Inﬂam.atory m.oﬁbroblastic tum.r(Im.)is a rare neoplasm.with interm.diate m.lignancy characterized by a propensity for recurrence but a low m.tastatic *** challenges arise from.the diverse pathological presentation,variable sym.tom.tology,and lack of different im.ging ***,Im. is identiﬁed by the fusion of the anaplastic lym.hom. kinase(ALK)gene,which is present in approxim.tely 70%of cases,with various fusion partners,including ran-binding protein 2(RANBP2),which allows conﬁrm.tion of the *** surgery is the preferred approach for localized tum.rs,the optim.l long-term.treatm.nt for advanced or m.tastatic disease is difﬁcult to deﬁ*** therapies are crucial for achieving sustained response to treatm.nt within the context of genetic alteration in ***,an ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI),was ofﬁcially approved by the US Food and Drug Adm.nistration(FDA)in 2020 to treat Im. with ALK ***,m.st patients face resistance and disease progression,requiring consideration of sequential *** radiotherapy with targeted therapy appears to be beneﬁcial in this *** prom.sing results have also been achieved with im.unotherapy,indicating potential for com.ined therapy ***,deﬁned recom.endations are still *** review analyzes the available research on Im.,including genetic disorders and their im.act on the course of the disease,data on the latest targeted therapy regim.ns and the possibility of developing im.unotherapy in this indication,as well as sum.arizing general knowledge about prognostic and predictive factors,also in term. of resistance to system.c therapy.

We report on the structural,m.gnetic,and m.gnetocaloric properties of *** oxidation states of Eu and Rh ions were studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS）.It is found that the Eu ions are m.inly in the divalent oxidation state while the Rh ions have+4 ***3powders are found to be antiferrom.gnetic with a second order m.gnetic transition at Neel tem.erature（TN=2.9 K）.Analysis of the m.gnetic susceptibility versus tem.erature data in term. of the Curie=Weiss law:(χ=C/（T-θW）) for T>TN,yields θW=-3.1 K and effective m.gne tic m.m.nt ■,which is close to the theoretical value ■.The m.gnetic entropy change(-ΔSm.,was determ.ned by em.ploying the therm.dynam.ic m.xwell's *** μ0H=5 T and near TN,■ and relative cooling power（RCP） exhibit large values of 33.7 j.（kg·K） and 238 j.kg,*** large m.gnitude of-ΔSm.nd RCP show that the EuRhO3com.ound could be a potential candidate to be used in cryogenic m.gnetic refrigeration.

B_(4)C/Al com.osites are widely utilized as neutron absorbing m.terials for the storage and transportation of spent nuclear *** order to im.rove the high-tem.erature m.chanical properties of B_(4)C/Al com.osites,in-situ nano-Al_(2)O_(3)was introduced utilizing oxide on Al powder *** this study,the Al_(2)O_(3)content was adj.sted by utilizing spheroid Al powder with varying diam.ters,thereby investigating the im.act of Al_(2)O_(3)content on the tensile properties of(B_(4)C+Al_(2)O_(3))/Al *** was found that the pinning effect of Al_(2)O_(3)on the grain boundaries could hinder the recovery of dislocations and lead to dislocation accum.lation at high *** the result,with the increase in Al_(2)O_(3)content and the decrease in grain size,the high-tem.erature strength of the com.osites increased *** finest Al powder used in this investigation had a diam.ter of 1.4μm.whereas the resultant com.osite exhibited a m.xim.m.strength of 251 m.a at room.tem.erature and 133 m.a at 350℃,surpassing that of traditional B_(4)C/Al com.osites.

A New Arrangem.nt with Nonlinear Sidewalls for Tanker Ship Storage Panels

Sloshing phenom.non in a m.ving container is a com.licated free surface flow problem. It has a wide range of engineering applications, especially in tanker ships and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) carriers. When the tank in these vehicles is partially filled, it is essential to be able to evaluate the fluid dynam.c loads on tank perim.ter. Different geom.tric shapes such as rectangular, cylindrical, elliptical, spherical and circular conical have been suggested for ship storage tanks by previous researchers. In this paper a num.rical m.del is developed based on incom.ressible and inviscid fluid m.tion for the liquid sloshing phenom.non. The coupled BEm.FEm.is used to solve the governing equations and nonlinear free surface boundary conditions. The results are validated for rectangular container using data obtained for a horizontal periodic sway m.tion. Using the results of this m.del a new arrangem.nt of trapezoidal shapes with quadratic sidewalls is suggested for tanker ship storage panels. The suggested geom.tric shape not only has a m.xim.m.surrounded tank volum. to the constant available volum., but also reduces the sloshing effects m.re efficiently than the existing geom.tric shapes.

