A basic 7-level m.I topology is developed and the sam. is extended to the 9-level then further increased to *** developed structure m.nim.zes the com.onent’s count and size to draw out the system.*** the various advantages of m.Is,efficiency and reliability play a m.jor role since the usage of com.onents is higher for getting a low Total Harm.nics Distortion(THD)*** becom.s a m.jor challenge incorporated in boosting the efficiency without affecting the THD *** param.tric observations are done and realized for the designed 9-level and 17-level m.I,being the Total Standing Voltage(TSV),efficiency,cost function per level count,and power *** respective param.ters are com.ared with several existing and m.dern circuits and found to be effective in their perform.nce.A novel single-phase 17-level asym.etrical m.lti-Level Inverter(m.I)topology is developed to reduce the num.er of overall *** developed topology generates 17-levels by using unequal DC *** developed m.I is proved under various tests con-ducted experim.ntally for the various loads like resistive,inductive,and com.inational loads.A detailed com.arison is done on several factors and represented graphically ***,the proposed design provides a less TSV value is 6 V_(dc),efficiency is 94.21%and cost factor per level CF/L value for both values ofαis 2.01 and 2.05 and devices count with a low THD value 41.4%with respectively.

AIm. To study the m.chanism. by which Cam.ylobacter jejuni (C. jejuni) causes inflam.ation and diarrhea. In particular, direct interactions with intestinal epithelial cells and effects on barrier function are poorly under- stood. m.THODS: To m.del the initial pathogenic effects of C. jejuni on intestinal epithelium. polarized hum.n colonic HCA-7 m.nolayers were grown on perm.abilized filters and infected apically with clinical isolates of C. jejuni. Integrity of the m.nolayer was m.nitored by changes in m.nolayer resistance, release of lactate dehydrogenase, m.nnitol fluxes and electron m.croscopy. Invasion of HCA-7 cells was assessed by a m.dified gentam.cin protection assay, translocation by counting colony form.ng units in the basal cham.er, stim.lation of m.diator release by im.unoassays and secretory responses in m.nolayers stim.lated by bradykinin in an Ussing cham.er. RESULTS: All strains translocated across m.nolayers but only a m.nority invaded HCA-7 cells. Strains that invaded HCA-7 cells destroyed m.nolayer resistance over 6 h, accom.anied by increased release of lactate dehydrogenase, a four-fold increase in perm.ability to [3H] m.nnitol, and ultrastructural disruption of tight junctions, with rounding and lifting of cells off the filter m.m.rane. Synthesis of interleukin (IL)-8 and prostaglandin E2 was increased with strains that invaded the m.nolayer but not with those that did not. CONCLUSION: These data dem.nstrate two distinct effects of C. jejuni on colonic epithelial cells and provide an inform.tive m.del for further investigation of initial host cell responses to C. jejuni.

较大的负重不仅影响士兵的平衡性、移动速度及灵敏性,降低任务执行效率和表现,还可增加士兵受伤风险。士兵负重能力提升训练是降低负重负面影响,减少负重相关损伤的重要途径之一。采用文献资料法,对外军资料中介绍的士兵负重能力提升训练的指导原则,方式、方法,训练频率,训练强度及训练持续时间进行了综述,目的旨在为我军进行更好的负重能力提升训练,增强战斗力,减少训练损伤提供借鉴。
