The natural language processing has a set of phases that evolves from lexical text analysis to the pragmatic one in which the author’s intentions are shown. The ambiguity problem appears in all of these tasks. Previous works tries to do word sense disambiguation, the process of assign a sense to a word inside a specific context, creating algorithms under a supervised or unsupervised approach, which means that those algorithms use or not an external lexical resource. This paper presents an approximated approach that combines not supervised algorithms by the use of a classifiers set, the result will be a learning algorithm based on unsupervised methods for word sense disambiguation process. It begins with an introduction to word sense disambiguation concepts and then analyzes some unsupervised algorithms in order to extract the best of them, and combines them under a supervised approach making use of some classifiers.

Ectopic lignification in primary cellulose-deficient cell walls of maize cell suspension cultures

＜正＞ The last five years Minerales Monclova S.A. de c.V. （MIMOSA） Had apply different methane gas drainage technologies （cMM）, e.g., horizontal rotary, gobwells, etc. The average production of gas in each area is 300 lps （1’000,000 cfd）. Now, in order to improve our methane gas drainage, the company administration of MIMOSA allows to buy a re-built drill machine;it will also carry out a training program of three months for our technical staff in Horizontal Directional Drilling by the company RESOURSES ENTERPRISES INcORPORATED （REI）.In addition, after some period of time, the landowners do not allow to drill gob wells. After fix the surface owners problems, MIMOSA will develop a very extensive gob well program. Those projects will be developed in the Sabinas and Saltillito Basin. In order to use this energy, we are in conversations with the Mexican Government to obtain the permission to use the cMM/VAM to produce power. We will make contribution to our country and world in reducing the greenhouse gas emission to the atmosphere.

Maize （Zea mays L.） suspension-cultured cells with up to 7o% less cellulose were obtained by stepwise habituation to dichlobenil （DcB）, a cellulose biosynthesis inhibitor. cellulose deficiency was accompanied by marked changes in cell wall matrix polysaccharides and phenolics as revealed by Fourier transform infrared （FTIR） spectroscopy. cell wall compositional analysis indicated that the cellulosedeficient cell walls showed an enhancement of highly branched and cross-linked arabinoxylans, as well as an increased content in ferulic acid, diferulates and p-coumaric acid, and the presence of a polymer that stained positive for phloroglucinol. In accordance with this, cellulose-deficient cell walls showed a fivefold increase in Klason-type lignin. Thioacidolysis/Gc-MS analysis of cellulose-deficient cell walls indicated the presence of a lignin-like polymer with a Syringyl/Guaiacyl ratio of 1.45, which differed from the sensu stricto stress-related lignin that arose in response to shortterm DcB-treatments. Gene expression analysis of these ceils indicated an overexpression of genes specific for the biosynthesis of monolignol units of lignin. A study of stress signaling pathways revealed an overexpression of some of the iasmonate signaling pathway genes, which might trigger ectopic lignification in response to cell wall integrity disruptions. In summary, the structural plasticity of primary cell walls is proven, since a lignification process is possible in response to cellulose impoverishment.

Temperature Trend Analysis in the North Pacific Watershed in Mexico

Through the monthly data of 71 meteorological stations of the North Pacific Watershed in northwest Mexico, the annual trends of nine temperature variables were estimated using the non-parametric Mann-Kendall test and the Q Sen’s slope estimator. Annual Q Sen’s slopes were analyzed in spatial terms using geographic variables as independent factors and likewise with Moran’s I index. Three major physiographic zones were used to perform a regional analysis using pooled data. The monthly trends were also analyzed. Divergent annual trends were found for the nine proposed variables and warming trends were predominant in almost all of them. Latitude is the most relevant factor in the spatial distribution of the Q Sen’s slopes. Four temperature variables were found statistically clustered, as depicted by the Moran’s I index. The largest regional Q Sen’s slopes values were found in the coastal Plains. In this area a larger increase in minimum temperatures was observed, in contrast with the Sierra Madre regions, where the largest rate of increasing change was found in maximum temperatures. The monthly analysis indicates warming trends in the first six months of the year with a sudden decrease in July and also a noticeable decrease in the slope values in December.

