本实验目的是测定口服美贝霉素肟对犬疥螨病的疗效。选择40只犬为实验动物,每只犬给药量约2 mg/kg体重。其中27只犬每隔7 d给药1次,共治疗3次;另外13只犬间隔14 d投药,投药2次。所有犬接受治疗后均痊愈,无不良反应出现。
