Organic electrochemical transistors(OECTs) exhibit significant potential for applications in healthcare and human-machine interfaces, due to their tunable synthesis, facile deposition, and excellent biocompatibility. Expanding OECTs to the fexible devices will significantly facilitate stable contact with the skin and enable more possible bioelectronic applications. In this work,we summarize the device physics of fexible OECTs, aiming to offer a foundational understanding and guidelines for material selection and device architecture. Particular attention is paid to the advanced manufacturing approaches, including photolithography and printing techniques, which establish a robust foundation for the commercialization and large-scale fabrication. And abundantly demonstrated examples ranging from biosensors, artificial synapses/neurons, to bioinspired nervous systems are summarized to highlight the considerable prospects of smart healthcare. In the end, the challenges and opportunities are proposed for fexible OECTs. The purpose of this review is not only to elaborate on the basic design principles of fexible OECTs, but also to act as a roadmap for further exploration of wearable OECTs in advanced bio-applications.

Three types of steels were designed on the basis of GX40CrNiSi25-12 austenitic heat resistant steel by adding different Mn contents(2wt.%,6wt.%,and 12wt.%).Thermodynamic calculation,microstructure characterization and mechanical property tests were conducted to investigate the effect of Mn addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the austenitic heat resistant *** show that the matrix structure in all the three types of steels at room temperature is completely *** NbC and M_(23)C_(6)precipitate at grain boundaries of austenite *** the increase of Mn content,the number of carbides increases and their distribution becomes more *** the Mn content increases from 1.99%to 12.06%,the ultimate tensile strength,yield strength and elongation increase by 14.6%,8.0%and 46.3%,*** improvement of the mechanical properties of austenitic steels can be explained by utilizing classic theories of alloy strengthening,including solid solution strengthening,precipitation strengthening,and grain *** increase in alloy strength can be attributed to solid solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening caused by the addition of *** improvement of the plasticity of austenitic steels can be explained from two aspects:grain refinement and homogenization of precipitated phases.

Preparation of a zeolite-palladium composite membrane for hydrogen separation: Influence of zeolite film on membrane stability

With the development of hydrogen energy, palladium-based membranes have been widely used in hydrogen separation and purification. However, the poor chemical stability of palladium composite membranes limits their commercial applications. In this study, a zeolite-palladium composite membrane with a sandwich-like structure was obtained by using a TS-1 zeolite film grown on the surface of palladium membrane. The membrane microstructure was characterized by SEM and EDX. The effects of the TS-1 film on the hydrogen permeability and stability of palladium composite membrane were investigated in details. Benefited from the protection of the TS-1 zeolite film, the stability of palladium composite membrane was enhanced. The results indicate that the TS-1-Pd composite membrane was stable after eight cycles of the temperature exchange cycles between 773 K and 623 K. Especially, the loss of hydrogen permeance for TS-1-Pd composite membrane was much smaller than that of the pure palladium membrane when the membrane was tested in the presence of C 3 H 6 atmosphere. It indicated that the TS-1-Pd composite membrane had better chemical stability in comparison with pure palladium membrane, owing to its sandwich-like structure. This work provides an efficient way for the deposition of zeolite film on palladium membrane to enhance the membrane stability. To address the impact of wind-power fluctuations on the stability of power systems,we propose a comprehensive approach that integrates multiple strategies and methods to enhance the efficiency and reliability of a ***,we employ a strategy that restricts long-and short-term power output deviations to smoothen wind power fluctuations in real ***,we adopt the sliding window instantaneous complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(SW-ICEEMDAN)strategy to achieve real-time decomposition of the energy storage power,facilitating internal power distribution within the hybrid energy storage ***,we introduce a rule-based multi-fuzzy control strategy for the secondary adjustment of the initial power allocation commands for different energy storage *** simulation validation,we demonstrate that the proposed comprehensive control strategy can smoothen wind power fluctuations in real time and decompose energy storage *** with traditional empirical mode decomposition(EMD),ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD),and complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(CEEMDAN)decomposition strategies,the configuration of the energy storage system under the SW-ICEEMDAN control strategy is more ***,the state-of-charge of energy storage components fluctuates within a reasonable range,enhancing the stability of the power system and ensuring the secure operation of the energy storage system.

