energy mechanism of bolt supporting effect to fissured rock under static and dynamic loads in deep coal mines

The stability control of fissured rock is difficult,especially under static and dynamic loads in deep coal *** this paper,the dynamic mechanical properties,strain rate evolution and energy dissipation of fissured and anchored rocks were respectively obtained by SHPB *** was found that bolt can provide supporting efficiency-improving effect for fissured rock against dynamic disturbance,and this effect increased quadratically with decrease in anchoring ***,the energy dissipation mechanism of anchored rock was obtained by slipping ***,bolt energy-absorbing mechanism by instantaneous tensile-shear deformation was expressed based on material mechanics,which was the larger the anchoring angle,the smaller the energy absorption,and the less the contribution to supporting efficiency *** this basis,the functional relationship between energy dissipation of anchored rock and energy absorption of bolt was *** the coal-gangue separation system of Longgu coal mine as an example,the optimal anchoring angle can be determined as 57.5°–67.5°.Field monitoring showed fissured rock with the optimal anchoring angle,can not only effectively control the deformation,but also fully exert the energy-absorbing and efficiency-improving effect of bolt *** study provides guidance to the stability control and supporting design for deep engineering under the same or similar conditions.

A review of image processing and quantification analysis for solid oxide fuel cell

The purpose of this study is to investigate the approaches applied to analyze solid oxide fuel cell (SOFc) microstructural properties. Both manual and automated image processing approaches applied on SOFc microstructural images which are obtained from several types of tomography such as dual-beam focused ion beam with scanning electron microscopy (FIB-SeM), electron Backscatter Diffraction (eBSD) and others are discussed. In fact, to achieve a realistic and accurate SOFc microstructural properties, such as average diameter, volume fraction, triple phase boundary (TPB), area interface density and tortuosity factor, the approaches of image processing and quantification are crucial for a reliable image generation for quantification purposes. The microstructural properties are optimized to improve SOFc electrode performance. Therefore, the image processing and quantification approaches are outlined and reviewed. Despite the automated image processing and quantification algorithms significantly outperform manual image processing and quantification approaches in terms of computing speed when evaluating and measuring microstructural properties, the efficiency and productivity are still extremely taken into concern. As a result, image processing and quantification approaches are concluded and presented respectively in this paper.

Blockchain-Based Key Management Scheme Using Rational Secret Sharing

Traditional blockchain key management schemes store private keys in the same location,which can easily lead to security issues such as a single point of ***,decentralized threshold key management schemes have become a research focus for blockchain private key *** security of private keys for blockchain user wallet is highly related to user identity authentication and digital asset *** threshold blockchain private key management schemes based on verifiable secret sharing have made some progress,but these schemes do not consider participants’self-interested behavior,and require trusted nodes to keep private key fragments,resulting in a narrow application scope and low deployment efficiency,which cannot meet the needs of personal wallet private key escrow and recovery in public *** design a private key management scheme based on rational secret sharing that considers the self-interest of participants in secret sharing protocols,and constrains the behavior of rational participants through reasonable mechanism design,making it more suitable in distributed scenarios such as the public *** proposed scheme achieves the escrow and recovery of personal wallet private keys without the participation of trusted nodes,and simulate its implementation on smart *** to other existing threshold wallet solutions and keymanagement schemes based on password-protected secret sharing(PPSS),the proposed scheme has a wide range of applications,verifiable private key recovery,low communication overhead,higher computational efficiency when users perform one-time multi-key escrow,no need for trusted nodes,and personal rational constraints and anti-collusion attack capabilities.

Sources, enrichment mechanisms, and resource effects of rare metal elements-enriched geothermal springs in Xizang, china

