[Objectives] The research aimed to study preparation process of liposome of polysaccharides of Dicliptera chinensis( DCP) and investigate its quality.[Methods] Thin film ultrasonic technology and uniform design were used to prepare DCP liposome,and the process was optimized. [Results] DCP liposome obtained by the optimized process had below parameters: entrapment efficiency( 54. 79 ± 1. 30) %,average drug loading rate( 5. 48 ± 0. 12) %,average particle size( 354. 63 ± 7. 04) nm,Zeta potential(-22. 51 ± 1. 13) m V. [Conclusions]DCP liposome obtained by the optimized process had higher entrapment efficiency and drug loading rate.

[Objectives]To study the protective effects and mechanism of POLYGONI PERFOLIATI HERBA on rats with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis( NASH). [Methods] Sixty rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,metformin group( 0. 5 mg/kg),and high dose,medium dose,and low dose groups of total flavonoids of POLYGONI PERFOLIATI HERBA( 600,300,150 mg/kg). The standard feed was given to the normal group,and the model group and the total flavonoids groups were fed with high-fat diet for 13 weeks to establish the NASH rat model. At the 8 th week,the metformin group and the POLYGONI PERFOLIATI HERBA total flavonoids groups were given with the corresponding drug treatment for 6 weeks,blood was taken from the eyeball to collect liver tissue. Biochemical method was used to determine ALT,AST,TC,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c,SOD,MDA,GSH-Px activity or content in serum and HOMA-IR,and ELISA was used to measure the TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 content in liver tissue; Western blotting was used to detect the expression levels of AMPK,p-AMPK and ACC in liver tissue. [Results] Total flavonoids of POLYGONI PERFOLIATI HERBA could significantly decrease the activity or content of ALT,AST and MDA in serum of NASH rats( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),and enhance the activity of SOD and GSH-Px( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),reduce serum TC,TG,LDL-c levels and insulin resistance index,increase HDL-c levels( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01); down-regulate liver IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,ACC levels and up-regulate p-AMPK expression( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). [Conclusions]The total flavonoids of POLYGONI PERFOLIATI HERBA have a good protective effect on NASH rats,and its mechanism may be related to the functions of regulating the lipid metabolism,alleviating insulin resistance,inhibiting oxidative stress,inhibiting inflammatory reaction and regulating AMPK and ACC protein expression.

[Objectives]To study the effect of total flavonoids extracted from Polygonum perfoliatum L.(TFP)on immune-mediated liver injury induced by bacillus Calmette-Guerin plus lipopolysaccharide(BCG+LPS)in mice,and to explore its action mechanism.[Methods]60 Kunming mice were divided into normal group,model group,control group(bifendate)and TFP low,medium and high dose groups according to random number table method,with 10 mice in each group.On the first day of modeling,mice were injected with 0.2 mL of BCG solution(12.5 mg/mL)through the tail vein,and on the eleventh day,0.2 mL of LPS(37.5μg/mL)were injected into the tail vein to prepare a mouse model of immune-mediated liver injury;from the first day of modeling,the normal group and the model group were administered intragastrically with the corresponding volume of distilled water,and the bifendate group and the TFP high,medium,and low dose groups were administered intragastrically with the corresponding doses once a day for 11 d.After the last time administration,fasting but giving water for 16 h,took blood from eyes,then collected the liver tissue.The levels of alanine transaminase(ALT)and aspartate transaminase(AST)in serum were detected by biochemical method;transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)expression levels in liver tissue were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);phosphorylated protein tyrosine kinase JAK-2(p-JAK2),phosphorylated signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(p-STAT3)protein expression levels were detected by Western Blot method;the degree of liver tissue lesions was detected by HE staining.[Results]Compared with the model group,the levels of ALT and AST in the serum of mice in each dose group of TFP(high dose 600 mg/kg,medium dose 400 mg/kg,and low dose 200 mg/kg)were reduced,and the activities of T-SOD and GSH-Px were increased;the content or expression ofβ1,ICAM-1,IL-6,IL-1βdecreased,and the expression of p-JAK2 and p-STAT3 protein d

[Objectives]This study aimed to observe the efficacy and safety of Yinzhihuang granules and entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B-induced cirrhosis.[Methods]Total 80 patients with decompensated hepatitis B-induced cirrhosis were evenly and randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group were given orally with 0.25 mg entecavir and 5000 mg Yinzhihuang granules once a day,and those in the control group were given orally with 0.5 mg entecavir once a day.The levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),hyaluronic acid(HA)and HBV DNA,the Child-Pugh score,and the positive situation of HBeAg in different groups were observed before treatment and 12,24,48 and 96 weeks after the treatment,respectively.[Results]The serum ALT,AST,HA and HBV DNA levels,the HBeAg positive rate,and the Child-Pugh score in the treatment and control groups were significantly improved after the treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of the above indicators in the treatment group at week 96 was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The combination of Yinzhihuang granules and entecavir is superior to entecavir in the treatment of decompensated hepatitis B-induced cirrhosis.