Audio mixing is a crucial part of music *** analyzing or recreating audio mixing,it is of great importance to conduct research on estimating mixing parameters used to create mixdowns from music recordings,i.e.,audio mixing ***,approaches of audio mixing inversion are rarely explored.A method of estimating mixing parameters from raw tracks and a stereo mixdown via embodied self-supervised learning is *** this work,several commonly used audio effects including gain,pan,equalization,reverb,and compression,are taken into *** method is able to learn an inference neural network that takes a stereo mixdown and the raw audio sources as input and estimate mixing parameters used to create the mixdown by iteratively sampling and *** the sampling step,the inference network predicts a set of mixing parameters,which is sampled and fed to an audio-processing framework to generate audio data for the training *** the training step,the same network used in the sampling step is optimized with the sampled data generated from the sampling *** method is able to explicitly model the mixing process in an interpretable way instead of using a black-box neural network model.A set of objective measures are used for *** experimental results show that this method has better performance than current state-of-the-art methods.

Strong impact does serious harm to the military industries so it is necessary to choose reasonable cushioning material and design effective buffers to prevent the impact of *** on the capillary property entangled porous metallic wire materials(EPMWM),this paper designed a composite buffer which uses EPMWM and viscous fluid as cushioning materials under the low-speed impact of the recoil force device of weapon equipment(such as artillery,mortar,etc.).Combined with the capillary model,porosity,hydraulic diameter,maximum pore diameter and pore distribution were used to characterize the pore structure characteristics of *** calculation model of the damping force of the composite buffer was *** low-speed impact test of the composite buffer was *** parameters of the buffer under low-speed impact were identified according to the model,and the nonlinear model of damping force was *** test results show that the composite buffer with EPMWM and viscous fluid can absorb the impact energy from the recoil movement effectively,and provide a new method for the buffer design of weapon equipment(such as artillery,mortar,etc.).

With the rapid growth of the maritime Internet of Things(IoT)devices for Maritime Monitor Services(MMS),maritime traffic controllers could not handle a massive amount of data in *** unmanned MMS,one of the key technologies is situation ***,the presence of slow-fast high maneuvering targets and track breakages due to radar blind zones make modeling the dynamics of marine multi-agents difficult,and pose significant challenges to maritime situation *** order to comprehend the situation accurately and thus offer unmanned MMS,it is crucial to model the complex dynamics of multi-agents using IoT big ***,previous methods typically rely on complex assumptions,are plagued by unstructured data,and disregard the interactions between multiple agents and the spatial-temporal correlations.A deep learning model,Graph Spatial-Temporal Generative Adversarial Network(GraphSTGAN),is proposed in this paper,which uses graph neural network to model unstructured data and uses STGAN to learn the spatial-temporal dependencies and *** experiments show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method.

Hydrogen production from photoelectrochemical(PEC)water splitting has been regarded as a promising way to utilize renewable and endless solar ***,semiconductor film grown on photoelectrode suffers from numerous challenges,leading to the poor PEC ***,a straightforward sol-gel method with the ligand-induced growth strategy was employed to obtain dense and homogeneous copper bismuthate photocathodes for PEC hydrogen evolution *** various characterizations,it was found that the nucleation and surface growth of CuBi_(2)O_(4)layer induced by 2-methoxyethanol ligand(2-CuBi_(2)O_(4))demonstrated a decent crystallinity and coverage,as well as a large grain size and a low oxygen vacancy concentration,leading to the good ability of light absorption and carrier ***,under simulated sunlight irradiation(AM1.5G,100 mW/cm^(2)),the 2-CuBi_(2)O_(4)photocathode achieved an enhanced photocurrent density of−1.34 mA·cm^(−2)at 0.4 V versus the reversible hydrogen electrode and a promising applied bias photon-to-current efficiency of 0.586%.This surface modification by ligand growth strategy will shed light on the future design of advanced photoelectrodes for PEC water splitting.
