In the Cameroonian sudano-sahelian and sahelian zone, karal soils i.e., vertisoils and soils with vertic similarities largely spread on tropical black clay in depressions and fiat sectors. Those black cotton soils are out of season＇s sorghum loft, locally called as muskwari. As the staple diet in the Cameroonian dry areas, this crop becomes more and more an alternative to drying or better to climate changes. Till now, those soils are considered to be lacustrine or they are resulting just from weathering, according to pedologic researchs. The purpose of this communication, therefore, is to show the effects of Harmattan on the basis of our field＇s observations, investigations and superficial deposits＇ analysis： granulometry and diffractometry in the laboratory. Harmattan is a dry and stable air mass which originates from the saharian anticyclone. Its participation in edaphics process is very relevant. Indeed, dust storms take place throughout the dry season and vertisoil spreads out on various topographic locations bringing about homogeneity of texture and similarity of mineralogic spectrum. Their high kaolinite content, thin granulometric component （fine sand, silt and clay） are indicative of Aeolian loessial dust deposits. It could not be something else in this area of the most southern saharian blow of the great Saharo-Sahelian GWAS （global wind action system） in sub-equatorial latitudes, in line with the venturi formed by Ennedi and Tibesti mountains.

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the vasodilatory effect of Chenopodium ambrosioides on the isolated rat aorta, and to explore its mechanism of ***: The vasorelaxant effect and the mode of action of various extracts from the leaves of C. ambrosioides were evaluated on thoracic aortic rings isolated from Wistar rats. In addition, ethyl acetate and methanol fractions were analyzed, using thin-layer chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography techniques, for their polyphenolic ***: The various active extracts of C. ambrosioides at four concentrations(10^(-3), 10^(-2), 10^(-1) and 1 mg/mL) relaxed the contraction elicited by phenylephrine, in a concentration-dependent *** effect seems to be endothelium-dependent, since the vasodilatory effect was entirely absent in denuded aortic rings. The vasorelaxant effect of the methanol fraction(MF) of C. ambrosioides at 1 mg/mL was also inhibited by atropine and tetraethylammonium. This effect remained unchanged by Nx-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester hydrochloride and glibenclamide. The preliminary phytochemical analysis showed that the leaves of C. ambrosioides are rich in phenolic and flavonoid ***: These results suggest that the MF of C. ambrosioides produces an endothelium-dependent relaxation of the isolated rat aorta, which is thought to be mediated mainly through stimulation of the muscarinic receptors, and probably involving the opening of Ca^(2+)-activated potassium channels.

Metakaolin-based geopolymer materials reinforced with sand in tubular shape were developed, and their durability in acidic, neutral and humid environment was investigated. Results show that mechanical properties of materials are not affected by durability tests suggesting a good stability in aqueous media. Furthermore, the surface of samples which was covered by soluble species such as KOH or K2CO3 becomes smooth after treatment in acidic and neutral media and appears not to be attacked confirming the high acid resistance of geopolymer materials.

2001年以来,卢旺达一直致力于推动女子足球项目,并提高女子足球的竞赛水平。但是,到目前为止,这些努力并没有得到良好的回报。本研究的目的是分析卢旺达女子足球发展体系,并找到造成目前情况的原因;本文的结果阐明了卢旺达女子足球发展体系的实际情况,并提出了解决方案,从而来改善卢旺达女子足球发展体系未来的状况。研究结果分析了卢旺达女子足球发展计划,研究了参与该计划的不同组织及其贡献。但是,整体来看,大众对目前的状况并不满意。原因是有关的机构数量不足(培训中心,健康中心等)。61%的卢旺达政府体育管理人员认为卢旺达女子足球发展计划缺乏配套措施,67%的被调查者认为该计划缺乏问责制度。99%的被调查者认为缺乏基础设施,70%的被调查者认为,由于文化观念的问题,卢旺达妇女缺乏从事足球运动的热情。根据卢旺达女子足球发展以及本研究的调查结果,就完善卢旺达女子足球发展提出以下建议:1.构建卢旺达女子足球运动员从童年到退役的生涯发展路径。2.增强卢旺达社会文化意识。在提升女子足球方面而言,应给予女子与男子相同的竞赛能力和机会,并在每个月设置社区服务日,强制进行宣传和呈现。3.政府应确保卢旺达女子足球运动员获得相应权力、受到政府保护。在政治体系上确保一代又一代女子运动员的可持续发展。4.在资金支持上,政府应当鼓励私营部门对女足发展体系进行投资。5.为保障女子足球体系的成功运转,在基础设施和人力资源方面,卢旺达女子足球发展体系需要合格的雇员来维持。6.注重运动员的营养与健康,在训练恢复、运动损伤恢复等方面提供全面的健康保险。7.制定保护卢旺达女子足球运动员发展的战略和政策,通过建立卢旺达女子联赛和发展评价体系,帮助她们参与国际层面的竞赛。卢旺达女子发展体系应当保证连贯、健全的体系,每个运动员在成长中的每一个环节都要有相应负责的人。

