Background The goal to eliminate the parasitic disease of poverty schistosomiasis as a public health problem is aligned with the 2030 United Nations agenda for sustainable development goals,including universal health coverage(UHC).Current control strategies focus on school-aged children,systematically neglecting *** aimed at providing evidence for the need of shifting the paradigm of schistosomiasis control programs from targeted to generalized approaches as key element for both the elimination of schistosomiasis as a public health problem and the promotion of *** In a cross-sectional study performed between March 2020 and January 2021 at three primary health care centers in Andina,Tsiroanomandidy and Ankazomborona in Madagascar,we determined prevalence and risk factors for schistosomiasis by a semi-quantitative PCR assay from specimens collected from 1482 adult *** and multivariable logistic regression were performed to evaluate odd *** The highest prevalence of ***,*** and co-infection of both species was 59.5%,61.3%and 3.3%,in Andina and Ankazomborona *** prevalence was observed among males(52.4%)and main contributors to the family income(68.1%).Not working as a farmer and higher age were found to be protective factors for *** Our findings provide evidence that adults are a high-risk group for *** data suggests that,for ensuring basic health as a human right,current public health strategies for schistosomiasis prevention and control need to be re-addressed towards more context specific,holistic and integrated approaches.

食物过敏是异质性群体相关疾病，会通过一种或多种方式对多个器官造成影响。其反应的严重程度可从轻度的局部反应到全身性的过敏反应。从机制上来看，食物过敏是Th2细胞驱动的免疫紊乱疾病，食物特异性IgE是这种速发型不良反应的基础。过敏的部位和症状并不一定相同。食物过敏常会与自身免疫性（如乳糜泻）和非免疫性（如乳糖不耐受）的其他食物不良反应相混淆。为了正确诊断食物过敏，需要详细了解患者病史，检测特异性IgE，并进行经口激发试验来确诊。一些辅助因素（如运动、药物和酒精）有助于诱发食物过敏，会进一步增加诊断的复杂性。以食物提取物为基础的诊断试验并不能反映症状的严重程度，而检测单个食物致敏原IgE的新一代分子诊断技术，则能够为临床医生和患者提供可靠的症状严重程度依据。分子诊断还有助于确定食物过敏是直接源于对食物的暴露还是间接源于花粉过敏（交叉反应）。流行病学调查表明，桃过敏在欧洲主要是源于对桃的食用，而在中国则是源于对艾蒿花粉的初级致敏。但这两种情况都是由来自同一家族的致敏原分子介导的。流行病学调查深入揭示了食物过敏的病因、流行性及其所包含的风险因素，为预防食物过敏提供了循证策略。过去的十年中，食物过敏在发达国家盛行。经济发展和城市化进程都被认为会导致食物过敏流行性的增加，而且饮食习惯不同，过敏的食物也不同。目前，分子变态反应学和生物技术正在开发安全的免疫治疗方法，有望能够减轻日益加重的食物过敏负担。一种使用低致敏性突变重组分子的免疫疗法已经开始进行第一阶段临床试验的评估。食物致敏原名单的不断完善为转基因食品致敏性的评估提供了坚实基础。

