MAG-3(n=28),dMRU(n=53),or both.n=40).In th.s study,we included patients wh. underwent surgery for UPJO and scintigraph. MAG-3+dMRU but excluded th.se wh. underwent only scintigraph. MAG-3 or *** patients were divided into groups A(10%discrepancy).We examined th. discrepancy in split renal function between th. two modalities and investigated th. possible risk *** Th. split renal function between th. two kidneys was compared in 40 patients(28 boys and 12 girls)using scintigraph. MAG-3 and *** renal function,as determined using both.modalities,sh.wed a difference ofh.ldren and>10%in 9 *** of th. relative renal function using dMRU revealed an excellent correlation coefficient with.renal scintigraph. 丹江口水库作为南水北调中线工程水源地,不同深度浮游细菌群落组成、氮磷循环功能及其驱动因素尚未清晰.选取丹江口水库5个生态点位,采用宏基因组学研究表层、中层和底层垂直分布浮游细菌群落组成,分析预测氮磷循环功能及其驱动因素.结果表明,丹江口水库主要由变形菌门、放线菌门和浮霉菌门等优势种群组成,不同深度来源的浮游细菌群落结构具有显著差异,水温(T)、氧化还原电位(ORP)、溶解氧(DO)和Ch.a是影响浮游细菌群落组成的主要因素.氮循环功能基因分析表明,主要涉及生物固氮过程、硝化作用、反硝化作用和异化硝酸盐还原作用等7个主要途径的gltB、glnA、gltD、gdh.和NRT等39个氮循环功能基因.磷循环功能基因分析表明,主要涉及有机磷矿化、无机磷溶解、调节等6个主要途径的pstS、ppx-gppA、glpQ和ppk1等54个磷循环功能基因.聚类分析表明不同深度是影响氮磷循环功能基因组成和丰度的主要因素,表层和底层氮磷循环功能基因丰度高于中层样品.奇异球菌属、嗜氢菌属、Limnoh.bitans和棍状杆菌属等是氮磷循环的关键物种.DO、ph.T、总溶解性固体(TDS)、电导率(ec)和Ch.a与氮磷循环功能基因显著相关,以上环境因子随丹江口水库深度增加浓度降低或升高,导致浮游细菌氮磷循环功能基因呈明显的垂直分布特征.通过揭示丹江口水库不同深度浮游细菌群落组成、氮磷循环功能及其影响因素,可为丹江口浮游细菌生态功能和多样性保护发挥潜在的作用.

Th.olsulfonate functionalized polystyrene resin:Preparation and application in th. isolation and identification of electroph.lic mutagens

A new approach.for isolation and identification of elecrtoph.lic mutagens from complex matrix was developed. Th.osulforfic anion was immobilized onto polystyrene beads and used as separation media. Potassium polystyryl-th.osulfonate, prepared from polystyryl- sulfonyl ch.oride and Kh., was observed to selectively react with.model electroph.lic mutagens such.as alkyl h.lides, ct-ch.oroketones and α-ch.oroesters to produce polystyryl-th.osulfonlc esters. After separation from oth.r nonreactive organic compounds, th. beads th.n reacted with.eth.neth.ol to produce unsymmetrical eth.l disulfides wh.ch.are easily detected by GC/MS. For one mutagenic compound, only one unsymmetrical disulfide was found to contain its structure part. Th.s, th. structure of th. parent mutagens could be deduced from th.t of th. unsymmetrical disulfides. Th. degree of functionalization of th. potassium polystyryl-th.osulfonate resin was 1.11 mmol/g. Its reactivity was discussed and its recycling meth.d was reported h.re.

Th.s paper addresses a gradient tracking problem of a bilinear reaction–diffusion equation evolvingin a spatial domainΩ ⊂ Rn, n ≤ 3. Such.an equation is excited with.distributed and boundedcontrols. Th. problem is formulated by th. minimisation of a functional constituted of th. deviationbetween th. desired gradient and th. current one all over a time interval and th. energyterm. Th.n we prove th. existence of an optimal control th.t we ch.racterise by an optimalitysystem. Th. paddy rice degradation remains a concern for research.th. ch.mical ph.nomena underlying th.s process persists unknown. Th.s research.aims to identify th. mech.nism of starch.degradation. It determines th. nature of th. reactions between two, th.ee and four synth.ns of amylose with.oryzenin using th.oretical meth.ds. Th. ONIOM (DFT/B3LYP/6 - 31 + G(d, p): AM1) level of th.ory is performed on four monomers and eigh. complexes. Frequencies make it possible to obtain energy and spectroscopic quantities. Calculations after geometry optimization. Following th.s, a “single point” allows exploiting th. “Natural Bond Orbital (NBO)” analysis. Th. first th.ee parameters suggest th.t th. main interactions between oryzenin and amylose arise th.ough.O29-h.0…O46 h.drogen bonds (h.). Furth.rmore, th.s result posits th.t th. length.of th. amylose doesn’t influence th.s reaction. Th. NBO analysis sh.ws th.t th.s component of starch.degrades first at th. end of th. ch.in to produce monosacch.rides;it can also alter in th. middle of th. ch.in to give disacch.rides.

Th. current study tries a new approach.to simulating interactions between waves and seagrass th.ough.Smooth.d Particle h.drodynamics(SPh.. In th.s model, th. plants are defined as a solid th.t respects h.oke’s law, and are assumed to h.ve direct interaction with.th. fluid. Given th. ch.racteristics of th. SPh.meth.d, especially in terms of computational time, th. dimensions of th. simulations were *** first goal of th. current study was to optimize th. approach.to avoid reach.ng certain limits such.as th. rupture of th. simulated plant. Plant movements under waves and/or currents h.ve been studied by several auth.rs in various in-situ, ph.sical, and numerical experiments concerning various vegetation species, th.s proving th.t plant movements can be successfully reproduced by SPh.2D/3D. Manning’s rough.ess coefficient, n, was calculated to confirm th.t th. results were in accordance with.wh.t h.d been measured in flume studies. Even th.ugh.th.re is still room for improvement, it is sh.wn th.t th.s meth.d can be used to estimate Manning’s coefficient for coastal vegetation(seagrass and saltmarsh.vegetation) and to greatly improve th. modeling and forecasting of coastal erosion and storm surge risks by including th. effects of vegetation in integrated models.
