The title compound, 1-4-（dimethylamino）benzylidene）-4-（naphthalene-1-yl） thiosemicarbazide （DMABNTS, C20H20N4S, Mr = 348.47）, was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1R, ^1H NMR and MS. The crystal structure of DMABNTS with 1,4-dioxane （Diox, C4H8O2） solvent molecules （DMABNTS·2Diox, C28H36N4O4S, Mr = 524.67） was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.418（4）, b = 7.1702（19）, c = 28.350（7）°A,β= 101.154（6）°, V= 2875.4（13） °A^3, Z= 4, Dc= 1.212 g/cm^3, F（000） = 1120 and μ= 0.151 mm^-1. A total of 6458 reflections were collected, of which 4671 were unique. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to the final R = 0.0732 and wR = 0.2127 for 3921 observed reflections （I〉 2σ（I））. There exist intermolecular hydrogen bonds （N（2）-H（2B）…S（1A）and N（1）-H（1A）…O（4B）） in the structure. The study of fluorescent properties ＇shows that DMABNTS emits bright solid-state fluorescence in the visible region and exhibits blue photoluminescence.

The species composition of plant communities is determined by a number of factors,including current environmental conditions as well as biogeographical and evolutionary *** evidence that plant diversity decreases and species relatedness increases along latitudinal and environmental gradients(e.g.,low temperatures),it remains unclear whether these same patterns occur along elevational gradients,especially in the subtropical mountainous areas harboring rich *** this study,we explored the pattern of phylogenetic relatedness of woody angiosperm assemblages and examined the effects of temperature variables on the phylogenetic relatedness among angiosperm woody plants using generalized linear model in subtropical forest communities along a broad elevational gradient in the Dulong Valley of Yunnan Province,*** results showed that woody angiosperm species in local forest plots tend to be more phylogenetically related at higher elevations and in areas with lower ***,winter average temperature,rather than mean annual temperature,is a major predictor of the pattern of increasing phylogenetic relatedness with increasing *** finding is consistent with the prediction of‘Tropical Niche Conservatism’hypothesis,which highlights the role of niche constraints in driving phylogenetic community assembly along an elevational gradient.

不同地膜的降解特征及其对旱区马铃薯生长和土壤微环境的影响

为筛选适宜宁南旱区马铃薯生长且对土壤环境友好的降解地膜类型,以不覆盖为对照,研究普通塑料膜、秸秆纤维地膜、生物降解膜的降解特征及其对马铃薯生长、土壤微环境的影响。结果表明,生物降解膜和秸秆纤维膜分别在播后90和60 d进入诱导期,生物降解膜和秸秆纤维膜均在播后150 d进入碎裂期;播后150 d的地膜质量损失率以秸秆纤维地膜最高,而普通塑料膜无明显变化。播后60 d,生物降解膜和秸秆纤维膜处理土壤蓄水量分别较对照显著提高21.4%和10.3%,而普通塑料膜处理与对照差异不显著。播后90~120 d,秸秆纤维膜和生物降解膜处理平均土壤温度分别较对照显著增加1.2和0.8℃。播后150 d,与对照相比,普通塑料膜和秸秆纤维膜处理土壤速效磷、速效钾含量提升效果显著。秸秆纤维膜处理细菌数量最高,而生物降解膜处理真菌和放线菌数量最高。播后150 d马铃薯地上部和地下部干物质累积量均以生物降解膜处理最高,马铃薯株高、茎粗和增产效果均以秸秆纤维膜处理最为显著。主成分分析结果表明,土壤细菌、放线菌数量是影响地膜降解的主要因素,而播后30~60 d土壤水分和播后60~120 d膜质量损失率对马铃薯产量形成至关重要。综上,秸秆纤维地膜降解效果优于普通塑料膜,且对改善旱地土壤微环境效果显著,可实现马铃薯增产,可代替普通地膜应用于旱作马铃薯生产中。本研究结果对筛选适宜宁南旱区农业可持续发展的最佳地膜类型具有一定的现实意义。

A partial pit exhaust ventilation(PPEV)system installed below the slatted floor has been widely used in fattening pig barns nowadays in *** tests showed that annually around 50%of ammonia emissions was collected by PPEV ***,the percent of emissions collected by PPEV system from different emission sources including slurry manure surfaces,top surfaces,bottom surfaces and side surfaces of the slatted floor has not been investigated as well as the mass transfer *** study applied CFD modeling to investigate the removal ratio of ammonia emissions from four emission surfaces including the top,side,bottom surfaces of the slatted floor and slurry manure *** CFD model was validated by experimental air speeds measured in a room equipped with two full-scale *** validated CFD model was further adopted to simulate cases under five ventilation rates(2000-4000 m^(3)/h),four emission sources and two locations of PPEV system *** results showed that the removal ratios of ammonia emissions by PPEV system from the four emission sources were generally higher for the cases that the PPEV exhaust was installed opposite to the air supplier than the values of those cases that the PPEV exhaust was located at the same side of side wall air *** removal ratios of ammonia emissions were the highest with the emission source of slurry manure surface and generally 30%higher than the values of other *** mass transfer coefficients with the emission sources on the side surfaces of the slatted floor were the *** results indicated that the airflow patterns and locations of emission sources greatly influenced the removal ratios of ammonia emissions and ammonia mass transfer coefficients.

The species composition of plant assemblages can in large part be explained by a long history of biogeographic and evolutionary *** the past decade,botanists and plant ecologists have increasingly sought to quantify phylogenetic signal in ecological traits to help inform their inferences regarding the mechanisms driving plant ***,most studies with a test of phylogenetic signal in the ecological traits have focused on a local scale,while comparatively few studies have been carried out on a regional *** this study,I presented a family-level phylogeny and a genus-level phylogeny that included all families and genera of extant seed plants in China,and use both phylogenies to examine whether areal-types or distribution patterns of families and genera of seed plants are non-randomly distributed across the Chinese tree of *** study shows that the areal-types of families and genera of seed plants exhibit significant phylogenetic signal across the family-or genus-level phylogeny of seed plants in China.

A computational fluid dynamics(CFD)solver for a GPU/CPU heterogeneous architecture parallel computing platform is developed to simulate incompressible flows on billion-level grid *** solve the Poisson equation,the conjugate gradient method is used as a basic solver,and a Chebyshev method in combination with a Jacobi sub-preconditioner is used as a *** developed CFD solver shows good performance on parallel efficiency,which exceeds 90%in the weak-scalability test when the number of grid points allocated to each GPU card is greater than *** the acceleration test,it is found that running a simulation with 10403 grid points on 125 GPU cards accelerates by 203.6x over the same number of CPU *** developed solver is then tested in the context of a two-dimensional lid-driven cavity flow and three-dimensional Taylor-Green vortex *** results are consistent with previous results in the literature.
