A robust and general solver for Laplace＇s equation on the interior of a simply connected domain in the plane is described and tested. The solver handles general piecewise smooth domains and Dirichlet, Neumann, and Robin boundary conditions. It is based on an integral equation formulation of the problem. Difficulties due to changes in boundary conditions and corners, cusps, or other examples of non-smoothness of the boundary are handled using a recent technique called recursive compressed inverse preconditioning. The result is a rapid and very accurate solver which is general in scope, its performance is demonstrated via some challenging numerical tests.

Innovative food and feed products have recently attracted the attention of both producers and *** fungi are important biomass producers with their high protein *** this study,fungal biomass production from edible potato protein liquor (PPL),generated during starch production processes,was investigated through different fungal strains (Rhizopus oryzae ,*** ,*** ,Aspergillus oryzae and Neurospora intermedia ).The effects of PPL concentration,incubation time,initial pH,and cultivation conditions (in shake flaks and different scale reactors) were examined to determine the amount of biomass and its crude protein *** was determined that the fungal biomass produced by *** in industrial scale contained 53% crude *** this strain,the amino acid and fatty acid profiles as well as metals (iron,manganese,copper,and zinc) of the produced biomass were also investigated to assess possible use as a food or feed *** *** fungal biomass can be a promising raw material for feed and food production,for example,considering its protein and fatty acid profiles with 41% essential amino acids and 33% polyunsaturated fatty acids.

＜正＞The inbred DA（Dark Agouti） rats are very susceptible to induced arthritis,especially to pristane induced arthritis （PIA）,the attack rate almost reaching 100%.PIA is extremely resembled rheumatoid arthritis（RA） in clinical manifestation or in laboratory diadynamic criteria,so it is optima model to study *** inbred E3 rats are wide used for its resistant to PIA *** inbred DA.1U rats contains the whole DA non-MHC genes excepted MHC genes,since it is a recombinant inbred of DA and E3 rats,any phenotypic differences in crosses between them will stem from MHC haploid *** addition,it is well known that neuropeptides,such as substance P（SP）,somatostatin（SOM）,and so on,play an important role in *** the present study our purpose was to prove whether there existed difference of susceptibility to PIA between DA and DA.1U rats,the different response to mechanical and heat stimulus and effect of octreotide in the ***,300μL of pristane was injected intradermally at the base of the tail to induce *** attack rate of DA was 100%and DA.1U was only 44.4%.The latency of DA was about 9-11 days,and more than 17 days in *** macroscopically score were used to evaluate the severity of *** score of DA was 10.40±1.36,15.00±0.00,15.00±0.00 and 9.00±2.30 at 2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks and 5 weeks,*** score was 1.04±0.45,1.13±0.46,1.11±0.45 and 1.37±0.26 in DA.1U *** are overall significant differences in scores in the two stains of rats（P＜0.001）.Secondly,the basal mechanical withdrawal threshold（MWT） and heat withdrawal latency（HWL） to mechanical and heat stimuli of both hind paws were measured in the normal and PIA rats in two *** basal MWT and HWL of normal DA were（6.80±0.60） g and（10.32±0.71） s respectively,and in normal DA.1U they were（22.90±4.70） g and（12.55±0.48） *** basal sensitivity to mechanical stimulus and heat stimulus of DA rats were higher than that of DA.1U rats（P＜0.05）.Both of the two strai

Process intensification is a emerging field in chemical engineering trying to improve the effectiveness of production in the chemical engineering industry. One way of achiev-ing this is miniaturising the equipment by using micro reactors which have been shown to give very low mixing time due to their initially small length scales. To add to the quickly increasing amount of knowledge in the field of micro reactors this study char-acterised the mixing effectiveness of different geometry modifications of a Multi-Inlet Vortex Mixers (MIVMs) using a the fourth Bourne competitive reaction scheme. Com-putational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) simulations of the reaction in the mixers was also produced and showed good agreement with experimental values for segregation index. Three different geometry modifications, scale up and down was also tested using CFD. Using the Interaction by Exchange with the Mean (IEM) method the characteristic mix-ing time for the mixers was found and compared with results from previous studies. It could be concluded that the MIVM is not comparable to true micro-scale mixers but give good mixing relative to its mass flow rate. Reducing the mixing chamber diameter or increasing the outflow diameter proved to give the best mixing performance while bigger inlets and size had smaller effect. This was found to be an effect of that more of the reaction took place where the energy dissipation is highest giving faster mixing. Finally a simple scaling law using the available data was used to facilitate future design.

