Wild relatives of crop are key genetic resources serving as diversity reservoirs for crop improvement under changing ***(Oryza sativa)is one of the most important crops in the world,providing staple food for half of the world's *** rice is thus a critical germplasm resource for sustained global.food security,ensuring high production yields,improved quality,and stress resistance in the face of climate *** rice is closely related to domesticated rice and has a rich genetic diversity and exceptional adaptability to extreme *** has played a pivotal role in the history of rice hybridization and has become a key resource for rice breeding *** identification of wild-type cytoplasmic male sterility resources paved the way for the achievement of the“three lines”goal in hybrid rice,leading to a significant increase in rice *** addition,the use of resistance alleles found in wild rice is making rice production more resilient to losses caused by environmental ***,wild rice germplasm resources are threatened due to habitat destruction and other anthropogenic *** the same time,the lack of centralized distribution of wild rice has hampered the sharing of basic information on wild rice resources and the utilization and conservation of wild rice in each country,as well as collaboration among scientists.

Clinopyroxene-enriched upper mantle xenoliths classified as wehrlites are common(~20% of all xenoliths) in the central part of the Nograd-G(o| ")m(o|")r Volcanic Field(NGVF),situated in the northern margin of the Pannonian Basin in northern Hungary and southern *** this study,we thoroughly investigated 12 wehrlite xenoliths,two from each wehrlite-bearing occurrence,to determine the conditions of their *** textural features,including clinopyroxene-rich patches in an olivine-rich lithology,orthopyroxene remnants in the cores of newlyformed clinopyroxenes and vermicular spinel forms all suggest that wehrlites were formed as a result of intensive interaction between a metasomatic agent and the peridotite wall *** on the major and trace element geochemistry of the rock-forming minerals,significant enrichment in basaltic(Fe,Mn,Ti) and high field strength elements(Nb,Ta,Hf,Zr) was observed,compared to compositions of common lherzolite *** presence of orthopyroxene remnants and geochemical trends in rock-forming minerals suggest that the metasomatic process ceased before complete wehrlitization was *** composition of the metasomatic agent is interpreted to be a mafic silicate melt,which was further confirmed by numerical modelling of trace elements using the plate *** model results also show that the melt/rock ratio played a key role in the degree of petrographic and geochemical *** lack of equilibrium and the conclusions drawn by using variable lherzolitic precursors in the model both suggest that wehrlitization was the last event that occurred shortly before xenolith entrainment in the host mafic *** suggest that the wehrlitization and the Plio-Pleistocene basaltic volcanism are related to the same magmatic event.

目的:比较单独或联合应用气道滴入肺表面活性物质(Surf)和吸入一氧化氮(iNO)对急性呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效。方法:成年兔反复气道生理盐水灌洗,去除内源Surf,经机械通气诱发急性肺损伤和呼吸衰竭,随机分组给予:iNO 0.8μmol·L^(-1);Surf磷脂100mg·kg^(-1);联合应用iNO和Surf;或不给药对照。结果:机械通气8小时生存率以联合治疗组为最高,Surf组及联合治疗组的氧合指数(OI)、肺顺应性、气道阻力均有所改善。联合治疗组的肺膨胀有显著改善。结论:对因Surf缺乏而萎陷和损伤的肺,单纯iNO不显治疗效果,但应用Surf或与iNO联合应用,具有提高生存率和改善血氧及肺膨胀的效果。

Cidofovir Therapy for Adenovirus Pneumonia in an AIDS Patient on HAART: A Case Report

Introduction: Adenovirus infections are associated with significant morbidity and mortality among immunocompromised hosts. Adenovirus pneumonia is a rare and often fatal disease in patients with AIDS. Case Report: We report a case of a 28-year-old woman with advanced HIV/AIDS, who developed pneumonia four weeks after initiation of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). Despite empiric antibiotics, the patient developed worsening hypoxemia and progressive pneumonia on chest x-ray. Culture data from a bronchoalveolar lavage (bal. was negative for bacteria, fungi, pneumocystis jirovecii, but was positive for adenovirus detected by PCR. After transfer to a tertiary care hospital intensive care unit, a repeat bal.confirmed the presence of adenovirus by immunohistochemical staining. Tissue samples sent for histopathology revealed 'smudge cells'. Serum adenovirus viral load was 1.6 × 105 copies/mL. Intravenous cidofovir, 1 mg/kg/day, was initiated and scheduled three times a week. The patient exhibited remarkable improvement and was discharged to home in stable condition after four doses of cidofovir treatment. Discussion: Prior to our case, the few published accounts of HIV patients with adenovirus pneumonia treated with cidofovir have all resulted in death. Our case is distinct from these cases by the lack of concomitant pulmonary infection and the initiation of HAART prior to presentation. Conclusion: To our knowledge, we present the first case of adenovirus pneumonia in a patient with AIDS successfully treated with cidofovir. Our case suggests that limited and low dose cidofovir may be an efficacious approach to treat adenovirus pneumonia among HIV patients, especially those established on HAART.
