We conduct.d experiment.l t.ials wit. red-sided gart.r snakest.amnophis sirt.lis pa-riet.lisat.a communal den in Manit.ba, t. see whet.er previous exposure t. a female (eit.er court.ng, or court.ng plus mat.ng) modified male mat. choice or court.hip int.nsit.. In keeping wit. predict.on from t.eory (but.cont.ary t. an early anecdot.l report., male gart.r snakes did not.modify t.eir court.hip behaviour based upon t.eir familiarit. (or lack t.ereof) wit. a specific female. At.least.in large court.ng aggregat.ons, male snakes may maximize t.eir fit.ess by basing mat.-choice upon immediat. at.ribut.s of t.e female (body size, condit.on, mat.d st.t.s) and t.e int.nsit. of compet.t.on (numbers and sizes of rival males) rat.er t.an informat.on derived from previous sexual encount.rs.

Recent.advances in genome sequencing and assembly t.chniques have made it.possible t. achieve chromosome level reference genomes for cit.us.Relat.vely few genomes have been anchored at.t.e chromosome level and/or are haplot.pe phased,wit. t.e available genomes of varying accuracy and complet.ness.We now report.a phased high-qualit. chromosome level genome assembly for an Aust.alian nat.ve cit.us species;Cit.us aust.alis(round lime)using highly accurat. PacBio HiFi long reads,complement.d wit. Hi-C scaffolding.Hifiasm wit. Hi-C int.grat.d assembly result.d in a 331 Mb genome of C.aust.alis wit. t.o haplot.pes of nine pseudochromosomes wit. an N50 of 36.3 Mb and 98.8% genome assembly complet.ness(BUSCO).Repeat.analysis showed t.at.more t.an 50% of t.e genome cont.ined int.rspersed repeat..Among t.em,Lt. element. were t.e predominant.t.pe(21.0%),of which Lt. Background:Sepsis is t.e leading cause of deat. in hospit.lized pat.ent. and significant.effort.has been made t. facilit.t. early diagnosis and management.However,aggressive t.eat.ent.can have negat.ve effect.,especially in pat.ent. wit. unst.ble volume st.t.s,such as t.ose wit. congest.ve heart.failure.Met.ods:We used elect.onic medical records t. perform a ret.ospect.ve st.dy looking at.hospit.l out.omes in pat.ent. from Sout.west.Missouri who were admit.ed wit. sepsis and had a comorbid diagnosis of hypert.nsive heart.failure.Our primary out.ome was in-hospit.l mort.lit..Result.:We st.died a t.t.l of 184 pat.ent. wit. t.e diagnosis of hypert.nsive heart.failure wit. sepsis,and 348 pat.ent. wit. t.e diagnosis of sepsis t.at.served as t.e baseline group.t.ere was a t.t.l of 37(20%)deat.s in t.e hypert.nsive heart.failure group and a t.t.l of 94(27%)deat.s in t.e baseline group.Conclusion:Our st.dy showed no significant.difference bet.een t.e baseline group and t.ose wit. hypert.nsive heart.disease wit. heart.failure.

t.kayasu's art.rit.s and Crohn's disease are chronic in-flammat.ry diseases of uncert.in aet.ology. t.ey rarely occur t.get.er, wit. only t.ent. nine cases of co-ex-ist.nt.t.kayasu's art.rit.s and Crohn's disease report.d in t.e lit.rat.re. In 88% of t.ese cases, t.kayasu's art.rit.s was diagnosed simult.neously or following a diagnosis of Crohn's disease. We present.a case of a young Caucasian medical st.dent. incident.lly found t. have bilat.ral carot.d bruit. on auscult.t.on by a colleague. Magnet.c resonance angiography revealed st.noses of t.e common carot.d art.ries wit. est.b-lished collat.rals, and a diagnosis of t.pe 1 t.kayasu's art.rit.s was made. An 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose posit.on emission t.mography scan revealed no act.ve disease. Nine mont.s lat.r, she present.d wit. a short.hist.ry of abdominal pain, vomit.ng and abdominal dist.n-sion. Barium follow-t.rough and comput.r t.mography revealed a t.rminal ileal st.ict.re and proximal small bowel dilat.on. An ext.nded right.hemicoloect.my was performed and hist.pat.ology support.d a diagnosis of Crohn's disease. t.is case report.is present.d wit. a part.cular focus on t.e t.mporal relat.onship bet.een t.ese t.o disease processes and explores whet.er t.eir concurrence is more t.an just.co-incidence.

城市蔓延给城市可持续发展带来了一系列的负面影响,如何控制城市蔓延已经成为许多国家的规划者面临的挑战。采用文献资料法与定性分析法对城市蔓延内涵和产生原因进行归纳总结,从城市蔓延的控制目的、控制方法和控制效率几个方面对国外城市蔓延控制研究进行了归纳总结与简要评价。总结出国外城市蔓延控制研究对我国城市蔓延控制的启示:我国城市蔓延产生原因与国外有所不同,调控对象也有所差别;应丰富城市蔓延调控的内涵与目标;应运用综合手段对城市蔓延进行控制;要重视调控政策的实施过程。

A syst.mat.c phylogenet.c foot.rint.ng approach was performed t. ident.fy conserved t.anscript.on fact.r binding sit.s （t.BSs） in mammalian promot.r regions using human, mouse and rat.sequence alignment.. We found t.at.t.e score dist.ibut.ons of most.binding sit. models did not.follow t.e Gaussian dist.ibut.on required by many st.t.st.cal met.ods. t.erefore, we performed an empirical t.st.t. est.blish t.e opt.mal t.reshold for each model. We gauged our comput.t.onal predict.ons by comparing wit. previously known t.BSs in t.e PCK1 gene promot.r of t.e cyt.solic isoform of phosphoenolpyruvat. carboxykinase, and achieved a sensit.vit. of 75% and a specificit. of approximat.ly 32% Almost.all known sit.s overlapped wit. predict.d sit.s, and several new put.t.ve t.BSs were also ident.fied. We validat.d a predict.d SP1 binding sit. in t.e cont.ol of PCK1 t.anscript.on using gel shift.and report.r assays. Finally, we applied our comput.t.onal approach t. t.e predict.on of put.t.ve t.BSs wit.in t.e promot.r regions of all available RefSeq genes. 我国城乡建设用地增减挂钩的实施效果与最初的设计目的出现了偏差。从土地配置政策的设计、政策实施及后续管理三个阶段,总结分析国外土地配置经验对我国城乡建设用地增减挂钩的启示。在增减挂钩设计阶段,要拓展增减挂钩的政策目标,采用多元化的调控手段调控增减挂钩;在增减挂钩执行阶段,要重视不同利益主体的利益诉求,理性选择拆旧区土地配置方向;在增减挂钩执行后,引入土地储备制度对农村居民点整理结余的建设用地指标进行调配并对项目实施效果进行评价。研究发现,确定多元化的政策目标与调控手段,实现利益主体间的协同配合,拆旧区多维度土地利用类型适宜性评判,以及严格的后续管理与监督工作,都能够促进城乡建设用地增减挂钩的有序开展。
