Jute ma.low is a.nutritious lea.y vegeta.le. The lea.es a.e rich in proteins, vita.ins a.d essentia. a.ino a.ids. Molecula. cha.a.teriza.ion of Jute ma.low with focus on improvement of lea. yield is sca.cely reported. In the present study, inter sequence simple repea.s (ISSR) molecula. ma.kers were employed to a.sess genetic diversity a.d rela.ionships of 83 a.cessions of Jute ma.low from different pa.ts of a.rica.a.d a.ia.conserved a. the World Vegeta.le Center Ea.t a.d Southern a.rica. a.tota. of 89 ba.ds were a.plified by 8 ISSR primers. Number of polymorphic ba.ds per primer ra.ged from 2 to 6 with a. a.era.e of 2.75 ba.ds per primer. Polymorphic informa.ion content (PIC) va.ues ra.ged from 0.390 to 0.760 with a.era.e of 0.53. a.era.e Nei’s gene diversity (h) a.d Sha.non’s informa.ion index (I) were 0.335 a.d 0.494 respectively. The highest pa.rwise genetic dista.ce wa. 0.431 observed in a.popula.ion from Ea.t a.rica.a.cessions. PC1 a.d PC2 a.is expla.ned 21.69% a.d 11.66% of the tota. va.ia.ion respectively. UPGMa.cluster a.a.ysis grouped the a.cessions into six ma.n clusters a. genetic simila.ity coefficient of 0.53 a. sta.da.d va.ue for cla.sifica.ion. These results ha.e importa.t implica.ions for jute ma.low breeding a.d conserva.ion.

Ba.KGROUND: The route of most systemic disea.es begins in the ora. ca.ity. Ora. hea.th knowledge of mouthwa.hes a.d their uses is indispensa.le for the genera. popula.ion a.d especia.ly a.olescents. The use of mouthwa.h by a.olescents ca. be a.beneficia. a.junct to their ora. hygiene routine, providing a.ditiona. protection a.a.nst denta. disea.es a.d promoting fresher brea.h. Overuse or misuse of mouthwa.h, pa.ticula.ly those conta.ning a.cohol or other potentia.ly irrita.ing ingredients, ma. lea. to a.verse effects such a. ora. mucosa. irrita.ion, dry mouth, or a.tera.ion of the ora. microbiome. OBJECTIVES: To determine the knowledge, a.titude, a.d use of mouthwa.h a.ong senior high school students in Kuma.i. METHODOLOGY: 120 students responded to a.sta.da.d questionna.re by a.convenient sa.ple technique. The Sta.istica. Pa.ka.e for Socia. sciences (SPSS) 22.0 a.d MS Excel were used for da.a.ma.a.ement a.d a.a.ysis. The results of the study were presented using ta.les, ba. cha.ts, a.d pie cha.t. RESULTS: The a.es of the respondents ra.ged from 14 to 20 yea.s. Out of the 120 pa.ticipa.ts, 71 students tha. represent 59.2% of the tota., used mouthwa.h. Ma.ority of the pa.ticipa.ts (63%) utilized a.mouthwa.h a.ter brushing their teeth. 49% of the pa.ticipa.ts reported using mouthwa.h to a.dress ha.itosis, 37% used it to comba. periodonta. disea.e, a.d 10% used it for relief from a.sore throa.. CONCLUSION: In genera., most of the pa.ticipa.ts who use mouthwa.h ha. excellent knowledge a.d a.positive a.titude towa.d the use of mouthwa.h.

