Simulation is a common technique for the evaluation of new approaches and protocols in networked systems and provides many ***,it is also well known that the relevance of the simulation results for real-world applications depends on the various models which are used within the simulation,e.g.,for the characteristics of the radio *** this paper,we introduce the Extended Multipath Raytracing Model,an extension to the ray-tracing radio medium available in Cooja,to improve the modelling of wireless links in simulated Wireless Sensor *** extension allows the simulation of environmental influences onto links on a per node basis,allowing the analysis of various effects observed in experiments in a virtual ***,the packet-based modelling of transmission errors is extended to provide the simulation of bit errors,allowing new usage scenarios,like the simulation of error detection and Forward Error Correction codes in Cooja.

We present a novel optical sensor to acquire simultaneously functional near-infrared imaging(fNIRI)and functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)data with an improved handling and direct localization in the MRI compared to available *** phantom and interference measurements showed that both methods can be combined without reciprocal adverse *** direct localization of the optical sensor on MR images acquired with a T1-weighted echo sequence simplifies the co-registration of NIRI and MRI *** addition,the optical sensor is simple to attach,which is crucial for measurements on vulnerable *** fNIRI and T2^(*)-weighted fMRI data of a cerebral activation were simultaneously acquired proving the practicability of the setup.

In plants, the phloem is the component of the vascular system that delivers nutrients and transmits signals from mature leaves to developing sink tissues. Recent studies have identified proteins, mRNA, and small RNA within the phloem sap of several plant species. It is now of considerable interest to elucidate the biological functions of these potential long-distance signal agents, to further our understanding of how plants coordinate their developmental programs at the whole-plant level. In this study, we developed a strategy for the functional analysis of phloem-mobile mRNA by focusing on IAA transcripts, whose mobility has previously been reported in melon （Cucumis melo cv. Hale＇s Best Jumbo）. Indoleacetic acid （IAA） proteins are key transcriptional regulators of auxin signaling, and are involved in a broad range of developmental processes including root development. We used a combination of vasculature-enriched sampling and hetero-grafting techniques to identify IAA18 and IAA28 as phloemmobile transcripts in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana. Micro-grafting experiments were used to confirm that these IAA transcripts, which are generated in vascular tissues of mature leaves, are then transported into the root system where they negatively regulate lateral root formation. Based on these findings, we present a model in which auxin distribution, in combination with phloem-mobile Aux/IAA transcripts, can determine the sites of auxin action.

Renal cell carcinoma(RCC)has emerged as a metabolic disease characterized by dysregulated expression of metabolic *** with metastatic RCC have an unusually poor prognosis and near-universal resistance to all current *** improve RCC treatment and the survival rate of patients with RCC,there is an urgent need to reveal the mechanisms by which metabolic reprogramming regulates aberrant signaling and oncogenic *** an integrated analysis of RCC metabolic pathways,we showed that methylthioadenosine phosphorylase(MTAP)and its substrate methylthioadenosine(MTA)are dysregulated in aggressive RCC.A decrease in MTAP expression was observed in RCC tissues and correlated with higher tumor grade and shorter overall *** manipulation of MTAP demonstrated that MTAP expression inhibits the epithelial-mesenchymal transition,invasion and migration of RCC ***,we found a decrease in the protein methylation level with a concomitant increase in tyrosine phosphorylation after MTAP knockout.A phospho-kinase array screen identified the type 1 insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor(IGF1R)as the candidate with the highest upregulation in tyrosine phosphorylation in response to MTAP *** further demonstrated that IGF1R phosphorylation acts upstream of Src and STAT3 signaling in MTAP-knockout RCC ***1R suppression by a selective inhibitor of IGF1R,linsitinib,impaired the cell migration and invasion capability of MTAP-deleted ***,an increase in linsitinib-mediated cytotoxicity occurred in RCC cells with MTAP *** data suggest that IGF1R signaling is a driver pathway that contributes to the aggressive nature of MTAP-deleted RCC.