[Objectives]This study aimed to explore the protective effect of Oxalis coriniculata L.on rats with acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)and related mechanism by regulating oxidative stress and the TLR-2 TLR-2/NF-κB signaling pathway.[Methods]A total of 48 female rats were randomly and evenly divided into normal group,model group,silymarin group(0.12 g/kg),and high(16 g/kg),middle(8 g/kg)and low-dose(4 g/kg)O.coriniculata L.groups.The rats in the groups were intragastrically administered with 5 mL/kg of corresponding drugs(equal-volume distilled water for normal group and control group),respectively.The administration was conducted twice a day,for 10 consecutive days.After 2 h of the last administration,the rats in all the groups except the normal group were intraperitoneally injected with 12%carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)olive oil solution(5 mL/kg),respectively to establish liver injury rat models.After 16 h,the eyeball blood of the rats was collected,and their liver tissues were collected for preparation of HE sections.The biochemical indicators detected included aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the serum.The contents of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the serum were detected by ELISA.The expression of Toll-like receptor-2(TLR-2)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)in liver tissue was detected using Western blotting.The pathological changes of liver were observed under light microscope.[Results]Compared with the normal group,the ALT,AST activity and MDA,IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αlevels in rat serum significantly increased(P<0.01),the GSH-Px,T-SOD activity in rat serum significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the expression of TLR-2 and NF-κB in liver tissue was up-regulated(P<0.01)in the model group.Compared with the model group,the ALT,AST activity and MDA,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in rat serum reduced(P<0.05,P<0.01),the GSH-Px and T-S

The practical application of lithium–sulfur batteries(LSBs)is severely hindered by the undesirable shuttling of lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)and sluggish redox kinetics of sulfur species.Herein,a series of ultrathin singleatomic tungsten-doped Co_(3)O_(4)(Wx-Co_(3)O_(4))nanosheets as catalytic additives in the sulfur cathode for LSBs are rationally designed and synthesized.Benefiting from the enhanced catalytic activity and optimized electronic structure by W doping,the Wx-Co_(3)O_(4) not only reduces the shuttling of LiPSs but also decreases the energy barrier of sulfur redox reactions of sulfur species,leading to accelerated electrode kinetic.As a result,LSB cathodes with the use of 5.0 wt%W0.02-Co_(3)O_(4) as the electrocatalyst show the high reversible capacities of 1217.0 and 558.6 mAh g^(-1) at 0.2 and 5.0 C,respectively,and maintain a high reversible capacity of 644.6 mAh g^(-1) at 1.0 C(1.0 C=1675 mA g^(-1))after 500 cycles.With a high sulfur loading of 5.5 mg cm^(-2) and electrolyte–electrode ratio of 8μL_(electrolyte) mg_(sulfur)^(-1),the 5.0 wt%W_(0.02)-Co_(3)O_(4)-based sulfur cathode also retains a high reversible areal capacity of 3.86 mAh cm^(-2) at 0.1 C after 50 cycles with an initial capacity retention of 84.7%.

To evaluate the ability of the Predicted Particle Properties(P3)scheme in the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF)model,we simulated a stratiform rainfall event over northern China on 22 May 2017.WRF simulations with two P3 versions,P3-nc and P3-2ice,were evaluated against rain gauge,radar,and aircraft observations.A series of sensitivity experiments were conducted with different collection efficiencies between ice and cloud droplets.The comparison of the precipitation evolution between P3-nc and P3-2ice suggested that both P3 versions overpredicted surface precipitation along the Taihang Mountains but underpredicted precipitation in the localized region on the leeward side.P3-2ice had slightly lower peak precipitation rates and smaller total precipitation amounts than P3-nc,which were closer to the observations.P3-2ice also more realistically reproduced the overall reflectivity structures than P3-nc.A comparison of ice concentrations with observations indicated that P3-nc underestimated aggregation,whereas P3-2ice produced more active aggregation from the self-collection of ice and ice-ice collisions between categories.Efficient aggregation in P3-2ice resulted in lower ice concentrations at heights between 4 and 6 km,which was closer to the observations.In this case,the total precipitation and precipitation pattern were not sensitive to riming.riming was important in reproducing the location and strength of the embedded convective region through its impact on ice mass flux above the melting level.

药物分子3-羟基沙利度胺作为分子胶水因其良好的生物相容性、明确的代谢途径以及与CRBN蛋白的特异性结合而备受关注,但其在分析化学领域的应用却鲜有报道.本文基于3-羟基沙利度胺的特殊荧光性能,研究了其在化学传感器领域的新应用.以3-羟基沙利度胺为荧光核,设计合成了显现荧光的过氧化氢探针沙利度胺基频哪醇硼酸酯.基于激发态分子内质子转移机理,该探针对过氧化氢显示出特异选择性和超高灵敏度,检出限为9.8 nmo/L,可应用于化学实验废水、污水及化妆品中过氧化氢的检测.此外,通过光谱技术和理论计算揭示了该荧光探针的识别机制.