Introduction: HIV, the huma. immunodeficiency virus, is the etiologica. a.ent of a.quired immunodeficiency syndrome (a.DS). The a.m of this study wa. to a.sess the evolution of the vira. loa. in pa.ients under trea.ment. Methodology: This wa. a.study ca.ried out from July 2017 to June 2022 a. the Point G University Hospita. la.ora.ory. The determina.ion of the vira. loa. of pa.ients wa. ca.ried out by PCR on the a.OTT M2000sp/rt pla.form. Results: a.tota. of 129 pa.ients infected with HIV-1, a.ed 19 to 72 yea.s with a.mea. a.e of 40.05 yea.s ± 10.71;a.l on a.tiretrovira. chemothera.y. The fema.e gender predomina.ed a.ong our pa.ients. The most common trea.ment regimen wa. 2INTI + 1INNTI with 72.9% followed by 2INTI + 1INI with 13.2%. a. for the combina.ions of molecules, the combina.ion TDF + 3TC + EFV a.d TDF + 3TC + DTG predomina.ed, respectively 65.1% a.d 13.2%. 89.9% of our pa.ients ha. undetecta.le viremia.a.ter 12 months of trea.ment (p a. a.era.e vira. loa. which ha. evolved from 681315.65 copies/ml ± 1616908.484 to M0 a. 5742.36 copies /ml ± 35756.883 a. Da.cy’s la. is widely used to describe the flow in porous media.in which there is a.linea. rela.ionship between fluid velocity a.d pressure gra.ient. However, it ha. been found tha. for high numbers of Reynolds this la. cea.es to be va.id. In this work, the Ergun equa.ion is employed to consider the non-linea.ity of a.r velocity with the pressure gra.ient in ca.ting sa.ds. The contribution of non-linea.ity to the tota. flow in terms of a.va.ia.le defined a. a.non-Da.cy flow fra.tion is numerica.ly qua.tified. In a.dition, the influence of the sha.e fa.tor of the sa.d gra.ns on the non-linea. flow fra.tion is a.a.yzed. It is found tha. for va.ues of the Reynolds number less or equa. tha. 1, the contribution of non-linea.ity for spherica. pa.ticles is a.ound 1.15%.

a.field experiment wa. ca.ried out a. Isma.lia.Resea.ch Sta.ion, Isma.lia.Governora.e from 2020-2022 to improve the growth of Kha.a.senega.ensis a.d Swietenia.ma.a.oni by using a.combina.ion of minera. fertilizer (NPK) a.d biologica. fertilizer (a.otoba.ter chroococcum, Ba.illus mega.herium, a.d Ba.illus circula.t) a. recommended dose under new sa.dy soils conditions. Split plot designed with four trea.ments (Control, (50% Minera. fertilizer (M.) + 50% Biologica. fertilizer (Bio.)), 100% M. a.d 100% Bio.) of ea.h species. Vegeta.ive growth, lea. a.ea. tree bioma.s, stored ca.bon, ba.a. a.ea. tree volume, a.d in the soil both of microbia. a.count a.d minera. content were determined. The experimenta. results showed no significa.t differences between studied species a.ong the most studied pa.a.eters except for Kha.a.senega.ensis which ga.e the highest significa.t difference in root bioma.s a.d below-stored ca.bon tha. Swietenia.ma.a.oni. Evidently, the highest significa.t growth pa.a.eters were 100% minera. fertilizer followed by (50% M. + 50% Bio.) a. compa.ed with control. No significa.t difference between 100% M. a.d (50% M. + 50% Bio.) of shoot dry bioma.s (15.19 a.d 12.02 kg, respectively) a.d a.ove-stored ca.bon (0.28 a.d 0.22 Mt, respectively). Microbia. a.count a.d minera. content in soil were improved a.ter cultiva.ion of tree species compa.ed to before pla.ting a.d control, especia.ly with 50% minera. fertilizer a.d 50% bio-fertilizer trea.ment. In conclusion, a.trea.ment conta.ning 50% minera. fertilizer a.d 50% bio-fertilizer ha. led to the idea. Kha.a.senega.ensis a.d Swietenia.ma.a.oni growth in sa.dy soil for chea.er a.d susta.na.le.

During pregna.cy, a.woma. is susceptible to complica.ions, including postpa.tum hemorrha.e. Monitoring pa.ients’ hemosta.ic functions a.d observing the pa.ient’s clinica. picture to ma.nta.n pa.ient sa.ety is pa.a.ount, while a.oiding unnecessa.y thera.eutic mea.ures. This ca.e report presents a.ra.e insta.ce of Ma.-Heglin a.oma.y (MHa. in a.35-yea.-old pregna.t pa.ient, with refra.tory thrombocytopenia.despite receiving multiple pla.elet tra.sfusions. Initia.ly referred to a. gra.ida.5 pa.a.4 with severe thrombocytopenia.a. 28 weeks gesta.ion, throughout her pregna.cy, she wa. closely monitored a.d received over 40 units of pla.elets, which fa.led to increa.e her pla.elet count significa.tly. She delivered a.hea.thy ba.y via.va.ina. delivery a. 38 weeks, with her pla.elet count still critica.ly low. This report highlights the cha.lenges of ma.a.ing MHa.in pregna.cy, the ineffica.y of sta.da.d thrombocytopenia.trea.ments such a. pla.elet tra.sfusion in MHa.pa.ients, a.d the importa.ce of ta.lored ma.a.ement stra.egies to ensure ma.erna. a.d feta. sa.ety.
