The dark oxidation reactions of ethers including aether, isopropyl ether, phenyl isopropyl ether, and benzyl isopropyl ether have been studied by using density functional theory calculations. The structures of initial Contact charge transfer complexes （CCTCs）, transition states and caged radical intermediates have been located at the B3LYP/6-31G （d） level, The bonding nature of ethers with triplet 02 in CCTCs has been analyzed, and the detailed mechanism of dark oxidation reactions of ether is presented clearly.

Plant root system plays an important role in preventing soil erosion and improving slope ***,its performance is significantly affected by soil moisture content,and the role of soil moisture in root reinforcement is not fully *** this study,the influence of soil moisture on root pullout properties was studied by *** in-situ pullout tests under four different levels of soil matric suction(12 kPa,18 kPa,24 kPa,30 kPa)were carried out on roots of sea buckthorn plants(Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.)which were artificially cultivated for 7 *** and length of the root system of sea buckthorn were *** results showed that a very significant correlation was observed between root diameter(D)and root length(L)(P<0.01),and root diameter decreased with soil *** soil bulk density was constant,peak pullout force(F)and friction coefficient of root-soil interface(μ)decreased with increasing gravimetric soil moisture content in power *** moisture content significantly affected root pullout resistance because the increase of soil moisture content decreased the friction coefficient between the roots and *** diameter at breakage point(Db)and length of root segment left in soil(Lb)were increased with soil moisture *** addition,peak pullout force of the roots increased in a power function with root diameter at the soil surface(D0)and in a linear function with total root length(L).The results provided an experimental basis for quantifying the effects of soil moisture content on soil reinforcement by plant roots.

Background:Nowadays,the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)injury has been one of the most common diseases of the knee *** relationships between the ACL injury and the anatomical structures are still *** study aimed to identify the anatomical risk factors of ACL injury by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)of the knee. Methods:This was a retrospective study of 125 patients undergoing primary ACL reconstruction between July 2013 and May 2017. Another 125 patients without any organic knee joint injury were served as *** shape of intercondylar notch,the intercondylar notch width index,the intercondylar notch height index,the a angle,the β angle,and the medial and lateral tibial plateau slope were measured with MRI and *** data were compared by binary logistic regression to find the risk factors. Results:The two groups differed in the proportion of male patients (70.4% vs.52.0%,x^2 =8.911,P =0.003),but gender was excluded as a risk factor for ACL injury with regression analysis (odds ratio =1.476,95%confidence interval [CI]:0.689-3.160,P =0.317). The injured group was found to have a smaller notch width index (95%CI =7.960E-23-2.154E-9,P 7.5°), and larger β angle ( >38.5°)might be the factors associated with ACL injury.

The surface characteristics,collector adsorption,and flotation response of covellite in the presence of NaClO and FeCl_(3) were investigated using micro-flotation tests,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry(TOF-SIMS),and contact angle *** micro-flotation test results indicated that covellite was effectively inhibited by the presence of NaClO and FeCl_(3).However,the dosages of these depressants were large,and the conditioning time was *** results of the XPS and TOF-SIMS analyses indicated that NaClO could oxidize the covellite surface and reduce the active sites of *** products,including CuO and Cu(OH)_(2),were generated on the covellite *** the addition of FeCl_(3),the precipitation of iron hydroxide on the covellite surface increased the content of hydrophilic species on the mineral ***,the adsorption of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate on covellite surface was prevented,which reduced the floatability of the covellite.

The Sino-French 2012 Conference in Thoracic Oncology, held November 17-18, 2012, was hosted by the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center and organized in collaboration with two prestigious French hospitals: Institute Gustave Roussy and Marie Lannelongue Hospital. The conference was established by leading experts from China and France to serve as an international academic platform for sharing novel findings in basic research and valuable clinical practice experiences. Hot topics including innovation in surgical techniques, diagnosis and staging of early-stage lung cancer, minimally invasive surgery, multidisciplinary treatment of lung cancer, and progress in radiotherapy for lung cancer were explored. Highlights of the conference presentations are summarized in this report.

A novel series of 5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles were designed and synthesized in order to find novel potent anticancer compounds. The structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR and MS. Their antiproliferative activities against two cancer cell lines were tested by the MTT method in vitro. Three of compounds （1e, 1g, and 1h） exhibited potent antiproliferative activities, especially compound lh （with IC50 values of 5.2 μmol/L and 1.9 μmol/L against Bel-7402 and HT-1080, respectively）. The preliminary structure-activity relationships of 5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indole derivatives were discussed.

选取新疆天山北麓产区赤霞珠干红葡萄酒从酒精发酵结束至最终色泽衰退(深紫红色-黄褐色)过程中10款样品为试材,测定葡萄酒的基础理化指标、CIELab参数、多酚类物质含量、总色素、聚合色素等指标,针对其进行皮尔逊相关性分析,基于存在相关性的基础上利用偏最小二乘法-判别分析筛选样品的特征指标,最终利用可视化表征直观反映酒体颜色及特征指标相对含量。结果表明,基础理化指标、多酚类物质含量等指标与CIELab参数之间均呈现相关性。偏最小二乘法-判别分析和CIELab颜色空间表征及二维灰度图表明,酒体呈现紫红色时,酒体的主要特征指标为L^(*)(57.97~81.21)、总单宁含量(4322.66~4385.43 mg/L)。酒体呈现胭脂红色时,酒体的主要特征指标为a^(*)(14.69~16.41)、总酚含量(2157.59~2983.46 mg/L)、总单宁含量(3302.57~3459.51 mg/L)。酒体呈现宝石红色时,酒体的主要特征指标为a^(*)(18.13~20.52)、苹果酸含量(1.10~1.40 g/L)、单宁含量(4558.06~4652.22 mg/L)。酒体呈现砖红色时,酒体的主要特征指标为总单宁含量(4762.08~5185.81 mg/L)、总酚含量(3568.87~3809.33 mg/L)。当总酚含量低于2000 mg/L时,酒体黄化程度严重且不再适宜陈酿。该方法直观反映了不同色泽赤霞珠葡萄酒颜色及其特征指标信息,能够良好鉴别区分不同色泽赤霞珠葡萄酒,为构建新疆天山北麓产区不同色泽赤霞珠葡萄酒评价体系奠定基础。

目的:研究白背枫Buddleja asiatica Lour.枝叶的化学成分。方法:经MCI gel、硅胶、C_(18)反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,利用1D-NMR、2D-NMR并结合理化性质鉴定其结构。结果:从白背枫枝叶中分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为:正十六烷(1)、肉桂酸(2)、对甲氧基肉桂醛(3)、异阿魏酸(4)、1-油酸单甘油酯(5)、齐墩果酸(6)、高圣草素(7)、globularin(8)、米内苷(9)、2α-羟基乌苏酸(10)、6-羟基木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、车前苷(12)、1,6-di-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (13)、6-O-caffeoyl ajugol (14)、毛蕊花糖苷(15)、nudifloside (16)、β-香树脂醇(17)、咖啡酸(18)、熊果酸(19)、胡萝卜苷(20)。其中,化合物2~5、7、8、10~12、18~20为首次从该植物中分离得到。
