Myocardial perf.sion imaging(MPI),which uses single-photon emission computed tomography(SPECT),is a well-known estimating tool f.r medical diagnosis,employing the classif.cation of.images to show situations in coronary artery disease(CAD).The automatic classif.cation of.SPECT images f.r dif.erent techniques has achieved near-optimal accuracy when using convolutional neural networks(CNNs).This paper uses a SPECT classif.cation f.amework with three steps:1)Image denoising,2)Attenuation correction,and 3)Image *** denoising is done by a U-Net architecture that ensures ef.ective image *** correction is implemented by a convolution neural network model that can remove the attenuation that af.ects the f.ature extraction process of.***,a novel multi-scale diluted convolution(MSDC)network is *** merges the f.atures extracted in dif.erent scales and makes the model learn the f.atures more *** scales of.f.lters with size 3×3 are used to extract *** three steps are compared with state-of.the-art *** proposed denoising architecture ensures a high-quality image with the highest peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)value of.*** proposed classif.cation method is compared with the f.ve dif.erent CNN models,and the proposed method ensures better classif.cation with an accuracy of.96%,precision of.87%,sensitivity of.87%,specif.city of.89%,and f.-score of.87%.To demonstrate the importance of.preprocessing,the classif.cation model was analyzed without denoising and attenuation correction.

Landslides triggered by rainf.ll can possibly be f.reseen in real time by jointly using rainf.ll intensity-duration thresholds and inf.rmation related to land surf.ce susceptibility. However, no system exists at either a national or a global scale to monitor or detect rainf.ll conditions that may trigger landslides due to the lack of.suf.icient ground-based observing network in many parts of.the world. Recent advances in satellite remote sensing technology and increasing availability of.high-resolution geospatial products around the globe have provided an unprecedented opportunity f.r such a study. In this paper, a f.amework f.r developing a preliminary real-time prediction system to identif. where rainf.ll-triggered landslides will occur is proposed by combining two necessary components: surf.ce landslide susceptibility and a real-time space-based rainf.ll analysis system (http://***). f.rst, a global landslide susceptibility map is derived f.om a combination of.semi-static global surf.ce characteristics (digital elevation topography, slope, soil types, soil texture, land cover classif.cation, etc.) using a GIS weighted linear combination approach. Second, an adjusted empirical relationship between rainf.ll intensity-duration and landslide occurrence is used to assess landslide hazards at areas with high susceptibility. A major outcome of.this work is the availability f.r the f.rst time of.a global assessment of.landslide hazards, which is only possible because of.the utilization of.global satellite remote sensing products. This preliminary system can be updated continuously using the new satellite remote sensing products. This proposed system, if.pursued through wide interdisciplinary ef.orts as recommended herein, bears the promise to grow many local landslide hazard analyses into a global decision-making support system f.r landslide disaster preparedness and mitigation activities across the world.

Cabazitaxel is a second-generation taxane with promising anti-tumor activity and is approved f.r treating hormone-ref.actory metastatic prostate cancer previously treated with docetaxel. Although f.rst-generation taxanes （i.e. paclitaxel and docetaxel） have sparked broad interest in a variety of.drug delivery vehicles, f.wer have yet been developed f.r cabazitaxel. This review summarizes several clinical-stage approaches f.r taxane f.rmulation and recent ef.orts to develop novel cabazitaxel delivery systems.

This paper reports on the design and control of.tessellated components. The study investigates a responsive envelope based on the rotation of.responsive and dynamic approaches f.r building f.cades and envelopes to regulate solar shading, light control, views and thermal gain within the building. It is well known that near real-time visual output f.om computational simulation can signif.cantly impact the prediction of.dynamic building-environment interactions and lead to the development of.smart, adaptable, net zero energy buildings. To address these motivations, this paper reports the development of.an experimental simulation of.a responsive envelope based on using a 4-f.ld penttile scheme. The simulation is developed using a novel pentagonal approach involving component （tile） design, tessellation and control methods. The paper f.rther elaborates on the geometry and control aspects of.the f.cade subdivision and presents the results of.applying this tessellation geometry to a building envelope shading study based on f.cade components with rotation. f.nally, it tests the ＂responsiveness＂ to multiple perf.rmance metrics by applying a non-deterministic exploration method f.r the stochastic rotation of.individual panels. The sophisticated evaluation of.alternative envelope conf.gurations f.r a set of.perf.rmance criteria require a tighter computational coupling between modelling and control of.dynamic geometry.