Two new monoprotonated products of macrocyclic polyamine 1,4,7 trimethyl 1,4,7 triazacyclononane(Me 3〔9〕aneN 3), (Me 3〔9〕aneN 3H)(SO 3CF 3) 1 (C 10 H 22 N 3O 3SF 3, M r =321.36) and (Me 3〔9〕aneN 3H)I 2 (C 9H 22 N 3I, M r =299.20) were obtained by the reactions of Me 3〔9〕aneN 3 and yttrium triflate or ytterbium diiodide as the unexpected products. The crystal structures of compounds 1 and 2 have been determined. Crystal 1 is orthorhombic, space group P2 12 12 1(#19), a =12.609(3), b=13.531(1), c=9.225(3) , V=1573.9(7)  3, Z=4, D c= 1.356 g/cm 3, μ =2.47 cm -1 , F (000)=680 and R=0.052, R w =0.052 for 807 unique reflections with I>2σ(I) . Crystal 2 belongs to the orthorhombic system with space group P2 12 12 1(#19), a=11.417(2), b=13.099(3), c=8.762(2) , V=1310.5(4)  3, Z=4, D c =1\^516 g/cm 3, μ =24.14 cm -1 , F (000)=600 and R=0.035, R w =0.042 for 1427 unique reflections with I>3σ(I) . The two structures contain the same cyclic framework in which the acid proton is bonded to an amine nitrogen. This proton exhibits strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the other two nitrogen atoms. The methyl groups are directed away from the ring cavity. The bond distance between acid proton and an amine nitrogen in compound 2 is extremely short. The bond angles for 1 and 2 also exhibit obvious diversity inside of triazacyclononae.

Hydropower has made a significant contribution to the economic development of Vietnam,thus it is important to monitor the safety of hydropower dams for the good of the country and the *** this paper,dam horizontal displacement is analyzed and then forecasted using three methods:the multi-regression model,the seasonal integrated auto-regressive moving average(SARIMA)model and the back-propagation neural network(BPNN)merging *** monitoring data of the Hoa Binh dam in Vietnam,including horizontal displacement,time,reservoir water level,and air temperature,are used for the *** results indicate that all of these three methods can approximately describe the trend of dam deformation despite their different forecast ***,their short-term forecasts can provide valuable references for the dam safety.

Positron emission tomography to assess hypoxia and perfusion in lung cancer

In lung cancer, tumor hypoxia is a characteristic feature, which is associated with a poor prognosis and resistance to both radiation therapy and chemotherapy. As the development of tumor hypoxia is associated with decreased perfusion, perfusion measurements provide more insight into the relation between hypoxia and perfusion in malignant tumors. Positron emission tomography(PET) is a highly sensitive nuclear imaging technique that is suited for non-invasive in vivo monitoring of dynamic processes including hypoxia and its associated parameter perfusion. The PET technique enables quantitative assessment of hypoxia and perfusion in tumors. To this end, consecutive PET scans can be performed in one scan session. Using different hypoxia tracers, PET imaging may provide insight into the prognostic significance of hypoxia and perfusion in lung cancer. In addition, PET studies may play an important role in various stages of personalized medicine, as these may help to select patients for specifictreatments including radiation therapy, hypoxia modifying therapies, and antiangiogenic strategies. In addition, specific PET tracers can be applied for monitoring therapy. The present review provides an overview of the clinical applications of PET to measure hypoxia and perfusion in lung cancer. Available PET tracers and their characteristics as well as the applications of combined hypoxia and perfusion PET imaging are discussed.

Morphological Change in the Northern Red River Delta,Vietnam

Coastal erosion has become a worldwide concern, typically in the densely populated Asian mega-river deltas. Severe coastal erosion in the southern Red River Delta(RRD) has been intensively studied. Coastal morphological change in the northern RRD was examined in detail through DEM(Digital Elevation Model) analysis based on time series of bathymetrical maps(1965–2004) and Landsat images(1975–2015) in this study. The results show that the northern RRD is featured by rapid coastal accretion in the past few decades, although suspended sediment flux has dropped by roughly 60% after the completeness of Hoa Binh dam(HBD) in 1988 and relative sea level rose at 1.9 mm yr^(-1). However, accretion at the outer part of subtidal shoals and platforms was observed to slow down quickly or even turned into erosion in the last two decades. The resuspended sediments from the erosion zone can be transported landward to replenish the inner coastal zone, keeping the latter accretion in the near future to compensate for the sediment discharge decrease from the river. However, this lag effect should be terminated soon if other adverse effects go worse, e.g., damming rivers, sea-level rising, strengthening storms, land reclamation and other poor-designed coastal engineering. Coastal planners and managers should pay full attention to these changes.