Rare metals such as lithium(Li), rubidium(Rb), and cesium(cs) are strategically crucial mineral resources for the development of emerging industries in china. ensuring a stable long-term supply of these resources is essential. The geothermal systems in Xizang, china are well-developed, with a wide distribution of various types. Most high-temperature geothermal systems in Xizang are exceptionally enriched in rare metal elements(RMes) and have the potential to become a new source of rare metals to secure china's strategic mineral resource supply in the future. A close relationship also exists between the geothermal system and the special salt lake resources on the Tibetan Plateau. Geothermal springs thus play a key role in the migration and enrichment of RMes from deep to shallow parts of the crust, in the transition between endogenous and exogenous mineralization, and source-to-sink processes. However, the mechanisms of element enrichment and evolution in these springs have not been systematically discussed, and many theoretical issues remain to be investigated. Based on summarizing and analyzing previous research, this study employs hydrochemical and isotopic geochemistry methods to investigate typical geothermal springs across Xizang and explore the anomalous enrichment mechanism of RMes, and the resource effects of geothermal springs. comprehensive analysis shows that the total dissolved solids(TDS) and hydrochemical types of geothermal springs are similar to those of major geothermal fields worldwide, but the Tibetan springs are abnormally rich in Li(averaging5.48 mg/L), Rb(averaging 0.75 mg/L), and cs(averaging 3.58 mg/L), which are hundreds to thousands of times more concentrated than natural waters. The distribution of these enriched geothermal springs is controlled by the Yarlung Zangbo suture zone and the extended N-S trending rifts, especially in the intersection zone of the two, where the geothermal springs are the most enriched. Bacterial species of the genus Lysobacter are environmentally ubiquitous with strong antifungal biocontrol ***-stable antifungal factor(HSAF)secreted by the biocontrol bacterium Lysobacter enzymogenes OH11 has broad-spectrum and highly efficient antifungal *** the biosynthetic regulations of HSAF would lay an important foundation for strain engineering toward improved HSAF *** this work,we demonstrate that Le0752,an orotidine-5´-phosphate decarboxylase enzyme(ODcase)catalyzing a pivotal step of the UMP de novo biosynthesis pathway,is vital for HSAF-mediated antimicrobial activities and growth of *** OH11,but not for twitching *** gene regulates the production of HSAF by affecting the expression of lafB,a key gene in the HSAF biosynthesis operon,through the transcription factor ***,bioinformatics analysis revealed that Le0752 belongs to the Group III ODcases,whereas its homologs in the closely related genera Xanthomonas and Stenotrophomonas belong to Group I,which contains most ODcases from Gram-positive bacteria,Gram-negative bacteria and ***,the Group I ODcase PXO_3614 from the Xanthomonas oryzae *** PXO99A strain complemented the Le0752 mutant in regulating HSAF-mediated antagonistic ***,these results highlight the important requirement of de novo pyrimidine biosynthetic enzymes for antibiotic HSAF production in ***,which lays an important foundation for improving HSAF production via metabolic flow design and for dissecting the regulatory functions of bacterial ODcases.

Impact of climate change on food security in the central Asian countries

The current and potential impacts of global warming have generated widespread concerns about food security among all sectors of *** Asian countries located deep in the interior of Asia with fragile ecological environments and lower agricultural technology are particularly more prone to severe threats from climate *** on panel data acquired in five central Asian countries from 1990 to 2019,a c-D-c model was developed to study how climate change affects food security in the region and to predict future *** study found that the level of food security has generally increased for these five central Asian countries over the past 30 years,with Kazakhstan and Tajikistan having the highest and lowest food security levels,*** average annual temperature and precipitation exhibit an inverted U-shaped relationship with the region’s food security,with the most positive effect on the food security of *** high and low temperatures have significantly affected food security in the studied region,with Turkmenistan experiencing the most significant negative *** number of frost days had no significant effect on food *** analysis of future climate showed that the temperature and precipitation in central Asia will continue to increase from 2030 to 2090,which will negatively impact the food security of these *** is recommended that the central Asian countries enhance their understanding of climate risks,strengthen scientific climate research,and develop multiple adaptation strategies in ***,they are encouraged to consolidate international cooperation,reducing greenhouse gas emissions effectively and maintaining the ability to ensure food security.

Historical changes and Multi-scenario Prediction of Land Use and Terrestrial ecosystem carbon Storage in china

Terrestrial carbon storage(cS)plays a crucial role in achieving carbon balance and mitigating global climate *** study employs the Shared Socioeconomic Pathways and Representative concentration Pathways(SSPs-RcPs)published by the Intergovernmental Panel on climate change(IPcc)and incorporates the Policy control Scenario(PcS)regulated by china’s land management *** Future Land Use Simulation(FLUS)model is employed to generate a 1 km resolution land use/cover change(LUcc)dataset for china in 2030 and *** on the carbon density dataset of china’s terrestrial ecosystems,the study analyses cS changes and their relationship with land use changes spanning from 1990 to *** findings indicate that the quantitative changes in land use in china from 1990 to 2020 are characterised by a reduction in the area proportion of cropland and grassland,along with an increase in the impervious surface and forest *** changing trend is projected to continue under the PcS from 2020 to *** the SSPs-RcPs scenario,the proportion of cropland and impervious surface predominantly increases,while the proportions of forest and grassland continuously *** loss in china’s carbon storage from 1990 to 2020 amounted to 0.53×10^(12)kg,primarily due to the reduced area of cropland and *** the SSPs-RcPs scenario,more significant carbon loss occurs,reaching a peak of8.07×10^(12)kg in the SSP4-RcP3.4 *** loss is mainly concentrated in the southeastern coastal area and the Beijing-TianjinHebei(BTH)region of china,with urbanisation and deforestation identified as the primary *** the future,it is advisable to enhance the protection of forests and grassland while stabilising cropland areas and improving the intensity of urban *** research findings offer valuable data support for china’s land management policy,land space optimisation,and the achievement of dual-carbon targets.