目的探讨关节软骨蛋白瓜氨酸表位的表达情况,以及瓜氨酸化表位对抗瓜氨酸蛋白抗体(ACPAs)的免疫应答的影响。方法体外诱导实验:实验组加不同浓度梯度的脂多糖、热灭活细菌(大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌)或二型胶原(CII)特异性单克隆抗体等不同刺激物诱导体外培养关节软骨蛋白瓜氨酸化,等量PBS作为对照组,利用特异性结合瓜氨酸化表位的单克隆抗体ACC4(IgG1)进行免疫组织化学染色,ACC1(IgG2a)作为阳性对照,Hy2.15(IgG1)和L243(IgG2a)分别作为同型阴性对照,显微镜下观察瓜氨酸化蛋白表达;体内诱导实验:SD大鼠右膝关节内注射不同浓度脂多糖作为实验组,左膝关节内注射等量PBS为对照组,3 d后取膝关节组织,制成冰冻切片,利用上述抗体进行免疫组化染色,显微镜下观察瓜氨酸化蛋白表达;建立不同种系的胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)小鼠模型,评价其疾病发生率和严重程度,同时收集小鼠血清与高滴度抗瓜氨酸化抗体的类风湿性关节炎患者血清,采用液相芯片技术检测小鼠及类风湿患者血清中抗瓜氨酸化蛋白抗体水平,并用免疫组织化学检测关节炎小鼠关节软骨瓜氨酸化蛋白的表达水平。结果特异性结合瓜氨酸化CII表位的ACC4抗体未能结合至经不同诱导的关节软骨组织;与健康对照组相比,ACC4抗体和含高滴度的抗瓜氨酸化蛋白抗体的类风湿性关节炎患者血清中的抗体均能结合至CIA小鼠关节炎症关节软骨周围的滑膜组织;成功构建不同种系小鼠类风湿性关节炎模型,其发病率和疾病严重程度无统计学差异(P>0.05);液相芯片技术分析结果显示,小鼠血清中的抗瓜氨酸化抗体低表达或几乎不表达,但抗CII三螺旋结构多肽的抗体反应性较强。结论轻度急性炎症反应不足以引起关节软骨蛋白瓜氨酸化,其特异性抗原表位的表达需要高强度的炎症反应。二型胶原诱导的小鼠关节炎模型中炎症关节软骨蛋白可表达瓜氨酸化抗原表位,但瓜氨酸化抗原表位的表达不足以引起小鼠体内抗瓜氨酸化抗体的免疫应答,其免疫应答需要更多的刺激信号来诱导。

The current work aims to make a foundation for an engineering design of a cyclone gasifier to be able not only to predict its flow field with a suitable accuracy but also to investigate a large number of design alternatives with limited computer resources. A good single-phase flow model that can form the basis in an Euler-Lagrange model for multi-phase flow is also necessary?for modelling the reacting flow inside a cyclone gasifier. The present paper provides an objective comparison between several popular turbulence modelling options including standard k-ε and SST with curvature corrections, SSG-RSM and LES Smagorinsky models, for the single-phase flow inside cyclone separators/gasifiers that can serve as a guide for further work on the reacting multi-phase flow inside cyclone gasifiers and similar devices. A detailed comparison between the models and experimental data for the mean velocity and fluctuating parts of the velocity profiles are presented. Furthermore, the capabilities of the turbulence models to capture the physical phenomena present in a cyclone gasifier that?affects the design process are investigated.
