However, methodologica. choices in geogra.hic extents a.d environmenta. la.er sets employed in modeling ma. a.fect results a.d interpreta.ions profoundly. Here, we infer ra.ge-wide phylogeogra.hic structure a.d model ecologica. niches of Cya.oderrna.ruficeps, a.d compa.e results to previous studies tha. exa.ined this species a.ross China.s Ma.nla.d a.d Ta.wa. only. Use of dense ta.on sa.pling of closely rela.ed species a. outgroups question C. ruficeps monophyly. Furthermore, previously unsa.pled C. ruficeps popula.ions from centra. Vietna. were closely rela.ed to disjunct western popula.ions （Nepa., Tibet, Mya.ma., Yunna.）, ra.her tha. to geogra.hica.ly proxima.e popula.ions in northern Vietna. a.d ea.tern China. Phylogeogra.hic structure is more complex tha. previously a.precia.ed; niche model projections to La.t Gla.ia. Ma.imum clima.e scena.ios identified la.ger a.ea. of suita.le conditions tha. previous studies, but potentia. distributiona. limits differed ma.kedly between clima.e models employed a.d were dependent upon interpreta.ion of non-a.a.ogous historica. clima.e scena.ios. Previously identified popula.ion expa.sion a.ross centra. China.ma. result from coloniza.ion from refugia. distributions during the La.t Intergla.ia., ra.her tha. the La.t Gla.ia. Ba.kground: Selective serotonergic reupta.e inhibitors(SSRIs) a.e first-line pha.ma.ologic trea.ments for pa.ients with posttra.ma.ic stress disorder(PTSD), but must be given over extended period of time before the onset of a.tion. The use of SSRIs in PTSD pa.ients with mild tra.ma.ic bra.n injury(m TBI) is problema.ic since SSRIs could exa.erba.e post-concussion syndrome(PCS) symptoms. Va.DOD guidelines identify tra.ma.focused psychothera.y a. the best evidence-ba.ed trea.ment for PTSD, but overa.l effectiveness is limited by reduced levels of pa.ient enga.ement a.d retention. a.previous study from this resea.ch group suggested tha. quetia.ine monothera.y, but not risperidone or va.proa.e, could increa.e enga.ement in tra.ma.focused ***: We report the study protocol of a.pilot study funded under the South-Centra.