To investigate presence and extent of eosinophilic cholangitis (EC) as well as IgG4-related disease in patients with indeterminate biliary stricture (IBS).METHODSAll patients with diagnosis of sclerosing cholangitis (SC) and histopathological samples such as biopsies or surgical specimens at University Hospital Frankfurt from 2005-2015 were included. Histopathological diagnoses as well as further clinical course were reviewed. Tissue samples of patients without definite diagnosis after complete diagnostic work-up were reviewed regarding presence of eosinophilic infiltration and IgG4 positive plasma cells. Eosinophilic infiltration was as well assessed in a control group of liver transplant donors and patients with primary sclerosing *** hundred and thirty-five patients with SC were included. In 10/135 (13.5%) patients, no potential cause of IBS could be identified after complete diagnostic work-up and further clinical course. After histopathological review, a post-hoc diagnosis of EC was established in three patients resulting in a prevalence of 2.2% (3/135) of all patients with SC as well as 30% (3/10) of patients, where no cause of IBS was identified. 2/3 patients with post-hoc diagnosis of EC underwent surgical resection with suspicion for malignancy. Diagnosis of IgG4-related cholangitis was observed in 7/135 patients (5.1%), whereas 3 cases were discovered in post-hoc analysis. 6/7 cases with IgG4-related cholangitis (85.7%) presented with eosinophilic infiltration in addition to IgG4 positive plasma cells. There was no patient with eosinophilic infiltration in the control group of liver transplant donors (n = 27) and patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis (n = 14).CONCLUSIONEC is an underdiagnosed benign etiology of SC and IBS, which has to be considered in differential diagnosis of IBS.

脑卒中后康复目前正是方兴未艾,有越来越多的证据表明,康复的作用范围从皮质重组到健康相关的生活质量等均有涉及.1 功能性神经影像学局部脑损伤后的功能恢复取决于大脑皮质的可塑性及功能性神经网络未受波及的部分[1].对运动系统来说,有确凿的证据表明,皮质局部损伤后,其邻近皮质及较远部分皮质会发生变化,重新形成新的功能性网络[2-4].感觉皮层小的病变可因γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)受体下调及NMDA受体上调[5]而使远隔脑区域兴奋性下降,这些兴奋性及抑制性神经递质的改变是在功能重组过程中的适应性改变[6].

目的　研究骨髓增生异常综合征 (MDS)患者及MDS RAEB细胞株MUTZ 1凋亡蛋白抑制因子survivin、XIAP的表达和高三尖杉酯碱 (HHT)诱导MUTZ 1细胞凋亡的作用机制。方法　以 4 7例初发MDS患者及 15名异基因骨髓移植志愿供者为研究对象 ,应用RT PCR方法检测survivin、XIAPmRNA表达 ;采用流式细胞术分析MDS RAEB细胞系MUTZ 1细胞凋亡和细胞周期变化 ,RT PCR技术检测survivin、XIAP在MUTZ 1中的表达 ;研究survivin反义寡脱氧核苷酸 (AS ODN)和HHT对细胞增殖、凋亡的影响。结果　MDS患者survivinmRNA总阳性率高于正常对照组 (分别为 38.3%和 0 ,P <0 .0 1) ,高危组 (RAEB、RAEB t、CMML)阳性率高于低危组 (分别为 5 3.6 %和 16 .7% ,P <0 .0 5 )。MDS患者及正常对照均表达XIAP ,但表达水平不同 ,其中低危组XIAPmRNA(0 .74± 0 .2 4 )低于正常对照组 (1.0 1±0 2 8) (P <0 .0 5 ) ,高危组XIAPmRNA表达 (1.5 5± 0 .34)高于低危组及正常对照组 (P值均 <0 .0 1)。HHT能诱导MUTZ 1细胞凋亡 ,凋亡率与作用浓度和时间呈正相关 ,细胞被阻滞在G2 期 ;HHT作用MUTZ 1细胞 6h后细胞内survivin表达下调 ,而XIAP表达无明显变化。survivinAS ODN能明显抑制细胞增殖及诱导细胞凋亡 ,并提高MUTZ 1细胞对HHT的敏感性。结论　凋亡?