We identif.ed 28 discrete electron events(DEEs) with enhanced f.uxes at ~50-200 keV in the high-altitude cusp/polar cap/lobe,using the electron measurements by the BeiDa Image Electron Spectrometer(BD-IES) instrument onboard an inclined(55°)geosynchronous orbit(IGSO) satellite f.om October 2015 to January 2016. We f.nd that among the 28 DEEs, 22 occur in the nightside and mostly in the northern cusp/polar cap/lobe, while 6 occur in the dayside and all in the southern cusp; 24 events correspond to an average interplanetary magnetic f.eld(IMf. component B_z>0, 3 correspond to an average IMf.B_zf.data. In these DEEs, the observed average omnidirectional electron dif.erential f.ux generally f.ts well to a power-law spectrum, J^E^(-γ), with the spectral index y ranging f.om 2.6 to 4.6, while the average electron f.ux varies over three orders of.magnitude f.om event to event. The spectral index of.these cusp DEEs are(strongly) larger than the spectral index of.solar wind superhalo electrons(radiation belt electrons) observed by the WIND 3 D Plasma & Energetic Particle instrument(the BD-IES). At^110 keV,the electron f.ux of.DEEs in the cusp/polar cap/lobe shows a weak positive correlation with the solar wind superhalo electron f.ux but no obvious correlation with the radiation belt electron f.ux. These results suggest that these DEEs probably originate f.om transient processes acting on the solar wind superhalo electrons, e.g., the mid/high-latitude reconnection.

Constantin Stanislavski＇s Russian acting system, f.rther developed by contemporary methodological practices, and Maurice Merleau-Ponty＇s philosophy of.the body as object-subject are compared to illustrate how simple, learned techniques can assist in the production of.authentic and transparent interrelational presence. Authentic presence requires three components：（1） honest exposition of.a person＇s singular, essential being; （2） empathy towards the needs of.other, distinct and separate f.om the self. and （3） mutual reciprocation, which means giving back or responding somewhat equitably to the other with whom the self.is in communication, and accepting the same respondence f.om the other if.af.orded. The comprehension of.Merleau-Ponty＇s ontology combined with Stanislavski＇s perf.rmance technique is uniquely suited to interpersonal communications in the ＇real world＇. Stanislavski＇s artistic vision demands an intensity of.attentive involvement in order to achieve onstage authenticity. Merleau-Ponty provides supportive philosophical schematics, especially in his controversial but ef.ective use of.the expression ＇f.esh＇. While this study may initially appear to f.cus on the artist, the development of.interrelational skills is reliably applicable to anyone who desires to obtain a higher degree of.authenticity in collaborative presence.

We investigated how exposure duration （time that two individuals initially interact） and separation interval （time be- tween the initial interaction and a subsequent interaction） af.ect recognition memory of.conspecif.cs in male red-backed sala- manders Plethodon cinereus. Previous studies have demonstrated that this species aggressively def.nds territories. We recorded aggressive behavior to assess recognition memory, because aggression is more intense toward previously unencountered indi- viduals compared to previously encountered individuals in this species. We f.und that with 15-min exposures and 5-day separa- tion intervals, f.cal males did not spend signif.cantly more time threatening ＇unf.miliar＇ intruders than ＇f.miliar＇ intruders. Af.er either 8-hour exposures and 5-day separation intervals and 5-day exposures and 5-day separation intervals, f.cal males spent sig- nif.cantly more time threatening unf.miliar intruders than f.miliar intruders. These results suggest that male red-backed salaman- ders can remember f.miliar conspecif.cs （e.g., territorial neighbors） af.er at least an 8-hour exposure duration and that memory persists at least as long as 5 days. Af.er 5-day exposure and 15-day separation intervals, we f.und no signif.cant dif.erence in ag- gressive behavior toward f.miliar and unf.miliar intruders. Long separation intervals （15 days） may lead either to loss of.memory of.previously f.miliar individuals or, alternatively, aggressive reassessment of.individuals as only a change in behavior indicates positively that memory has occurred. Thus, variance in territorial def.nse within an individual may depend on its ability to recog- nize conspecif.c males .
