Isocitrate dehydrogenase(IDH)mutations frequently occur in lower-grade gliomas and secondary *** IDHs exhibit a gain-of-function activity,leading to the production of D-2-hydroxyglutarate(D-2HG)by reducingα-ketoglutarate(α-KG),a central player in metabolism and epigenetic ***,the role ofα-KG homeostasis in IDH-mutated gliomagenesis remains *** this study,we found that low expression of oxoglutarate dehydrogenase(OGDH)was a common feature in IDH-mutated gliomas,***α-***,IDH1 mutation significantly reducedα-KG levels and increased glutaminolysis and DNA/histone methylation in *** metabolic and epigenetic alterations inhibited astrocyte maturation and led to cortical dysplasia in ***,our results also indicated that reduced OGDH expression can promote the differentiation of glioma cells,while IDH1 mutations impeded the differentiation of glioma cells with low OGDH by reducing the accumulation ofα-KG and increasing ***,we found that l-glutamine increasedα-KG levels and augmented the differentiation-promoting effects of AGI5198,an IDH1-mutant inhibitor,in IDH1-mutant glioma ***,this study reveals that low OGDH expression is a crucial metabolic characteristic of IDH-mutant gliomas,providing a potential strategy for the treatment of IDH-mutant gliomas by targetingα-KG homeostasis.

油梨根际土壤微生物群落及其共生网络对根腐病的响应

【目的】为研发根腐病绿色综合防控技术提供理论依据,有效推进油梨树种产业发展。【方法】本研究以百色市林业科学研究所的健康和根腐病发病油梨植株根际土壤为研究对象,并利用基于16S核糖体RNA(rRNA)和内部转录间隔区(ITS)扩增子高通量测序技术,分析健康和染病植株根际细菌和真菌群落结构、组成及多样性差异,比较细菌和真菌群落结构及其相互作用,确定土壤病原菌和有益菌的变化。【结果】染病植株相对于健康植株,根际细菌和真菌群落结构和多样性均没有显著性变化。变形菌门Proteobacteria、酸杆菌门acidobacteria、放线菌门actinobacteria、拟杆菌门bacteroidetes和绿弯菌门chloroflexi是油梨根际土壤优势细菌类群,子囊菌门ascomycota和担子菌门basidiomycota是油梨根际土壤优势真菌类群。在门分类水平、纲分类水平以及属分类水平上,细菌和真菌群落组成有明显的变化,但随着分类水平降低,群落组成变化越明显。此外,健康和染病油梨根际细菌群落α多样性显著高于真菌群落,而健康与染病之间细菌群落结构差异小于真菌。细菌物种之间的相互作用比真菌网络物种间的相互作用更紧密,并且负连接百分比和关节类群数量更多,细菌网络的稳定性更高。同样,油梨根际土壤细菌群落相对于真菌群落表现出更高的生态位宽度和生态位重叠。对根腐病有反应的细菌和真菌,如芽孢杆菌Bacillus、假单胞杆菌pseudomonas和溶杆菌lysobacter和球囊菌纲glomeromycetes,由于其在染病油梨根际土壤中的相对丰度均高于健康土壤,可以被视为相关的生物防治菌。【结论】根腐病并不会使油梨根际细菌和真菌群落结构和多样性发生显著性变化,但会使得一些有益菌的相对丰度增加,并且细菌比真菌对根腐病具有更高的抵抗力。

不同基质处理对蒜头果幼苗生长的影响

为提高蒜头果(Malaniaoleifera)幼苗品质和造林成活率,以泥炭土、轻基质、黄心土、松针、蛭石和珍珠岩为原料,设计9个不同基质处理,测定蒜头果幼苗生长和生物量指标,并分析其与基质理化性质的相关性,结合主成分分析对不同基质处理进行综合评价。结果表明,在不同基质处理下,蒜头果幼苗生长指标均存在差异。T5处理的苗高和地径总生长量均最高,分别为69.39 cm和8.31 mm。T1处理的地上部分鲜质量总重、全株鲜质量、地上部分干质量总重和全株干质量均最高,分别为36.13、69.97、15.57和25.94 g。T8处理的地下部分鲜质量和地下部分干质量均最高,分别为37.03和11.13 g。苗高与土壤密度呈显著负相关,与速效磷含量呈显著正相关,与速效氮和速效钾含量均呈极显著正相关。地径与土壤密度呈极显著负相关,与田间持水量和总孔隙度均呈显著正相关,与速效氮和速效钾含量均呈极显著正相关。幼苗地上部分鲜质量、全株鲜质量和地上部分干质量均与总孔隙度呈显著正相关。全株鲜质量与速效氮含量呈显著正相关。T1处理的叶生物量和全株生物量均最高,综合得分最高;T5处理的苗高和地径均表现最好,叶生物量低于T1处理;T8处理的根系生长最好,最有利于幼苗地下部分生长;这3个基质配方均适用于蒜头果幼苗培育。

南宁3个油梨品种开花物候期与花粉活力分析

为进一步了解油梨(Persea americana)开花物候期特征和不同油梨品种花粉活力的差异,以‘哈斯’('Hass')、‘平克顿’('Pinkerton')和‘富尔特’('Fuerte')3个油梨品种为试验材料,观察3个品种在南宁地区的开花物候期,并采用醋酸洋红染色法和TTC法和对3个品种的花粉活力进行测定。结果表明,在南宁地区,3个油梨品种的开花物候期集中在1月中旬—3月下旬,花期为26~37天;‘富尔特’开花最早,‘平克顿’次之,‘哈斯’最晚;3个品种单花开放和闭合的时间存在差异。采用醋酸洋红染色法时,3个品种的平均花粉活力为75.70%~87.07%,均较高;‘哈斯’和‘富尔特’的平均花粉活力均显著高于‘平克顿’。采用TTC法时,3个品种的平均花粉活力为50.22%~55.33%,均较低,且差异不显著。采用两种方法测定花粉活力,‘哈斯’的平均花粉活力均较高。研究结果可为南宁地区油梨种植品种配置和杂交育种等提供参考。

