通过调查和科学研究可以预见，计算机应用测试(CT)总有一天会取代纸和笔的测试。早在五十多年以前，最早的CT系统着重于信息技术产业的认证测试。如今，很多以前使用纸笔测试的市场都接受了CT系统模式。尽管如此，在教育机构选择CT执行模式时，仍然存在一些问题。现存的CT系统有以下几种执行方式：基于计算机的测试(CBT)，基于网络的测试(wBT)或者是基于软件Agent的测试(SABT)。每种方式都有自己的优缺点。另一方面，在教育机构领域，当特定测试为跨学科时，每种方式的缺点都明显于其优点。如CBTs局限于测试范围较窄，wBTs在不可预测的网络延时和连接失败时尤为脆弱，SABTs使用的接口不兼容。另外，所有已知的CT系统都只围绕单一的测试传输模式(TDM)进行设计，也就是说，仅仅能进行线性测试，或线性的飞行测试，或三角模式，或主从模式或者是计算机化的适应测试，然而这些测试在一个学科不同测试传输模式中可能同时需要用到。本文讨论的方式是不同的，是基于联合面向Agent和现有的网络接口技术的方案。论文构造了一个面向英特网的多Agent学生考试系统(MEST)，本系统是一个集CBT，wBT和SABT优势的可用于任何传输模式的测试系统。

Three taxa of Ramaria subgenus Ramaria, and 18 of subg. Laeticolora are reported from Yunnan Province. Of these 13 are considered new to science. Only one taxon (R. formosa) is considered of widespread distribution, the others being known olay from the Indo-Asian subcontinent. wide distribution patterns, based on phenetic similarity, seem to be at the infraspecific to species complex level, but only rarely contaxie. New taxa are as follows: subg. Ramaria: R. eryuanensis; subg. Laeticolora: R. brunneipes, R. distinctissima, R. ephemeroderma, R. hilaris, R. lacviformosoides, R. linearioides, R. linearis, R. nanispora, R. rubri-attenuipcs, R. sino-conjunctipes, R. rubricarnata var. laeta, R. botrytoides var. microspora, and R. neoformosa var. sinensis. Keys to Yunnan taxa of Ramaria subgenera Ramarla and Laeticolora are furnished.

A New Perspective of the Physical Processes Associated with the Clear-Sky Greenhouse Effect over High Latitudes

The physical processes associated with the clear-sky greenhouse effect in the presence of water vapor are examined by including surface emissivity in the greenhouse effect formulation, and by introducing a new way to partition physical processes of the greenhouse effect. In this new framework, it is found that the clear-sky greenhouse effect is governed by three physical processes associated with (1) the temperature contrast between the surface and the atmosphere, (2) the interaction between the surface emissivity and the temperature contrast, and (3) the surface emissivity. The importance of the three physical processes is assessed by computing their vertical and spectral variations far the subarctic winter and summer standard atmosphere using the radiation model MODTRAN3 (Moderate Resolution Transmittance code Version 3). The results show that the process associated with the temperature contrast between the surface and the atmosphere dominates over the other two processes in magnitude. The magnitude of this process has substantial variations in the spectral region of 1250 to 1880 cm-1 and in the far infrared region. Due to the low-level temperature inversion over the subarctic winter, there exists a negative contribution to the greenhouse trapping. The seasonal variations are, however, dominated by the processes associated with the interaction between the surface emissivity and the temperature contrast as well as the surface emissivity itself. The magnitudes of these two physical processes contributing to the greenhouse trapping over the subarctic winter are about 7 to 10 times of those over the subarctic summer, whereas the magnitude of the processes associated with the temperature contrast in the subarctic summer is only about 2 times of that in the subarctic winter.
