich geological resources of methane as coal bed methane(CBM)reserves,it is quite challenging to utilize them due to low *** CBM is however mainly emitted directly to atmosphere during coal mining,causing waste of the resource and huge contribution to greenhouse *** recent work by Yang et *** a potential solution to extract low concentration methane selectively from CBM through using MOF materials as *** kind of materials and associated separation technology are promising to reduce greenhouse gas emission and promote the methane production capability,which would contribute to carbon neutrality in dual pathways.

In this paper, we investigate the asymptotic behavior for the finite- and infinite-time ruin probabilities of a nonstandard renewal model in which the claims are identically distributed but not necessarily inde- pendent. Under the assumptions that the identical distribution of the claims belongs to the class of extended regular variation （ERV） and that the tails of joint distributions of every two claims are negligible compared to the tails of their margins, we obtain the precise approximations for the finite- and infinite-time ruin probabilities.

The penalized variable selection methods are often used to select the relevant covariates and estimate the unknown regression coefficients simultaneously,but these existing methods may fail to be consistent for the setting with highly correlated *** this paper,the semi-standard partial covariance(SPAC)method with Lasso penalty is proposed to study the generalized linear model with highly correlated covariates,and the consistencies of the estimation and variable selection are shown in high-dimensional settings under some regularity *** simulation studies and an analysis of colon tumor dataset are carried out to show that the proposed method performs better in addressing highly correlated problem than the traditional penalized variable selection methods.

High photoactive TiO2 catalyst was prepared using the sol-gel method through UV irradiation during the formation stage of nuclei. The surface morphology and microstructure of the prepared catalyst were characterized using scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, X-ray diffraction patterns （XRD）, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FF-IR）. The photoactivity was evaluated by the degradation of methylene blue. The results show that the photocatalysis of the prepared catalyst is higher than that of conventional heat-treated particles. The higher photoactivity is a combined result of favorable microstructure, appropriate hydroxyl groups, and active sites of Ti^3＋ ions on the surface of TiO2. It is concluded that the ultraviolet irradiation-induced sol-gel method is an effective method to enhance the photocatalysis of TiO2.

Inspired by the General Relativity for many decades,experimental physicists and astronomers have a solid dream to detect gravitational waves(GWs)from mergers of black holes,which came true until the excellent performance of the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory(liGO)at hundreds ***-Hz GWs are expected to be radiated by close-binaries of supermassive black holes(CB-SMBHs;defined as those with separations less than^0.1 pc)formed during galaxy mergers and detected through the Pulsar Timing Array(PTA)*** of the writing,there remains no nano-Hz GWs *** for CB-SMBHs is also observationally elusive though there exist a number of possible *** this review,we focus on observational signatures of CB-SMBHs from theoretic expectations,simulations and *** signatures appear in energy distributions of multiwavelength continuum,long term variations of continuum,jet morphology,reverberation delay maps and spectroastrometry of broad emission lines,AGN type transitions between type-1 and type-2(changing-look),and gaseous dynamics of circumbinary disks,*** hundred-Hz GWs from stellar mass black hole binaries,the waveform chirping of nano-Hz GWs is too slow to detect in a reasonable human *** have to resort to electromagnetic observations to measure orbital parameters of CB-SMBHs to test nano-Hz GW *** mapping is a powerful tool for probing kinematics and geometry of ionized gas in the gravitational well of SMBHs(single or binary)and therefore provides a potential way to determine orbital parameters of *** particular,a combination of reverberation mapping with spectroastrometry(realized at the Very Large Telescope Interferometer)will further reinforce this *** Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array(ALMA)and the forthcoming Square Kilometre Array(SKA)are suggested to reveal dynamics of circumbinary disks through molecular emission lines.
