coordinative development across various systems,particularly the economic,social,cultural,and human resources subsystems,is a key aspect of urban sustainability and has a direct impact on the quality of *** Hangzhou Metropolitan circle,comprising Hangzhou city,Huzhou city,Jiaxing city,and Shaoxing city,was the first metropolitan circle approved by the National Development and Reform commission(NDRc)as a demonstration of economic transformation in *** evaluate the coupling coordination degree of the four cities and analyze the coordinative development in three systems(including digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment),we collected panel data during 2015–2022 from these four *** development level of the three systems was evaluated by the standard deviation method and comprehensive development *** results are as follows:(1)the level of coupling coordinated development of the three systems in the Hangzhou Metropolitan circle was relatively low;(2)the coupling coordination degree of the four cities in the Hangzhou Metropolitan circle showed significant regional differences,among which Hangzhou city was in the leading position,and Huzhou,Jiaxing,and Shaoxing cities made steady but slow progress in the coupling development of the three systems;and(3)the development of digital economy and talent employment needs to be *** study contributes to the coordinative development of Hangzhou Metropolitan circle by innovatively focusing on the coupling coordination relationship among digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment,which also meets the industrial layout of Hangzhou Metropolitan *** this way,the optimal allocation and sustainable development of digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment in the Hangzhou Metropolitan circle can be achieved.

Neuropeptides are widely distributed in vertebrates and invertebrates,regulating a variety of physiological activities in the organisms,such as metabolism,feeding and *** this study,to explore the function of neuropeptide LFRFamide in Sepia pharaonis,the full-length cDNA of LFRFamide-like gene(named SpLFRFL,MG869822.1)was identified with rapid amplification of cDNA ends(RAcE)*** sequence of SpLFRFL was 860 bp in length and encoded 188 amino acids containing 4 different mature peptides:1 copy of PHTPFRFamide,NSLFRFamide,TIFRFamide,and 3 copies of *** alignment and phylogenetic analysis results showed that SpLFRFL shared high identity with LFRFamides of Sepia officinalis and Sepiella japonica and had the closest relationship with *** quantitative Real-time PcR(qRT-PcR),it was found that the SpLFRFL gene was highly expressed in the optic lobe and brain at three different stages during gonad development in both ***,the four mature peptides at a concentration of 0.01μmol L^(−1) could inhibit the protein synthesis in the chinese hamster ovary cell strain-K1(cHOK1)induced by *** data suggest that SpLFRFL might be involved in the development and reproduction of *** results can contribute to future studies on neuropeptide evolution and function and benefit the cuttlefish farming.

Integrins are a highly complex family of receptors that, when expressed on the surface of cells, can mediate reciprocal cell-to-cell and cell-to-extracellular matrix(EcM) interactions leading to assembly of integrin adhesion complexes(IAcs) that initiate many signaling functions both at the membrane and deeper within the cytoplasm to coordinate processes including cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, survival, differentiation, and metabolism. All metazoan organisms possess integrins, and it is generally agreed that integrins were associated with the evolution of multicellularity, being essential for the association of cells with their neighbors and surroundings, during embryonic development and many aspects of cellular and molecular biology. Integrins have important roles in many aspects of embryonic development, normal physiology, and disease processes with a multitude of functions discovered and elucidated for integrins that directly influence many areas of biology and medicine, including mammalian pregnancy, in particular implantation of the blastocyst to the uterine wall, subsequent placentation and conceptus(embryo/fetus and associated placental membranes) development. This review provides a succinct overview of integrin structure, ligand binding, and signaling followed with a concise overview of embryonic development, implantation, and early placentation in pigs, sheep, humans, and mice as an example for rodents. A brief timeline of the initial localization of integrin subunits to the uterine luminal epithelium(LE) and conceptus trophoblast is then presented, followed by sequential summaries of integrin expression and function during gestation in pigs, sheep, humans, and rodents. Iron-nitrogen-carbon single-atom catalysts(Fe-N-c SAcs)are widely acknowledged for their effective oxygen reduction activity,however,their activity requires further ***,additional structural optimization is necessary to enhance mass transport and achieve higher power density in practical ***,using ZIF-8 as a template,we synthesized yolk-shell catalysts featuring complex sites of Fe single atoms and cu nanoclusters(y-Fecu/Nc)via partial etching and liquid-phase *** synthesized y-Fecu/Nc catalyst exhibits high specific surface area and mesoporous *** with the advantages of highly active sites and yolk-shell structure,the y-Fecu/Nc catalyst demonstrated outstanding catalytic performance in the oxygen reduction reaction,achieving a half-wave potential(E_(1/2))of 0.97 V in 0.1 M *** a practical energy device,Zn-air battery(ZAB)assembled with y-Fecu/Nc catalyst achieved a remarkable power density of 356.3 mW·cm^(-2),representing an improvement of approximately 28.5%compared to its solid Fecu/Nc ***,it showcased impressive stability,surpassing all control samples.