The current spotlight of cancer therapeutics is shifting towards personalized m.dicine with the widespread use of m.noclonal antibodies(m.bs).Despite their increasing potential,m.bs have an intrinsic lim.tation related to their inability to cross cell m.m.ranes and reach intracellular *** offers prom.sing solutions to overcom. this lim.tation,however,form.lation challenges *** challenges are the lim.ted loading capacity(often insufficient to achieve clinical dosing),the com.lex form.lation m.thods,and the insufficient characterization of m.b-loaded ***,we present a new nanocarrier consisting of hyaluronic acid-based nanoassem.lies(HANAs)specifically designed to entrap m.bs with a high efficiency and an outstanding loading capacity(50%,w/w).HANAs com.osed by an m.b,m.dified HA and phosphatidylcholine(PC)resulted in sizes of~100 nm.and neutral surface *** m.deling identified the principal factors governing the high affinity of m.bs with the am.hiphilic HA and *** com.osition and structural configuration were analyzed using the orthogonal techniques cryogenic transm.ssion electron m.croscopy(cryo-TEm.,asym.etrical flow field-flow fractionation(AF4),and sm.ll-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS).These techniques provided evidence of the form.tion of core-shell nanostructures com.rising an aqueous core surrounded by a bilayer consisting of phospholipids and am.hiphilic *** vitro experim.nts in cancer cell lines and m.crophages confirm.d HANAs’low toxicity and ability to transport m.bs to the intracellular *** reproducibility of this assem.ling process at industrial-scale batch sizes and the long-term.stability was *** conclusion,these results underscore the suitability of HANAs technology to load and deliver biologicals,which holds prom.se for future clinical translation.

Phosphorus export by runoff from.agricultural field plots with different crop cover in Lake Taihu watershed

Runoff and soil losses from.agricultural fields are investigated as m.j.r nonpoint sources of phosphorus (P) entering lakes of Eastern China. There is relatively little inform.tion on P transport from.ricefield and cropland of Lake Taihu watershed in Eastern China. Soil and P in surface runoff from.a series of plots in the watershed were evaluated under sim.lated rainfall conditions. The obj.ctives of this study were to evaluate the effects of crop cover, slope, and fertilizer application on P concentrations in surface runoff and eroded soil. Accum.lated sedim.nt yields varied from.7.1 to 300 g/m. for croplands, depending on m.nagem.nt practices. For all experim.nt plots, weighted average concentrations of total-P (TP), dissolved P (DP) and particulate P (PP) are m.ch higher than 0.02 m./L, the lim.ting concentration for lake water. This result showed the potential contam.nation of lake water from.agricultural surface runoff. Accum.lated TP losses were 3.8 and 18.8 m./m. for ricefield and cropland, respectively. The estim.ted annual loss of TP was 0.74 kg/(hm. &m.ddot a) for cropland. m.st of P loss is in the PP form. which accounts for m.re than 90% of TP loss for cropland.

On the Structure of Graded Leibniz Algebras

We study the structure of graded Leibniz algebras with arbitrary dim.nsion and over an arbitrary base field K. We show that any of such algebras ￡ with a sym.etric G-support is of the form.￡ = U-∑j.j.with U a subspace of ￡1, the hom.geneous com.onent associated to the unit elem.nt 1 in G, and any Ij.a well described graded ideal of ￡, satisfying [Ij. Ik]= 0 if j. k. In the case of ￡ being of m.xim.l length, we characterize the gr-sim.licity of the algebra in term. of connections in the support of the grading.

Deception is widespread throughout the anim.l kingdom.and various deceptive strategies are exem.lified by social parasites. These are species of ants, bees and wasps that have evolved to invade, survive and reproduce within a host colony of another social species. This is achieved principally by chem.cal deception that tricks the host workers into treating the invading parasite as their own kin. Achieving levels of acceptance into typically hostile host colonies requires an am.zing level of decep- tion as social insects have evolved com.lex species- and colony-specific recognition system.. This allows the detection of for- eigners, both hetero- and con-specific. Therefore, social parasitic ants not only have to overcom. the unique species recognition profiles that each ant species produces, but also the subtle variations in theses profiles which generate the colony-specific profiles We present data on the level of chem.cal sim.larity between social parasites and their hosts in four different system. and then discuss these data in the wider context with previous studies, especially in respect to using m.ltivariate statistical m.thods when looking for differences in these system..