Nutrimental requirements of heliophytic poinsettias have not yet been determined, this information is essential for developing an adequate technological package to orient producers in its management. The behavior of the plant under nutritional stress needs to be known by the application of a hydroponic system. The objective of the present work was to evaluate the physiological effect of induced deficiencies of five macronutriments （nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, calcium, and magnesium） and its influence on the pigment production of the poinsettia Euphorbia puleherrima cv. ＂Valenciana＂. The study was made during 2010 at the Research Unit ＂Dr. Ramon Fernandez Gonzalez＂ in Texcoco, State of Mexico. Six treatments were tested during 240 days from transplant in a totally randomized experimental design. chlorophylls contents were determined at the beginning of the experiment. At the end of the treatment period, the contents of nutrients, chlorophylls, leaf carotenoids and bract anthocyanins were determined. The effects observed as results of the treatments were： reduction in plant height and diameter; the lowest content of total chlorophylls was observed in the absence of nitrogen, the largest reduction being of chlorophyll a and carotenoids; a low content of anthocyanins was observed to be associated with low nitrogen and calcium; a high correlation was found between nitrogen supplementation and measured non-destructively with a SPAD 502 Minolta unit values measured intensity of green color of leaves.

Alcohol consumption and hepatitis c virus(HcV) infection have a synergic hepatotoxic effect, and the coexistence of these factors increases the risk of advanced liver disease. The main mechanisms of this effect are increased viral replication and altered immune response, although genetic predisposition may also play an important role. Traditionally, HcV prevalence has been considered to be higher(up to 50%) in alcoholic patients than in the general po pulation. However, the presence of advanc e d alcoholic liver disease(ALD) or intravenous drug use(IDU) may have confounded the results of previous studies, and the real prevalence of HcV infection in alcoholic patients without ALD or prior IDU has been shown to be lower. Due to the toxic combined effect of HcV and alcohol, patients with HcV infection should be screened for excessive ethanol intake. Patients starting treatment for HcV infection should be specifically advised to stop or reduce alcohol consumption because of its potential impact on treatment efficacy and adherence and may benefi t from addi tionalsupport during antiviral therapy. This recommendation might be extended to all currently recommended drugs for HcV treatment. Patients with alcohol dependence and HcV infection, can be treated with acamprosate, nalmefene, topiramate, and disulfiram, although baclofen is the only drug specifically tested for this purpose in patients with ALD and/or HcV infection.

Variation of Density and Biomass of the Ichthyofauna Associated to Soft Bottoms of a Western coastal Lagoon of B.c.S., Mexico

An analysis of the variation of the density and biomass of the fish communities of the lagoon of La Paz, Mexico was carried out from November 2016 to September 2017. A total of 2763 organisms were collected with a total biomass of 211,422.93 g in an area of 5022 m2, a density and biomass of 0.550 lnd/m2 and 44.091 g/m2. The site with the largest biomass was recorded in Zacatecas (11.179 g/m2) located north of the lagoon, while Grand Plaza recorded the lowest biomass (2.732 g/m2). Regarding the density, the maximum value was recorded in the site Yate Hundido, located northwest of the lagoon (0.129 lnd/m2) and the lowest was Las Palmas (0.036 lnd/m2) located north of the lagoon. The most abundant species was Diapterus peruvianus with 683 individuals and a biomass of 37,507.57 g. The physicochemical variables showed two seasons with significant change where we can observe higher temperatures in the summer (average of 27.45°c) and minimum in winter (average of 22.49°c). The Shannon-Weaver diversity index showed a difference (p = 0.050) between months, with the highest value recorded in April (H' = 2.133 bits/ind) and the lowest in June (H'ce:normal;"> = 1.041 bits/ind). The biomass and density values recorded in the lagoon were found to be associated with the spatio-temporal variation of temperature of the lagoon, as well as the resident and transitory species located in the area of study.