该论文研究的是美国在国际法和国际规范的影响下保护少数族群权利的法律框架的形成。美国的少数群体包括少数民族群体、宗教群体、语言或文化群体等等,相对于主题民族,他们在数量上较少,他们一般希望保留他们自己的认同。这些群体在政治、社会和语言等方面都处于弱势地位。这些人因为他们的差异性无法参与社会生活。随着18世纪和19世纪民族国家的创建和世界民族主义浪潮的兴起,这些弱势群体开始努力争取保护他们的文化、宗教和民族个性。美国队这些群体权利的承认和保护始于国联所签署的几个保护少数族群的条约。在1945年联合国建立并取代国联后,一系列保护少数群体权利的规范、程序和机制逐渐形成和发展起来。国际法要求在国际关系中以及在国家内部对待不同个体国家有责任保护他们的权利。美国历史上三大主要事件促成美国保护少数群体权利法律框架的形成。本文主要讨论着三个主要事件以及它们是如何促使美国保护少数群体权利法律框架的形成。为此,本文从国际法对美国国内相关法律和地方法规等的影响来研究相关法律框架的形成过程,也触及那些确保相关法律和规范的实施的机构。本文研究的目的是要厘清美国当今促进保护少数族群权利的法律框架结构,分析这些法律框架的优点和不足之处以作为本文的结论。

Objectives:To evaluate the characteristics and work-up of small to intermediate-sized pulmonary nodules in a Chinese dedicated cancer ***:Patients with pulmonary nodules 4–25 mm in diameter detected via computed tomography(CT)in 2013 were consecutively *** analysis was restricted to patients with a histological nodule diagnosis or a 2-year follow-up period without nodule growth confirming benign *** information was collected from hospital ***:Among the 314 nodules examined in 299 patients,212(67.5%)nodules in 206(68.9%)patients were *** to benign nodules,malignant nodules were larger(18.0 mm vs.12.5 mm,P<0.001),more often partly solid(16.0%vs.4.7%,P<0.001)and more often spiculated(72.2%vs.41.2%,P<0.001),with higher density in contrast-enhanced CT(67.0 HU vs.57.5 HU,P=0.015).Final diagnosis was based on surgery in 232 out of 314(73.9%)nodules,166 of which were identified as malignant[30(18.1%)stage III or IV]and 66 as *** 36 nodules(11.5%),diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy and the remainder verified based on stability of nodule size at follow-up imaging(n=46,14.6%).Among 65 nodules subjected to gene(EGFR)mutation analyses,28(43.1%)cases(EGFR19 n=13;EGFR21 n=15)were identified as EGFR mutant and 37(56.9%)as EGFR *** to surgery,the majority of patients[n=194(83.6%)]received a contrast-enhanced CT scan for staging of both malignant[n=140(84.3%)]and benign[n=54(81.8%)]*** of positron emission tomography(PET)-CT was relatively uncommon[n=38(16.4%)].Conclusions:CT-derived nodule assessment assists in diagnosis of small to intermediate-sized malignant pulmonary ***,contrast-enhanced CT is commonly used as the sole diagnostic confirmation technique for pre-surgical staging,often resulting in surgery for late-stage disease and unnecessary surgery in cases of benign nodules.

The incidence of multifocal(MF) and multicentric(MC) carcinomas varies widely among clinical studies,depending on definitions and methods for pathological *** resonance imaging is increasingly used because it can help identify additional and conventionally occult tumors with high ***,false positive lesions might incorrectly influence treatment ***,preoperative biopsies must be performed to avoid unnecessary *** studies have shown higher lymph node involvement rates in MF/MC tumors than in unifocal ***,the rate of local recurrences is usually low after breast conservative treatment(BCT) of MC/MF *** has been suggested that BCT is a reasonable option for MC/MF tumors in women aged 50-69 years,with small tumors and absence of extensive ductal carcinoma in situ.A metaanalysis showed an apparent decreased overall survival in MC/MF tumors but data are *** should achieve both acceptable cosmetic results and negative margins,which requires thorough preoperative radiological workup and localization of *** radiotherapy techniques must be evaluated since double boosts might result in increased toxicity,namely *** conclusion,BCT is feasible in selected patients with MC/MF but the choice of surgery must be discussed in a multidisciplinary team comprising at least radiologists,surgeons and radiotherapists.
