Multistage tungsten mineralization was recently discovered in the Mamupu copper-polymetallic deposit in the southern Yulong porphyry copper belt(YPcB),*** study reports the results of cathodoluminescence,trace element and Sr isotope analyses of Mamupu scheelite samples,undertaken in order to better constrain the mechanism of W mineralization and the sources of the ore-forming *** different types of scheelite are identified in the Mamupu deposit:scheelite A(Sch A)mainly occurs in breccias during the prograde stage,scheelite B(Sch B)forms in the chlorite-epidote alteration zone in the retrograde stage,while scheelite c(Sch c)occurs in distal quartz sulfide *** extremely high Mo content and negative Eu anomaly in Sch A represent high oxygen fugacity in the prograde *** with ore-related porphyries,Sch A has a similar REE pattern,but with higher ΣREE,more depleted HREE and slightly lower(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)i *** features suggest that Sch A is genetically related to ore-related porphyries,but extensive interaction with carbonate surrounding rocks affects the final REE and Sr isotopic *** B shows dark(Sch B-I)and light(Sch B-II)domains under cL *** Sch B-I to Sch B-II,LREEs are gradually depleted,with MREEs being gradually *** c has the highest LREE/HREE ratio,which indicates that it inherited the geochemical characteristics of fluids after the precipitation of HREE-rich minerals,such as diopside and garnet,in the early prograde *** Mo content in Sch B and Sch c gradually decreased,indicating that the oxygen fugacity of the fluids changed from oxidative in the early stages to reductive in the later,the turbulent Eu anomaly in Sch B and Sch c indicating that the Eu anomaly in the Mamupu scheelite is not solely controlled by oxygen *** extensive interaction of magmatic-hydrothermal fluids and carbonate provides the necessary ca^(2+)for the precipitation of scheelite in the Mamupu deposit.

Abiotic stress treatment reveals expansin like A gene OfEXLA1 improving salt and drought tolerance of Osmanthus fragrans by responding to abscisic acid

Sweet osmanthus(Osmanthus fragrans) is a having general approval aromatic tree in china that is widely applied to landscaping and gardening. However, the evergreen tree adaptability is limited by many environmental stresses. currently, limited information is available regarding the genetic analysis and functional identification of expansin genes in response to abiotic stress in sweet osmanthus. In this study, a total of 29 expansin genes were identified and divided into four groups by genome-wide analysis from the sweet osmanthus genome. Transcriptome and quantitative Real-time PcR analysis showed that the cell wall-localized protein expansin-like A(OfEXLA1) gene was significantly induced by salt and drought treatment. Histochemical GUS staining of transgenic Arabidopsis lines in which GUS activity was driven with the OfEXLA1 promoter, GUS activity was significantly induced by salt, drought, and exogenous abscisic acid(ABA). In yeast, we found OfEXLA1overexpression significantly improved the population of cells compared with wild-type strains after Nacl and polyethylene glycol(PEG)treatment. Additionally, OfEXLA1 overexpression not only promoted plant growth, but also improved the salt and drought tolerance in Arabidopsis. To gain insight into the role of ABA signaling in the regulation of OfEXLA1 improving abiotic tolerance in sweet osmanthus, four differentially expressed ABA Insensitive 5(ABI5)-like genes(OfABL4, OfABL5, OfABL7, and OfABL8) were identified from transcriptome, and dualluciferase(dual-LUc) and yeast one hybrid(Y1H) assay showed that OfABL4 and OfABL5 might bind to OfEXLA1 promoter to accumulate the OfEXLA1 expression by responding to ABA signaling to improve abiotic tolerance in sweet osmanthus. These results provide the information for understanding the molecular functions of expansin-like A gene and molecular breeding of sweet osmanthus in future.

Investigation on the mechanism of Qiangxinhuoli prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure based on p38-MAPK signaling pathway

Alleviated photoinhibition on nitrification in the Indian Sector of the Southern Ocean

Nitrification, a central process in the marine nitrogen cycle, produces regenerated nitrate in the euphotic zone and emits N2O, a potent greenhouse gas as a by-product. The regulatory mechanisms of nitrification in the Southern Ocean, which is a critical region for cO2sequestration and radiative benefits, remain poorly ***, we investigated the in situ and dark nitrification rates in the upper 500 m and conducted substrate kinetics experiments across the Indian Sector in the cosmonaut and cooperation seas in the late austral summer. Our findings indicate that light inhibition of nitrification decreases exponentially with depth, exhibiting a light threshold of 0.53% photosynthetically active radiation. A positive relationship between dark nitrification and apparent oxygen utilization suggests a dependence on substrate availability from primary ***, an increased NH4+affinity（α） increases with depth and transitions from light to dark, decreases with increasing ambient NH4+, and exhibits a latitudinal distribution, reflecting substrate utilization strategies. We also reveal that upwelling in circumpolar Deep Water（cDW） stimulates nitrification through the introduction of potentially higher iron and deep diverse nitrifying microorganisms with higher α. We conclude that although light is the primary limiting factor for nitrification in summer, coupling between substrate availability and cDW upwelling can overcome this limitation, thereby alleviating photoinhibition by up to 45% ± 5.3%.

Effects of exercise training on glucose metabolism indicators and inflammatory markers in obese children and adolescents:A metaanalysis

BAcKGROUND Obesity in children and adolescents is a serious problem,and the efficacy of exercise therapy for these patients is *** To assess the efficacy of exercise training on overweight and obese children based on glucose metabolism indicators and inflammatory *** The PubMed,Web of Science,and Embase databases were searched for randomized controlled trials related to exercise training and obese children until October *** meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software to evaluate the efficacy of exercise therapy on glucose metabolism indicators and inflammatory markers in obese *** In total,1010 patients from 28 studies were *** therapy reduced the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG)[standardized mean difference(SMD):-0.78;95%confidence interval(cI):-1.24 to-0.32,P=0.0008],fasting insulin(FINS)(SMD:-1.55;95%cI:-2.12 to-0.98,Pc model assessment for insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)(SMD:-1.58;95%cI:-2.20 to-0.97,PcI:-2.07 to-0.55,P=0.0007),c-reactive protein(cRP)(SMD:-0.64;95%cI:-1.21 to-0.08,P=0.03),and leptin(SMD:-3.43;95%cI:-5.82 to-1.05,P=0.005)in overweight and obese *** training increased adiponectin levels(SMD:1.24;95%cI:0.30 to 2.18,P=0.01)but did not improve tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)levels(SMD:-0.80;95%cI:-1.77 to 0.18,P=0.11).cONcLUSION In summary,exercise therapy improves glucose metabolism by reducing levels of FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR,as well as improves inflammatory status by reducing levels of IL-6,cRP,leptin,and increasing levels of adiponectin in overweight and obese *** was no statistically significant effect between exercise training and levels of TNF-α.Additional long-term trials should be conducted to explore this therapeutic perspective and confirm these results.

Role of toll-like receptor 4/mutant myeloid differentiation primary response 88/nuclear factor kappa-B mediated inflammation in diabetes mellitus with Northwest dryness syndrome

OBJEcTIVE: To investigate the role of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/mutant myeloid differentiation primary response 88(MyD88)/nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB) signaling pathway-mediated inflammation in diabetes mellitus with Northwest dryness ***: Rats were randomly divided into the normal control, type 2 diabetes(T2DM) model, Northwest dryness syndrome + T2DM(Northwest dryness), and simple internal dampness + T2DM(internal dampness)groups. Impact of water table on hierarchically nested groundwater flow system
