Objec.ive: To desc.ibe the epidemiologic.l prof.le of.c.ildren and adolesc.nts who are vic.ims of.domestic.violenc.. Method: This is a c.oss sec.ional and desc.iptive study, f.llowing a quantitative approac., c.nduc.ed f.om September to dec.mber 2013, at the SOS c.ILD servic., in the c.ty of.Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The researc. protoc.l was approved by c.P/Uf.N under c.AE 0166.***.051.000-11. Results: In the analysis of.69 c.ildren, the results were presented f.om three points of.view: 1) the vic.im—f.male (56.5%), aged one to 11 years old (66.7%) and lived with one of.the parents (43.5%);2) the abuser—f.male (60.9%) in the 14 - 23 years old and 34 - 43 years old, with the same perc.ntage (24.6%), history of.alc.hol use and abuse (42.0%), the mother was the one who attac.ed the most (34.7%);3) types of.violenc., among the physic.l ones, the most f.equent were slaps (43.2%) and punc.es (18.9%);the prevalenc., among the psyc.ologic.l violenc., were c.rses (35.4%) and abuse (27.8%);negligenc., omission of.c.re (73.5%), deprivation of.c.re f.r personal appearanc. (18.4%);among sexual violenc.: sexual c.resses (57.1%) and f.rc.d sex (42.9%). c.nc.usion: c.ildren and adolesc.nts plac.d in an unf.vorable soc.al-ec.nomic.c.ntext, under the c.re of.mothers with a history of.use and abuse of.alc.hol and other drugs, are more vulnerable to intra-domic.liary violenc..

To evaluate the c.arac.eristic. and synthesis ac.ivity of.osteoblasts extrac.ed f.om the c.lvaria of.of.spring of.rats exposed to maternal *** adult Wistar rats were divided into two groups,one c.ntrol and one treated with daily administration of.L-thyroxine by an orogastric.tube(50μg/animal/day)during *** days af.er delivery and c.nf.rmation of.the mothers’hyperthyroidism,the of.spring were euthanized f.r the extrac.ion of.osteoblasts f.om the *** 7,14,and 21 days,prolif.ration ac.ivity was assessed using MTT assay,while alkaline phosphatase(ALP)ac.ivity was assessed by the Bc.P/NBT *** 21 days,the total area of.the mineralized matrix stained by von Kossa was evaluated by *** expression of.gene transc.ipts f.r Runx2,Bmp2,f.f.1,c.llagen type 1(c.l1),osteoc.lc.n(Oc.,and osteopontin(Op)were evaluated by real-time *** were c.mpared using the Student’s *** ac.ivity was signif.c.ntly higher at 14 and 21 days in c.ltures of.osteoblasts extrac.ed f.om of.spring exposed to maternal hyperthyroidism,while MTT c.nversion was signif.c.ntly lower at 21 days in this *** c.ltures of.neonates exposed to maternal hyperthyroidism also showed a larger total area of.mineralized matrix and greater expression of.gene transc.ipts f.r Oc.and *** hyperthyroidism inc.eases the ac.ivity of.matrix synthesis,alkaline phosphatase ac.ivity,and expression of.gene transc.ipts f.r osteoc.lc.n and osteopontin in the osteoblasts,extrac.ed f.om the c.lvaria of.the of.spring,whic. may be one of.the mec.anisms of.premature f.sion of.c.anial sutures.

The work’s main purpose was to design and implement a model of.agric.ltural produc.ion f.r the attention of.f.od demand of.the c.al c.mplex in the c.nter of.the department of.c.sar, c.lombia, by mounting Prof.table Produc.ive Units in rural areas of.the zone with mining inf.uenc.. The af.rementioned rural c.mmunities are at a soc.oec.nomic.disadvantage c.nc.rning to the loc.l ec.nomic.development polic.es. It was taken a rural soc.ety with soc.o-ec.nomic.c.nditions at a disadvantage, level 1 in the c.assif.c.tion sc.le of.1 to 5 of.c.lombia, several assoc.ations were organized in eac. one of.the af.ec.ed munic.palities with strong agric.ltural voc.tion to train them in prof.table produc.ion strategies, authors perf.rmed tec.nic.l and tec.nologic.l support f.r 12 months. In synthesis, there were meaningf.l dif.erenc.s among gross inc.me per month of.people who worked in the projec.s of.the Young Rural Entrepreneurs, a f.c. c.nf.rmed by the P-value 0.00000005 (Prob. > f. and the f.value 29.3, both denote the signif.c.nc. statistic.f.r this c.se is best gross inc.me per month of.persons c.vered by the program, this implies that f.r a person of.the rural c.mmunity it is more meaningf.l ec.nomic.lly linked to the sena’s Young Rural Entrepreneurs, in c.ntrast to searc. f.r jobs in the inf.rmal sec.or, there is even an average value of.530.000 c.P/month (about 265 US/month) higher than the statutory minimum wage f.r 2009, equivalent to 497.000 c.P/month (about 245 US/month).
