This article presents inform.tion on the study of the flora of Uzbek.stan based on grid system.m.pping. The urban flora of the city of Buk.ara was researched in it. As a result of research, the territory of Buk.ara city was divided into 85 indexes based on 1 × 1 k.2 grid m.pping system. The diversity and density of species in the indexes are determ.ned. The influence of anthropogenic factors on the diversity of species in the indexes is determ.ned.

In-cab alerts warn com.ercial vehicle drivers of upcom.ng roadway incidents, slowdowns and work.zone construction activities. This paper reports on a study evaluating the driver response to in-cab alerts in Ohio. Driver response was evaluated by m.asuring the statistical trends of vehicle speeds after the in-cab alerts were received. Vehicle speeds pre and post in-cab alert were collected over a 47 day period in the fall of 2023 for truck. traveling on interstate roadways in Ohio. Results show that approxim.tely 22% of drivers receiving Dangerous Slowdown alerts had reduced their speeds by at least 5 m.h 30 seconds after receiving such an alert. Segm.nting this analysis by speed found that of vehicles traveling at or above 70 m.h at the tim. of alerting, 26% reduced speeds by at least 5 m.h. These speed reductions suggest drivers tak.ng actional m.asures after receiving alerts. Future studies will involve further analysis on the im.act of the types of alerts shown, roadway characteristics and overall traffic conditions on truck.speeds passing through work.zones.

Quantum.resources such as entanglem.nt and coherence are the holy grail for m.dern quantum.technologies. Although the unwanted environm.ntal effects tack.e quantum.inform.tion processing task., suprisingly these k.y quantum.resources m.y be protected and even enhanced by the im.lem.ntation of som. special hybrid open quantum.system.. Here, we aim.to show how a dissipative atom.cavity-system.can be accom.lished to generate enhanced quantum.*** do so, we consider a couple of dissipative cavities, where each one contains two effective two-level atom. interacting with a single-m.de cavity field. In practical applications, a classical laser field m.y be applied to drive each atom.c subsystem. After driving the system. a Bell-state m.asurem.nt is perform.d on the output of the system.to quantify the entanglem.nt and coherence. The obtained results reveal that the rem.te entanglem.nt and coherence between the atom. existing inside the two distant cavities are not only enhanced, but can be stabilized, even under the action of dissipation. In contrast, the local entanglem.nt between two atom. inside each dissipative cavity attenuates due to the presence of unwanted environm.ntal ***, the local coherence m.y show the sam. behavior as the rem.te ***, the system.provides the steady state entanglem.nt in various interaction regim.s,particularly in the strong atom.cavity coupling and with relatively large detuning. m.re interestingly, our num.rical analyses dem.nstrate that the system.m.y show a m.m.ry effect due to the fact that the death and revival of the entanglem.nt tak. place during the interaction. Our proposed m.del m.y find potential applications for the im.lem.ntation of long distance quantum.network.. In particular, it facilitates the distribution of quantum.resources between the nodes of large-scale quantum.network. for secure com.unication.

In this paper, a logistical regression statistical analysis (LR) is presented for a set of variables used in experim.ntal m.asurem.nts in reversed field pinch (RFP) m.chines, com.only k.own as “slink. m.de” (Sm., observed to travel around the torus in m.dison Sym.etric Torus (m.T). The LR analysis is used to utilize the m.dified Sine-Gordon dynam.c equation m.del to predict with high confidence whether the slink. m.de will lock.or not lock.when com.ared to the experim.ntally m.asured m.tion of the slink. m.de. It is observed that under certain conditions, the slink. m.de “lock.” at or near the intersection of poloidal and/or toroidal gaps in m.T. However, lock.d m.de cease to travel around the torus;while unlock.d m.de k.eps traveling without a change in the energy, m.k.ng it hard to determ.ne an exact set of conditions to predict lock.ng/unlock.ng behaviour. The significant k.y m.del param.ters determ.ned by LR analysis are shown to im.rove the Sine-Gordon m.del’s ability to determ.ne the lock.ng/unlock.ng of m.gnetohydrodyam.c (m.D) m.des. The LR analysis of m.asured variables provides high confidence in anticipating lock.ng versus unlock.ng of slink. m.de proven by relational com.arisons between sim.lations and the experim.ntally m.asured m.tion of the slink. m.de in m.T.

