The introduction of the Quaternionic Fourier Transform （QFT） with a real image 2D,produces a invertible quaternion *** spectral representation （continue or discrete） can be used for conventional operations of filtering or spectral *** spectral information obtained from only a single quadrant generalizes the notion of 1D analytic signal and extends it to 2D *** analytic image,in the space plan,is a *** obtaining a local quaternionic spectrum we can use a window in the plane of the original image to focus on selected areas of *** approach is to use the "Quaternion analytic image" and to introduce the shift variables of the correlation product corresponding to this *** compute the direct QFT of this expression for obtaining the generalized Wigner distribution of the analytic *** obtain a 4D function,which extends the notion of local spectrum and offers different interesting possibilities of applications.

A Secure Transfer of Identification Information in Medical Images by Steganocryptography

The fast growth of the exchange traffic in medical imagery on the Internet justifies the creation of adapted tools guaranteeing the quality and the confidentiality of the information while respecting the legal and ethical constraints, specific to this field. The joint usage of steganography and cryptography brings an efficient solution, whose implementation in medical routine is realistic, thanks to the current progress in data processing (broad band Internet access and grid computing).

Hiding data in DNA of living organisms

Recent research has considered DNA an inter-esting medium for long-term and ultra compact information storage and a stegomedium for hid-den messages. Artificial components of DNA with encoded information can be added to the genome of living organisms, such as common bacteria. With this approach, a medium for very height densities information storage, water-marks for protection patents of genetically mo- dified organisms (GMOs) and secure public keys for decrypting hidden information in stega- nocryptography, can be obtained. In this paper, we have selected a Bacillus subtilis gene (tatAD) and use the specific properties of silent muta-tions to obtain a biologically innocuous product. An adapted code for the message insertion in this gene is proposed.
