准确计算电网地磁感应电流(geomagnetically inducedcurrents,GIC)对评估磁暴灾害至关重要。以往的电网GIC建模集中于高压线路,即只考虑最高一级电压线路而忽略了低压部分。这种简化忽略了与高压线路有联系的变压器绕组支路及低压系统,降低了电网GIC的计算精度从而影响电网磁暴灾害的风险评估。以美国电科院(EPRI)等单位新设计的GIC-Benchmark算例为基础,在GIC节点导纳矩阵的算法上,通过对不同电压等级线路、不同变压器绕组支路模型的分析与研究,提出用于多电压等级并存的电网GIC全节点模型和简化模型建模方法。算例及其结果表明,所提建模方法能有效解决多电压等级电网GIC的计算问题,提高GIC的计算精度。

A thorough understanding of how proteins induce nanoparticle （NP） aggregation is crucial when designing in vitro and in vivo assays and interpreting experimental results. This knowledge is also crucial when developing nano-applications and formulation for drug delivery systems. In this study, we found that extraction of immunoglobulin G （IgG） from cow serum results in lower polystyrene NPs aggregation. Moreover, addition of isolated IgG or fibrinogen to fetal cow serum enhanced this aggregation, thus demonstrating that these factors are maj.r drivers of NP aggregation in serum. Counter-intuitively, NP aggregation was inversely dependent on protein concentration; i.e., low protein concentrations induced large aggregates, whereas high protein concentrations induced small aggregates. Protein-induced NP aggregation and aggregate size were monitored by absorbance at 400 nm and dynamic light scattering, respectively. Here, we propose a mechanism behind the protein concentration dependent aggregation; this mechanism involves the effects of multiple protein interactions on the NP surface, surface area limitations, aggregation kinetics, and the influence of other serum proteins.

背景：妊娠期出现的生理变化包括胰岛素抵抗、血栓形成倾向、免疫抑制以及高血容量，这些改变均可提示孕妇今后容易患上某种疾病。目的：对妊娠期慢性病发病风险的证据进行总结。证据获取：在MEDLINE上检索1990年至2005年发表的有关妊娠期慢性病的文章，复习国际产科医学协会（International Society of Obstetric Medicine）和国际妊娠高血压症研究协会（International Society for the Study of Hypertension in Pregnancy）的文献目录及网站内容。证据综合：妊娠可加重导致动脉粥样硬化的一系列变化，其中包括胰岛素抵抗和血脂异常，临床上表现为先兆子痫或妊娠期糖尿病。这些妊娠合并症预示着孕妇产后出现心血管疾病的风险有可能增加，其中冠心病和中风的患病风险可增加2倍。患有妊娠期糖尿病的妇女可进一步发展为2型糖尿病，其发病率为6％-92％不等，视诊断标准、种族及监测时间（6个月-28年）而定。妊娠可使静脉血栓的风险增加7—10倍。在西方人群中，至少有15％的人具有遗传性血栓形成倾向，而50％的妊娠期静脉血栓见于这些人。因此，妊娠期间出现高凝状态可提示机体具有遗传性血栓形成倾向。胎儿胎盘单位之所以能够出现免疫耐受，其中一个重要的转变是辅助性T细胞（helper Tcell，TH）2占优，取代TH1的优势地位。患有TH1占优的免疫系统疾病（如类风湿性关节炎或多发性硬化症）的患者在妊娠期间病情会有所缓解。但是，产后出现类风湿性关节炎的可能性较其他时期高出5倍。妊娠期间，机体血容量将增加50％，这可能与肾小球肾病、围产期心肌病、动脉瘤或者动静脉畸形有关。妊娠期间若出现肝内胆汁淤积，则预示将来发生胆石症的可能性有所增加。结论：妊娠期间出现的生理变化可提示机体出现慢性病的可能性。代谢综合征的典型变化亦可见于先兆子痫和妊娠期糖尿病，这些变化预示着机体将来有可能会发生心血管疾病和代谢性疾病。为此，临床上应抓住妊娠这个重要契机，对心血管疾病和代谢性疾病的危险因素进行筛查，提供相应的早期干预。

Associations between the Rorschach Ego Impairment Index and Measures on Intrapsychic and Interpersonal Functioning

The Rorschach Ego Impairment Index-2 (EII-2) has shown considerable validity as a measure of personality disturbance. However, few studies have been conducted on the associations between the EII-2 and measures related to ego strength and interpersonal capacities in mood and anxiety disorder patients. This study examined the strength of associations between the EII-2 and its subcomponents with measures of psychological suitability for psychotherapy, personality functioning, and interpersonal problems. A total of 315 outpatients with mood or anxiety disorders were assessed with the Rorschach Comprehensive System (RCS), comprising the EII-2, the Suitability for Psychotherapy Scale (SPS), the Inventory of Interpersonal Problems (IIP-64), and the Quality of Obj.ct Relations Scale (QORS), as part of a pre-treatment evaluation. The relatively weak associations found in the study between the EII-2 and the other measures were mostly in the hypothesized direction and often modified by personality pathology. Of the EII-2 subcomponents, the Good Human Representation (GHR) variable was associated with the SPS. The subcomponent Critical Contents were associated with the IIP and the subcomponent WSum6 with the IIP and QORS. Further research is needed to clarify whether the EII-2 has incremental validity in predicting the treatment outcome and alliance in comparison to interview-based and self-report measures.

瑞典-俄罗斯94’苔原生态考察中所包含的植物学计划提供了关于苔原植物生态学的新信息,记载了不同尺度的植被格局,这是由于与环境因子间复杂相互作用的结果。考察中研究了木质地衣的分布,结果表明这些地衣依靠不同的无性繁殖模式进行扩散。苔草属物种表现出极大的基株年龄,与地衣有极相似的特征。尽管龄级较高且开花通常较少,但苔草具有较高的遗传多样性。在不同实验点间苔草开花和无性系分株生产有巨大的差异,反映了种群年际间的非同步波动,这与周期性的旅鼠种群和气候有关。这项研究提出了苔原植物生态学知识的重要空白点,其中一些可望在1999年西北苔原考察时得到解决。

目的:探讨瘦素及瘦素信号传导系统中各关键信号蛋白在子宫内膜的表达及其调控。方法:健康雌性***-m+/+Leprdb小鼠(实验组)和其同窝出生的雌性野生型C57BL/6j.鼠(对照组)各10只,于16周龄的动情间期进行瘦素刺激实验,用免疫组化法检测瘦素及瘦素信号传导系统中各关键信号蛋白在子宫内膜的表达情况。结果:①16周龄时与对照组比,实验组较其体重增加约1倍(Pj.K2为阴性表达,stat3的磷酸化过程也受阻。结论:①瘦素对子宫内膜存在影响。②体内瘦素受体缺失引起机体的高糖脂血症导致了子宫的脂质化,同时子宫局部的瘦素信号传导缺失,均可能参与生殖功能障碍。