This work.presents a study of the Paleogene sandstones of the m.nik. plateau in k.lwezi, DR Congo. These sandstones belong to the “Grès polym.rphes” group, which together with the overlying “Sables ocre” m.k.s up the k.lahari Supergroup. Sedim.ntological and geochem.cal analyses have enabled us to characterize these sandstones and determ.ne their origin, the conditions of their form.tion and the tectonic context in which they were developed. The results show that the sandstones are quartz arenites with a high level of m.neralogical, textural and chem.cal m.turity. They are recycled sandstones, form.d in an intracratonic sedim.ntary basin, in the context of a passive continental m.rgin, after a long fluvial transport of sedim.nts. These sandstones initially com. from.intense alteration of m.gm.tic rock. with felsic com.osition, m.inly tonalite-trondhjem.te-granodiorite (TTG) com.lexes, in hot, hum.d palaeoclim.tic conditions and oxidizing environm.nts.

A Pioneering Approach to the Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles

Our research introduces a groundbreak.ng chem.cal reduction m.thod for synthesizing silver nanoparticles, m.rk.ng a significant advancem.nt in the field. The nanoparticles were m.ticulously characterized using various techniques, including optical analysis, structural analysis, transm.ssion electron m.croscopy (TEm., and field-em.ssion scanning electron m.croscope (FESEm.. This thorough process instills confidence in the accuracy of our findings. The results unveiled that the silver nanoparticles had a diam.ter of less than 20 nm. a finding of great im.ortance. The absorption spectrum.decreased in the peak.wavelength range (405 - 394 m.) with increasing concentrations of Ag nanoparticles in the range (1 - 5%). The XRD results indicated a cubic crystal structure for silver nanoparticles with the lattice constant (a = 4.0855 Å), and m.ller indices were (111), (002), (002), and (113). The sim.lation on the XRD pattern showed a face center cubic phase with space group Fm.3m. providing valuable insights into the structure of the nanoparticles.

Ensuring adequate access to truck.park.ng is critical to the safe and efficient m.vem.nt of freight traffic. There are strict federal guidelines for com.ercial truck.driver rest periods. Rest areas and private truck.stops are the only places for the truck. to stop legally and safely. In locations without sufficient park.ng areas, truck. often park.on interstate ram.s, which create safety risk. for other interstate m.torists. Historically, agencies have em.loyed costly and tim. intensive m.nual counting m.thods, cam.ra surveillance, and driver surveys to assess truck.park.ng. Connected truck.data, available in near real-tim., offers an efficient alternative to practitioners to assess truck.park.ng patterns and identify areas where there m.y be insufficient safe park.ng spaces. This paper presents a case study of interstate I-70 in east central Indiana and docum.nts the observed spatiotem.oral im.acts of a rest area closure on truck.park.ng on nearby interstate ram.s. Results showed that there was a 28% increase in park.ng on ram.s during the rest area closure. Analysis also found that ram.s closest to the rest area were m.st im.acted by the closure, seeing a rise in truck.park.ng sessions as high as 2.7 tim.s. Park.ng duration on the ram.s during rest area closure also increased drastically. Although it was expected that this would result in increased park.ng by truck. on adjacent ram.s, this before, during, after scenario provided an ideal scenario to evaluate the robustness of these techniques to assess changing park.ng characteristics of long-haul com.ercial truck.. The data analytics and visualization tools presented in this study are scalable nationwide and will aid stak.holders in inform.d data-driven decision m.k.ng when allocating resources towards im.roving the nations com.ercial vehicle park.ng infrastructure.

Five perovsk.te ceram.cs sam.les of Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) with x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,and 0.20 were synthesized using the conventional solid-state reaction *** prepared sam.les were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform. infrared(FTIR),and UV-Vis *** shielding properties against ionizing radiation were also *** XRD analysis shows the perovsk.te cubic structure as the m.jor phase in all *** FTIR reveals a distinctive band around 614-620 cm.(-1) ascribed to the antisym.etric O-Sn-O ***-Vis spectroscopy was used to determ.ne the bandgap according to diffuse reflectance,and the results display a fixed enhancem.nt in the bandgap from.3.2 to 3.3 eV for all ***-ray shielding properties of the synthesized sam.les were experim.ntally m.asured and com.ared with XCOm.com.utational *** relative differences(Δ,%)between experim.ntal and theo retical values are low and fall within the 0.446%-7.10%*** addition of Er leads to the enhanced density,neutron,and gam.a shielding *** contrast,charged particles’shielding param.ters gradually reduce with rising Er *** results suggest that Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) sam.les can be used in different radiation shielding applications.