Flower-like tin oxide membranes with robust three-dimensional channels for efficient removal of iron ions from hydrogen peroxide

Membrane technology has become the mainstream process for the production of electronic grade hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)).But due to the oxidation degradation of the organic membranes(***)by the strong oxidative radicals(e.g.OH)generated via the activation of H_(2)O_(2)by iron ions(Fe^(3+)),the short effective lifetime of membranes remains a *** nano tin oxide(SnO_(2))has great potential for the removal of Fe^(3+)in strongly oxidative H_(2)O_(2)because of its ability to stabilize H2O_(2)and preferentially adsorb Fe^(3+).Herein,we have designed for the first time a flower-like robust SnO_(2)membrane on the ceramic support by in situ template-free one-step hydrothermal *** three-dimensional loose pore structure in the membrane built by interlacing SnO_(2)nanosheets endows the SnO_(2)membrane with a high specific surface area and abundant adsorption sites(AOH).Based on the coordination complexation and electrostatic attraction between the SnO_(2)surface and Fe^(3+),the membrane shows a high Fe3+removal efficiency(83%)and permeability(24 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·MPa^(-1))in H_(2)O_(2).This study provides an innovative and simple approach to designing robust SnO_(2)membranes for highly efficient removal of Fe^(3+)in harsh environments,such as strong oxidation conditions.

Integrating Zeolite and Layered Double Hydroxide for Highly Selective Catalytic Production ofγ-Valerolactone

The production ofγ-valerolactone(GVL)from biomass derivatives levulinic acid(LA)based on acidbase metallic catalysts offers a sustainable pathway to the synthesis of valuable chemicals and ***,the development of efficient metallic catalysts with tunable Lewis acid–base and Brønsted acid sites remains a ***,for the first time,we integrated zeolite and layered double hydroxide(LDH),in a core–shell structure,wherein zeolite and CoFe-LDH provided the Brønsted acidic sites and Lewis acid sites,***,oxygen vacancies(OV_(x))acting as Lewis bases were generated on the surface of LDH via Ga *** efficient cascade catalytic reaction from LA to GVL was successfully achieved over the designed Beta@LDH-OVx catalyst,affording a superior conversion of LA(>99.9%)and an impressive selectivity to GVL(89.18%).Importantly,the“memory effect”of LDH endowed the catalyst with excellent regeneration of metal active *** functional theory calculations revealed that the introduced OVx facilitated the adsorption of carbonyl oxygen in LA and boosted the production of GVL through the synergistic effect of acid/base sites in the composite *** work presents a rational design route for the construction of multifunctional catalysts by coupling zeolites and LDHs for highly selective catalytic conversion of biomass.

The Mw 6.8 Adassil earthquake that occurred in the High Atlas on September 8,2023,was a catastrophic event that provided a rare opportunity to study the mechanics of deep crustal *** research aimed to decipher the rupture characteristics of the Adassil earthquake by analyzing teleseismic waveform data in conjunction with interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR)observations from both ascending and descending *** analysis revealed a reverse fault mechanism with a centroid depth of approximately 28 km,exceeding the typical range for crustal *** result suggests the presence of cooler temperatures in the lower crust,which facilitates the accumulation of tectonic *** earthquake exhibited a steep reverse mechanism,dipping at 70°,accompanied by minor strike-slip *** the geotectonic framework of the High Atlas,known for its volcanic legacy and resulting thermal irregularities,we investigated the potential contributions of these factors to the initiation of the Adassil *** seismicity within the lower crust,away from plate boundaries,calls for extensive research to elucidate its implications for regional seismic hazard *** findings highlight the critical importance of studying and preparing for significant seismic events in similar geological settings,which would provide valuable insights into regional seismic hazard assessments and geodynamic paradigms.

YOLOv8 for Fire and Smoke Recognition Algorithm Integrated with the Convolutional Block Attention Module

The complexity of fire and smoke in terms of shape, texture, and color presents significant challenges for accurate fire and smoke detection. To address this, a YOLOv8-based detection algorithm integrated with the Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM) has been developed. This algorithm initially employs the latest YOLOv8 for object recognition. Subsequently, the integration of CBAM enhances its feature extraction capabilities. Finally, the WIoU function is used to optimize the network’s bounding box loss, facilitating rapid convergence. Experimental validation using a smoke and fire dataset demonstrated that the proposed algorithm achieved a 2.3% increase in smoke and fire detection accuracy, surpassing other state-of-the-art methods.

Fresh-Keeping Decision and Coordination of Fresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain Considering Carbon Cap-and-Trade under Different Dominance

In the context of low carbon,this paper discussed the impact of the carbon cap-and-trade policy on the fresh-keeping decision-making of two-echelon fresh agricultural product supply chains under different dominance,and designed cost-sharing contracts to coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products dominated by suppliers and retailers *** results showed that:dominance has no effect on the fresh-keeping decision and total revenue of fresh agricultural product supply chain,but it affects the internal income distribution,and dominance does not always bring more benefits;the implementation of carbon cap-and-trade reduces the fresh-keeping decision-making of fresh agricultural products supply chain and reduces the free-rider income of followers;the role of higher carbon trading price is twofold,which not only brings about the speculation of leading enterprises,but also promotes the application of low-carbon technologies;consumers’high preference for freshness,low-cost and high-efficiency low-carbon technology are all conducive to improving the fresh-keeping efforts and benefits of the supply chain;cost-sharing contracts can coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.
